Scp 8476-A is a printer that takes normal A-4 paper and spews out scp 8476-B.
Scp 8476-B is a stack of paper made from Scp 8476-A. When anyone writes on one of the papers they instantly know the intentions of any previous writers that have written on scp 8476-B.
