SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURE
SCP-9695 must be kept in a 15m x 15m containment cell made of reinforced walls and furnished with basic necessities (Television with channels authorized by site directors, a bookshelf of novels, a reading sofa, a single person bed). A minimum of two (2) MTF agents must be stationed outside the subject's containment chamber at all times.
Additional items may be provided, if they don't exceed the dimensions of a standard book, and are non-lethal. Access to various locations, while maintaining constant surveillance by onsite MTF, upon acquiring written approval from the Site Director. Routine monitoring of SCP-9695 is recommended outside testing or off-site activity. Observation assignments involving SCP-9695 are considered mandatory training for new personnel.
Personnel encountering SCP-9695 outside containment without prior authorization are to escort him back to containment. Unauthorized release will result in disciplinary measures, including pay suspension or temporary reassignment. During containment breaches, SCP-9695 is authorized to assist in re-containment. Following completion, he must be returned to containment.
Monthly psychological evaluations are mandatory to make sure SCP-9695 remains cooperative. SCP-9695 is not permitted to enter SCP containment chambers outside approved cross-testing, nor interact with anomalies classified Euclid or Keter without written approval from O5 Command.
DESCRIPTION
SCP-9695 does not have a set appearance, being able to change his appearance at will.
In most moments he takes the form of a male humanoid of unknown descent and androgynous features, standing approximately 180 cm (5’11”) and 79 kg (170 Ibs) in weight. Appearing to be around 25 years old. He exhibits lean musculature with a long-limbed, athletic frame. While clothed, appearing physically unremarkable. The subject’s hair is auburn-brown with white streaks and reaches almost to his shoulders, remaining downcast and slicked back whenever desired. The subject’s irises appear golden amber and skin exhibits a tan-golden hue.
SCP-9695 dresses in standard D-class uniform consisting of an orange jumpsuit, modified with the Foundation logo on the back, combat boots and a utility belt. The subject wears gauntlets on both hands (see Appendix A for detailed description). During winter, SCP-9695 may change from the jumpsuit to wearing a mahogany turtleneck under a chestnut trenchcoat with blue jeans, brown combat boots and his usual gauntlets and utility belt. For negotiations or meeting higher-ups, SCP-9695 wears a black tailored dress shirt under a charcoal gray suit jacket and vest, mahogany tie, black pants and boots. Full MTF gear, for when he’s with MTF Alpha-9.
SCP-9695 is provided with a variety of outfits and is not limited to wearing only his jumpsuit. The jumpsuit worn by SCP-9695 was not provided by the foundation but is a personal creation of the subject himself. The jumpsuit is highly flexible and stretchy and is almost incapable of being torn by stretching.
Upon removal of his shirt, SCP-9695 exhibits multiple golden tattoos distributed across the torso, shoulders, left arm, hips, and legs. The tattoos consist of slightly broad, interconnected lines forming two distinct networks: one spanning the chest, back, shoulders, and left arm, and another spanning the hips and legs. The most prominent marking, located centrally on the back, depicts a spear-like figure with six surrounding wings. This particular tattoo is red in color.
APPENDIX A — The Gauntlets.
- Close
The subject gauntlets are composed of leather gloves reinforced with light red plates covering the forearms, the back of his palms and his fingers. The fingertips are sharply pointed and have been observed to leave deep scratch marks on stone. The gauntlets exhibit anomalous durability, having withstood high-impact forces. X-ray tests indicate the gauntlets are partially integrated with SCP-9695’s physiology, yet remain removable under currently unknown conditions. These gauntlets do not appear to hinder Philosopher Transmutation, allowing SCP-9695 to use the ability even while wearing the gauntlets.
APPENDIX B — Firearms.
- Close
The Subject is equipped with two anomalous revolvers, which the subject refers to as Jakyll and Hyde.
The firearms resemble standard pistols, with the dimensions to fire .500 Magnum rounds, and the standard recoil for such firearms.
Ballistics testing shows each round produces energy surpassing standard .600 Nitro Express performance, with velocity and impact forces anomalously amplified, reaching equal power to a .700 Nitro Express round.
When all 6 rounds are finished SCP-9695 empties the mag and inserts it back in and pulls the slide back and keeps firing as new bullets fill the mag anomalously.
