Licensing Team is putting up Elenee FishTruck for consideration of Mod Tools. As per the New Policy, we will hold discussion on whether or not to grant Mod Tools.
In her staff duties within licensing, Elenee is a member of licenseboxing team, which often requires mod tools to edit locked articles and localize images. With Mod Tools at her disposal, Elenee will be unimpeded in her duties and won't have to slow down to ask permission for pages to be unlocked. It should also be noted that Elenee was the former lead of licensing and is a highly trusted individual by both myself and Naepic.
