Ok so I went through all this and listed the creator, a link to their pages and each of their items that is improperly licensed. That way you can send a link to each individual work to the product creator when you message them. I assume one of the people in control of the redbubble account will be sending these messages. If not, let me know.

Everything in this post is resolved.
I'm SCPickupLines, as is stated in the page's information. I apologize for whatever issues I'm causing the licensing team, and will address it today. That said, many of those designs you've listed as being problematic have no one page to which a concept could be attributed. They're just general subject material from the Foundationverse with no original author or article. Would you mind telling me how I could better attribute those beyond my default licensing paragraph?
Edit: What do you mean by "partial or unfollowable link"? If you're talking about how some of them just say scp-wiki.net, it's because I'm assuming the http://www. is a given. Is it something different?
Edit 2: Okay, here's an example of what I just updated this to say:
Content relating to the SCP Foundation, including the SCP Foundation logo, is licensed under Creative Commons Sharealike 3.0. All concepts originate from www.scp-wiki.net; SCP-682 was written in 2008 by Wikidot user "Dr Gears" and can be found here: http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-682
Is that more along the lines of what your team is looking for?
Please note that I still have no idea what you need when it comes to the ones that don't reference individual articles, and will need your help understanding that in order to solve it.
Edit 3 (sorry, just trying to keep this as up-to-date as I can): Anything referencing a specific article has now been updated or removed.
Edit: What do you mean by "partial or unfollowable link"? If you're talking about how some of them just say scp-wiki.net, it's because I'm assuming the http://www. is a given. Is it something different?
Nope, it's that.
As for the rest, the example you gave is pretty close. It should be something like…
Content relating to the SCP Foundation, including the SCP Foundation logo, is licensed under Creative Commons Sharealike 3.0. All concepts originate from http://www.scp-wiki.net; SCP-682 was written in 2008 by Wikidot user "Dr Gears" and can be found here: http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-682
Thank you. I'll go through and add the http://www. to everything.
As for the rest, the example you gave is pretty close. It should be something like…
As I said above, I can find no conceivable way to attribute generic concepts such as amnestics and the existence of containment procedures in general to one single page on the wiki. I'm sure I'm missing something, and I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing your team, but I'm afraid you're going to have to explain that aspect to me.
Oh. No. Generic ideas just need to credit back to the main wiki page. Sorry if I was unclear. Crediting "http://www.scp-wiki.net/" should be sufficient.
Every work on the account has since been updated to say the following:
Content relating to the SCP Foundation, including the SCP Foundation logo, is licensed under Creative Commons Sharealike 3.0 and all concepts originate from http://www.scp-wiki.net.
Rather than just "scp-wiki.net', which I had previously assumed was sufficient in terms of website crediting legalese.
Works referencing specific articles do so in the following manner (depending on the article/author/year):
Content relating to the SCP Foundation, including the SCP Foundation logo, is licensed under Creative Commons Sharealike 3.0. All concepts originate from http://www.scp-wiki.net; SCP-682 was written in 2008 by Wikidot user "Dr Gears" and can be found here: http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-682
I hope this solves the issue(s). Please let me know if I need to change anything else.
I believe that is sufficient and I'll cross your stuff off my list.
Yes, that's all you need in the absence of a directly attributable source work.
Alright, this is a whole lot of shit. Vince and or I will get these assigned to team members, and we might need to bring on extra people as volunteers, but we can handle that later.
I know at least two of these people through Tumblr. If it would help, you have me as a backup/volunteer to talk to them directly.
I went ahead and sent a Redbubble message to everyone but the 173 folk (Vince has said he's handling the 173 issues). There were also two users (MarchQueen and Hot-Gothics) that didn't have an option to send a Redbubble message.
Here's what I sent everyone else:
Ahoy hoy!
I'm with the SCP Wiki licensing team! The SCP Wiki's works are under an Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-SA 3.0) license (link here: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ ). I'd like to help you get your own products bearing the site's content and ideas into compliance with that license. So let's get started!
First let me directly link you to the products in question:
Now. In your artist notes, there should be a linkback to the SCP wiki, a link to the originating article if you're using content from a specific SCP or Tale, and a listing of the author of that article. You can find the author of an article by looking at the page itself, scrolling down and clicking "history". Look for the earliest edit, and the username associated with that edit. Here's an example of the proper attribution regarding a product which references no specific wiki pages: " Content relating to the SCP Foundation, including the SCP Foundation logo, is licensed under Creative Commons Sharealike 3.0 and all concepts originate from http://www.scp-wiki.net. "
And here's an example of the proper attribution regarding a product which references, in this example, SCP-682: " Content relating to the SCP Foundation, including the SCP Foundation logo, is licensed under Creative Commons Sharealike 3.0. All concepts originate from www.scp-wiki.net; SCP-682 was written in 2008 by Wikidot user “Dr Gears” and can be found here: http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-682 "
If you want to learn anything else about our licensing policy, you can look here for more information: http://www.scp-wiki.net/licensing-guide . We have specific and different guidelines with regards to works featuring SCP-111, SCP-173, and SCP-1926. If you plan to use either art or text from those articles, be sure to look at the licensing guide first.
We're really quite excited to see you creating products featuring work from the wiki and helping ensure you're following the license is a great way to make sure you can create more in the future! Once you've gotten this message, let me know you've made the appropriate changes with a message on Redbubble and I'll follow up. If you need licensing help outside of Redbubble products, don't be afraid to email me here: moc.liamg|gnisnecilpcs#moc.liamg|gnisnecilpcs
Doctor Cimmerian
SCP Foundation Licensing Team
I'll update this post with how MarchQueen and Hot-Gothics were contacted once I figure out a viable method.
Update: There does not appear to be a method by which these creators can be contacted.
Updated the listing post by editing out the creators who have either removed their products or added the proper licensing information. About half (by my estimation) of the products previously listed are no longer in violation of the license.
There are no options for private messages for a couple of these, so I had to just leave comments on two of the items, but I have sent out the usual spiel to the creators of 173 content, either through inboxed messages or comments on the actual item (minus our email address to avoid spammers). I figure if we don't hear back from within a week or so from today for all of the items, or see the necessary changes made, we kick it upstairs for redbubble's staff to deal with.
Alright. It's been two weeks. I am currently battling a migraine, cold, and a malfunctioning computer (typing from mobile, which is hell on wikidot, btw). Cimmerian, Procyonlotor, coordinate with each other to figure out who has failed to comply or respond in any way, then get a letter together and send it off to red bubbles complaints department.
Takedown message sent. Awaiting further action.
Redbubble has replied and taken down all the offending content. Last order of business before I call this closed (beyond waiting 2 weeks to allow for counter claims, which I'll keep y'all up to date on): GemoDawn's charity stuffs.

Gonna send a message over the youtubes and see if that can't get her attention. If not, we'll see if anyone in the community can contact her perhaps. Link here to her youtube channel for convenience sake: https://www.youtube.com/user/SCPReadings
GemoDawn is a member here, too.
This got covered, and since it's the last of the original issues I'm closing this thread.