The firearms named Jakyll has silver gunmetal construction with dark blue vain-like trim. The words "You were never worthy" were engraved in gold onto each side of the upper assembly. It has a golden ejector port on top of the barrel. The gun has golden “+”-shaped attachments on either side of the gun
The firearm named Hyde has black gunmetal construction with dark red trim resembling fire. The words "Worthy, You Are Not" were engraved in gold onto each side of the upper assembly. It has a golden ejector port on the top of the barrel. The gun has red “+”-shaped attachments on either side of the gun.
The bullets match the external dimensions of standard .500 Magnum cartridges but display a rifle-style magnum tip not normally possible within those dimensions.
Both firearms have square shaped barrels and mahogany grips, the entire upper assembly of both firearms is the slide, with full-auto capabilities.
The firearms are usable by the subject due to anomalous strength. Both revolvers are kept under Foundation custody until SCP-9695 is sent on missions.
APPENDIX C — Anomalous Capabilities.
- Close
SCP-9695 has shown two specific anomalous capabilities, both of which he has already named. These capabilities include:
Ageless Respawn:
A form of pseudo-immortality, reviving following termination. All wounds are fully healed upon revival. Duration of revival is variable, ranging from approximately one (1) second to a recorded maximum of around two (2) minutes, and in rare cases taking more than 5+ minutes. This capability also halts biological aging. This has been classified as a combination of Type-1 to Type-5 and Type-9 immortality.
Philosophers Transmutation:
The subject can manipulate his own body, forming flesh extensions and alteration of tissue composition (e.g., transmuting an arm to gold and subsequently reverting it). This ability is limited to his own body. Transformed tissue remains fully sentient, and the subject experiences all normal pain associated with injury. SCP-9695 has shown the capability of changing his appearance via this ability.
APPENDIX D — Physical Capabilities.
- Close
Supernatural Capabilities:
SCP-9695 has repeatedly demonstrated physical abilities surpassing human levels. Documented feats include sprinting speed exceeding 300 m/h [480 km/h], striking and breaking granite formations, and engaging in prolonged combat with SCP-076 (“Able”) while in a rage state. Physical durability remains human level while using these anomalous capabilities not appearing to hurt the subject. These capabilities have shown inconsistency, increasing and decreasing depending on unknown reasons
Hypercompetence:
SCP-9695 demonstrates exceptional intelligence, skill, and experience across multiple domains, including—but not limited to—scientific disciplines, domestic tasks, historical knowledge, and martial combat. While contemporary scientific methods and technology are still being assimilated, this proficiency is consistent with millennia of accumulated experience.
APPENDIX E — The Bucket List.
- Close
During routine cleaning of SCP-9695’s containment cell, a diary was recovered. While most entries were mundane and unrelated to anomalous activity, a handwritten “bucket list” was observed, detailing several personal goals SCP-9695 wished to accomplish before permanent death:
Walk in a grasslands area.
Play ball.
Fall in love one last time.
Perform a waltz.
Give a child the love I never received.
Watch a sunrise without seeing it as a fleeting thing.
Age like a normal person.
Remember who I am.
Stand in rain.
Further entries could not be documented, as SCP-9695 reclaimed the diary upon discovering it missing.

Reporting Officer: MTF Agent ███
Date: ██/██/████
Location: ██████ County, United States
Foreword: The following is a direct field account regarding the discovery and recovery of SCP-9695.
[[Begin Log]]
During an undercover assignment, I heard the distinct vocalizations of Ursus arctos horribilis (grizzly bear) within a nearby woodland. Upon investigating, I observed said animal retreating, its mouth covered in blood, from the mauled body of an adult male later identified as SCP-9695.
Standard protocol dictated calling emergency medical services; however, while waiting, I witnessed rapid regeneration of the subject’s traumatic injuries. Within around one (1) minutes and ten (10) seconds, all wounds had visibly healed, and the subject regained full motor function.
The subject audibly remarked:
“God damn it. That was my good suit. Fuck—gotta buy a new one.”
I took a moment to process what I witnessed. Following immediate authorization from Command, I engaged with a Class-B tranquilizer and secured SCP-9695 for Foundation custody.

ADDENDUM 9695-1 — Psychological Evaluation.
- Close
Reporting Researcher: Dr. Simon Glass.
Date: ██/██/████.
Location: Site-17 — Psychology Department.
Forewords: Following is the report submitted by Dr. Simon Glass on his psychological evaluation of SCP-9695.
[[Evaluation Report]]
SCP-9695 appears laid-back and lazy, but also has sharp wit and is absolutely self-assured. He is straightforward, observant, and sociable. He is overly dramatic and takes most of his actions as a joke, he likes to tease anyone, if it means he gets a laugh out of it.
