Noting that it was brought to staff attention that new site member House of Semantics (account age and site membership 173 days) recently posted a critique that seems AI-generated or AI-assisted: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-17431439/seeking-greenlights-phantom-blockade-runner#post-7417566
Note that this is part of a review exchange.
I am sceptical of this concept as it stands. It is novel but not unique. This review will identify its weaknesses and compare them to stronger examples, then explain how you can improve it. I hope this post will provide you with useful guidance.

This story about residual hauntings is not particularly noteworthy. Its premise may set itself apart with its stone tape radio device, but that alone does not make it interesting. Beyond an uncompelling storyline, it suffers from a lack of narrative cohesion and disjointed plot points. The infighting feels insignificant to the eventual outcome, and the broken record anomaly does not meaningfully affect the plot. To make it work, it needs to be more than a ‘thing that does a thing’ anomaly — at present, it lacks distinctive features. To understand why this story falls short, it helps to look at how similar SCPs handle their core ideas. Multiple broadcast-based SCP articles exist on the wiki, each with qualities that not only set it apart, but also give it a special flavour. SCP-3926 plays on the fear of corruption, which makes it compelling enough for fifty upvotes. SCP-6688 is an intricate puzzle; each piece is relevant to get the full picture. SCP-2998 presents a coherent narrative whose plot points transition seamlessly to create a continuous story. Without similar narrative grounding, this article risks becoming like SCP-5727 with different window dressing.
Despite this, a few structural adjustments can make it into an original and compelling concept. There are ways to make good ideas out of nothing, but the cornerstones are already in place — it only lacks a strong and justified narrative. To make the idea more compelling, expand it using the Ws and H. Basic questions help shape a complete story: who versus what defines the central conflict; where and when establish the setting; and how and why give the plot its purpose. Lastly, make sure every element serves the story.
If these issues are addressed, this concept has the potential to evolve into a compelling and memorable story. You are still in the early stages of the writing process — it will only become better, and I look forward to seeing what this will become. Good luck!
I have staffposted in the thread asking the user for clarification.
