Noting that the user resumed the same behavior, on a low-rated page that is now deleted:

"Scp-9047 Is Sentient data that is Trapped in a USB-Drive and is Trying to escape it."

Given that this is not the first infraction, and they have already been revoked, staff has decided that a ban will be implemented. Currently discussing the ban length.

ETA: Queerious, Harry, Kufat supported monthlong ban/escalation. Ban has been enacted, PM sent. User may appeal if inclined.