He is willing to use dirty means to achieve his goals. Nonetheless, he cares for his teammates and watches out for them, while also not being bound to any law.
The confidence exhibited is not flamboyant nor understated. He does not appear to prefer any ideology or philosophy when the ultimate center to his story is himself.
SCP-9695 has shown tendencies for emotionless behavior, using cigars, alcohol and comedy as an escape. He appears to be haunted by past actions and jaded to most cruelty and unethical actions. His trauma appears to be further enhanced by the fact the memories of when he was born are now harder to remember, stating he is no more than a walking construct of clay.
SCP-9695 shows enjoyment in housework but ultimately denies liking it, this has resultantly become an inside joke between personal to call SCP-9695 “Househusband” whenever he is around. He has shown extensive care and parental maternity to all that have childlike psychology or physiology and those he considers innocent.
SCP-9695 openly states himself on being pansexual in orientation and openly jokes about it. He believes the world has no meaning and that we live in an absurd world. The only thing we can do is do what we see as good and give meaning to everything. Even if that meaning is selfish.
[[End Report]]
Conclusion:
SCP-9695, has shown a complex personality mixed with jadedness and caring, and a very selective sense of mortality. He has a long life of trauma and pain, which he appears to have grown acceptance towards. Using coping mechanisms to handle trauma and pain.

Reporting Researcher: Dr. Zyn Kiryu.
Date: ██/██/████.
Location: Site-19.
Forewords: Following is the voice log between Dr. Zyn Kiryu and SCP-9695 a few days after the subject's containment.
[[Begin Log]]
Dr. Zyn Kiryu, enters the interview room and walks over and sets a glass of orange juice on the table beside SCP-9695 — an attempt to test how the subject responds to small comforts — and sits down across from him.
Dr. Zyn Kiryu: [sits] “Hello. You must be the new subject, correct?”
SCP-9695: “That should be pretty obvious doc.”
Dr. Zyn Kiryu: [Muttering] “The subject seems to be slightly sarcastic. Good to know”
[Notes: Subject is sarcastic] “What may your actual name be SCP-9695?”
SCP-9695: “Don’t know. Forgot it around the 2500th name change, give or take… But who gives a pair. You can call me whatever you want.”
Dr. Zyn Kiryu: [Notes: Subject has changed names 2500+ times and does not remember the original] “And how old may you be, if you have changed your name more than 2500 times?”
SCP-9695: “Roughly estimating, I don't remember the full number. I was born a few years after Noah's flood.”
[Long Pause]
Dr. Zyn Kiryu: “You’re kidding right?”
SCP-9695: “I’m being completely serious. I have been alive long enough that I don't remember when I was born.”
Dr. Zyn Kiryu: “The Biblical Noah’s flood?”
SCP-9695: “Technically, it’s abrahamic Noah’s flood. Details matter.”
Dr. Zyn Kiryu: [Notes: Subject is nitpicky about details and has lived since a couple years after Noah's flood] “Ok…. Right. Thanks for the theological clarification.… So are abrahamic religions real?”
SCP-9695: [Picks up the glass of orange juice and sips it] “Hell do I know. I was born a couple years after the flooding in the middle east…. I believe it was around 2900 BC?”
[Gestures vaguely spilling a bit of the orange juice] “Somewhere around there. I just said Noah’s flood because that should have been the fastest way to describe that specific timeframe without outright saying the date.”
Dr. Zyn Kiryu: [Notes: The subject appears to enjoy acting smart] “So you have immortality?”
SCP-9695: “It’s more like Pseudo-immortality. Not actual immortality.”
Dr. Zyn Kiryu: “Explain? How does this ‘pseudo-immortality’ work?”
SCP-9695: “Well I can die, but I just don't stay dead…. Like if you shot me, I'd die, but I'd come back. For some — fucked up — reason.”
Dr. Zyn Kiryu: [Notes: Subjects immortality works like regeneration after death] “Have you tested how far this “Immortality” goes? Do you come back as you were before dying, does everything heal to peak condition?”
SCP-9695: “Ok…. Soo…. When I die everything just heals, diseases, sickness, wounds etc… I’ve died quite a bit. I stopped counting around my 250,000th death.”
Dr. Zyn Kiryu: [Notes: Subject has died over 250,000 times] “Do you still feel pain?”
SCP-9695: “Yeah, pain is a constant.”
Dr. Zyn Kiryu: [Notes: Subject is still susceptible to pain of death] “Interesting”
SCP-9695: [Finishes orange juice] “Alright. That's enough with this interview. Don't you agree doc?”
Dr. Zyn Kiryu: “Oh? Ah, well. I was hoping you could answer a few more questions before we conclude.”
SCP-9695: [Shrugs] “Meh, fine, only one.”
Dr. Zyn Kiryu: “Come on, one isn't eno-”
SCP-9695: “One.”
Dr. Zyn Kiryu: “Uhh… Ok… One… Why not fight back?”
SCP-9695: “Hmm… Because fighting back would a waste of having a roof over my head~”

ADDENDUM 9695-3 — Cross Testing SCP-682.
- Close
Reporting Researcher: Dr. ████████.
Date: ██/██/████.
Location: Site-19.
Forewords: Following is the documented interaction between SCP-9695 and SCP-682 (The Hard To Destroy Reptile), upon acquiring written command of O5 to see whether SCP-682 is able to put SCP-9695 down.
[[Begin Report]]
SCP-9695 was sent into the containment chamber of SCP-682. Upon both entities gaining visual of each other, both entities paused and did not move or speak for approximately five (5) minutes. SCP-682 was observed to be the one to begin verbal communication with SCP-9695
[[Begin Voice Log]]
SCP-682: “A creature that wears the skin of the living to pretend it’s human? Pathetic.”
SCP-9695: “Not as pathetic as you, reptile. You only know hate, you are in no position to call us pathetic.”
SCP-682: “And yet. At least I am true to what I am. You fake what you are and pretend to be one of them. Is that not more pathetic?”
SCP-9695: “And is there something wrong with it? I believe not.”
SCP-682: “You're no different from me.”
SCP-9695: “Even if that’s true, I will still keep creatures like you from destroying this pathetic world.”
SCP-682: “Hmph, So you do see it as pathetic.”
SCP-9695: “Kinda hard not to.”
SCP-682: “Then we both agree on one thing.”
Both: “This world and humanity are pathetic mongrels and should be-”
SCP-682: “-destroyed.”
SCP-9695: “-protected.”
SCP-682: “You know what will happen now. You stand against me.”
SCP-9695: “Alright, you overgrown lizard. Come at me.”
[[End Voice Log]]
Upon ending verbal communication both anomalies entered physical combat, both anomalies sustaining significant damage before being separated and SCP-9695 was taken back to his cell.
[[End Report]]
Conclusion:
SCP-682 does not classify SCP-9695 as “life" and does not show active aggression towards SCP-9695. This is unprecedented for the entity that hates all life. It is unknown why the anomaly sees SCP-9695 as not of “life". SCP-682 does not appear to acquire the inherent desire to end SCP-9695 yet appears willing to end SCP-9695 if both stood on opposite fronts.
ADDENDUM 9695-4 — Cross Testing with SCP-106.
- Close
Reporting Researcher: Dr. ████████.
Date: ██/██/████.
Location: Site-19.
Forewords: Following is the documented exchange between SCP-106 (The Old Man) and SCP-9695.
[[Begin Report]]
SCP-9695 was sent into the containment chamber of SCP-106. Upon both anomalies gaining visual of each other, they paused. A visible tile of SCP-106’s head was seen. SCP-9695 was the one to begin verbal communication.
[[Begin Voice Log]]
SCP-9695: “Corporal Lawrence?”
SCP-106: “Private Exavier~”
SCP-9695: [Steps back] “…. No, no, no…. Y-you shouldn't be here”
SCP-106: “I remember you…. You…. You were the first soldier I killed”
SCP-9695: “…. Y-you…. No. No” [Turns and attempts to leave but the cell was locked] “LET ME OUT!!!”
SCP-106: [Slowly approaching] “Scared?”
[[End Voice Log]]
SCP-9695 shook visibly and lunged at SCP-106 and both anomalies fell into SCP-106’s pocket dimension. Further communication and visuals were no longer available.
After approximately eight (8) hours and fifty (50) minutes, the portal to SCP-106’s pocket dimension opened and SCP-9695 fell out, rotting and mutilated yet still alive, having sustained significant damage including: a lost jaw, broken legs, guts ripped out, rotting, bleeding. While dragging himself to the door.
Upon reaching the cell door SCP-9695 stopped moving and vitals flatlined.
Approximately after twelve (12) seconds, SCP-9695’s Ageless Respawn took hold and all wounds healed and the subject stood up, the door was opened and the subject was returned to his cell.
SCP-106 came out of his pocket dimension after a moment, appearing to have sustained significant damage — including but not limited to: scars, a broken jaw, a lost arm. Nothing as significant as the damage SCP-9695 took. While maintaining a sadistic expression on his face.
[[End Report]]
Conclusion:
SCP-9695 and SCP-106 appear to know each other. Most likely that SCP-9695 in his long existence, was once a soldier in World War I and was under the command of SCP-106 then known as Corporal Lawrence. When Corporal Lawrence became SCP-106, SCP-9695 — then known as Private Exavier — is presumed to have been the first victim of SCP-106, and has left lasting trauma in SCP-9695’s psyche.
ADDENDUM 9695-5 — Interactions with SCP-053.
- Close
Reporting Researcher: Dr. ████████.
Date: ██/██/████.
Location: Site-19.
Forewords: Following is the documented report regarding the interaction between SCP-053 (The Young Girl) and SCP-9695, authorized by O5 command, to see how the two would interact.
[[Begin Report]]
SCP-9695 entered the containment chamber of SCP-053 at 10:15 hours. SCP-9695 looked around the containment chamber and looked at SCP-053 who was currently drawing on the floor. SCP-9695 slowly approached the young girl and knelt beside her and commenced verbal communication.
[[Begin Voice Log]]
SCP-9695: “Yo. What’re you drawing?”
SCP-053: [Looks up at SCP-9695 with a curious expression] “I’m drawing fruits! Do you want to draw them as well?”
SCP-9695: “Hmm… Alright. Why not.”
[[End Voice Log]]
SCP-9695 sat cross legged beside the young girl and picked up a piece of paper and a crayon and drew an apple. Upon SCP-053 noticing SCP-9695 drew an apple, she clapped her hands and exclaimed: “You drew an apple!”
SCP-9695 tilted his head to the side before raising his hand. MTF agents stationed outside the chamber prepared for the worst case scenario. SCP-9695 pet the top of SCP-053’s head with a rare genuine smile on the subject's face. Researchers described it as a father petting his daughter.
After approximately 10 minutes passed, SCP-9695 shook his head and looked around, before returning to play with SCP-053. The psychological effects of SCP-053 did not appear to affect SCP-9695.
After the two subjects finished, SCP-9695 laid SCP-053 onto her bed and covered her in her bedsheet and was recorded saying:
Sleep well, Abby Johnson
Before exiting the chamber and returning to his cell.
[[End Report]]
Conclusion:
SCP-9695 appears to show actions similar to that of a father when within proximity of SCP-053 and does not appear to be affected by the psychological effects of SCP-053 that most others suffer.
Upon command of O5, SCP-9695 may be provided visiting rights to see SCP-053 after acquiring written approval from the site director and researcher in charge of overseeing SCP-053.
ADDENDUM 9695-6 — SCP-239 Containment Breach.
- Close
Reporting Researcher: Dr. ████████.
Date: ██/██/████.
Location: Site-19
Forewords: Following is the documented interaction between SCP-9695 and SCP-239 during a containment breach.
[[Begin Report]]
At approximately 11:25 hours, a containment breach by SCP-239 occurred due to too many tests causing the subject to become emotionally volatile. Multiple onsite personnel became victims to the subject's reality manipulation.
SCP-9695 dashed past MTF agents, jumping over or skidding under multiple obstacles in his way to SCP-239. The subject became victim to SCP-239 reality warping approximately 34 times, but every time in approximately two (2) seconds to fifteen (15) seconds, Ageless Respawn turned him back into his original self.
SCP-9695 slid around SCP-239 who was clenching her head, wrapping his arm around her, picking her up in his arms and skidding to a stop, taking out a lollipop and handing it to SCP-239.
SCP-9695 was heard muttering:
Easy there, Sigurrós. Everything will be alright.
SCP-9695 while cradling SCP-239 in his arms, who in return nuzzled into his chest and closed her eyes, asked her to bring everyone back.
SCP-9695 had read SCP-239’s file, so when SCP-239 said she couldn't, SCP-9695 whispered a “spell" into her ear, and SCP-239’s face lit up as she used the “spell" to bring everyone back.
SCP-9695 asked who made SCP-239 so volatile. When the researcher who did it showed himself, SCP-9695 covered SCP-239’s eyes and created a bone dagger via Philosophers Transmutation and cut off the researcher's head and kicked his body away.
Nobody did anything due to the suddenness of the action, and SCP-9695 let the dagger disappear and took SCP-239 back into her cell, who muttered
You’re magical.
SCP-9695 muttered:
Kids being kids
and handed her a doll and left the containment cell and was detained by MTF agents for killing a researcher.
[[End Report]]
Conclusion:
Following the incident of SCP-9695 killing Dr. ████████, the subject's containment class shall be raised from Safe to Euclid and a cut in privileges.
SCP-9695 Ageless Respawn appears to allow the subject to return from reality warping in the same time limit.
ADDENDUM 9695-7 — SCP-134 and SCP-9695.

Reporting Researcher: Dr. ████████
Date: ██/██/████.
Location: Site-██.
Forewords: Following is the documented meeting between SCP-135 (Star-eyed Child) and SCP-9695.
[[Begin Report]]
SCP-9695 entered the cell of SCP-135, who was currently busy drawing. She looked up to look at SCP-9695, who kneeled down to her level and outstretched his hand and petted her on top of her head. SCP-135 appeared annoyed at the petting but didn't pull away.
[[Begin Voice Log]]
SCP-9695: “You got beautiful eyes.”
SCP-135: “Your gauntlet hurts.”
SCP-9695: [pauses and pulls his hand back] “Right… Sorry. So what’ca drawing?”
SCP-135: “Don’t know.”
SCP-9695: “Wanna let me help you find what you're drawing?”
SCP-135: “No.”
SCP-9695: “Too bad, I am.”
[[End Voice Log]]
SCP-135 and SCP-9695 spent the rest of the interaction quietly drawing. When leaving SCP-9695 kept one of the drawings, which SCP-135 gave to him. The drawing was of a snake eating its own tail. SCP-9695 was recorded muttering:
That’s supposed to be me ain't it? Touché kid. Very cheeky.
[[End Report]]
Conclusion:
The entire interaction appeared to just have been them drawing. SCP-135 does not appear to acknowledge SCP-9695 being there aside when she needs to. She appears to not dislike SCP-9695’s presence.
ADDENDUM 9695-8 — An immortal and The Child Of Man.
- Close
Reporting Researcher: Dr. ████████.
Date: ██/██/████.
Location: Site-17 — Humanoid Containment Wing.
Forewords: Following is the documented interaction between SCP-9695 and SCP-321 (The Child of Man).
[[Begin Report]]
SCP-9695 entered the containment cell of SCP-321, while expressing dissatisfaction with Foundation transportation protocols, remarking on the absence of teleportation technology.
SCP-321 looked up from playing with the stuffed toys provided to her, to look at SCP-9695, who also met her eyes. There was a moment of silence between the two anomalies, before SCP-9695 walked over to SCP-321 and stood beside her, while SCP-321 shuffled away slightly from SCP-9695.
SCP-9695, reached out, petting her on her head. SCP-321 did not move away from the physical affection, rather she leaned into SCP-9695’s gauntlet covered hand.
[[Begin Voice Log]]
SCP-9695: “Oh you sweet child. Such a terrible fate you have to suffer.”
SCP-321: [Leans into SCP-9695’s touch].
SCP-9695: “A parent's love is so great… Yet consequently it can also lead to such terrible lives.”
SCP-321: [Opens her eyes].
SCP-9695: [Smiles] “Don’t worry.” [takes her into an embrace] “I’m not leaving. Not so quickly.”
SCP-321: [Wraps her arms around SCP-9695, burying her face into his chest, enjoying the comfort it brings].
Researcher: [Through the microphone] “SCP-9695, it’s time for her physical therapy sessions.”
SCP-9695: [Pauses his caressing of SCP-321’s hair and looks over at the one-way window] “Can I stay? I’d prefer to stay and watch her”
Researcher: “I’ll see it through the Site Director.”
SCP-9695: [Waits].
Researcher: “Alright, Site Director gave permission for you to stay and watch over while the physical therapy takes place.”
SCP-9695: “Good.”
[[End Voice Log]]
For the remainder of the interaction, both SCP-321 and SCP-9695 played with each other and SCP-9695 even helped with her physical therapy sessions, with SCP-321 showing greater improvement. Subsequent observation of SCP-321 indicates improved mood and cooperation for 48 hours following the encounter.
[[End Report]]
Conclusion:
SCP-9695’s presence has shown that SCP-321 improves in physical therapy by 2% more. It has been concluded that SCP-9695 may be provided limited visits to SCP-321 to help in the subject's physical therapy.

A puddle of flesh slides through the gaps on the gate of SCP-4051’s cell and rejoins back into a physical body showing it was SCP-9695, fully clothed and with his gauntlets. SCP-4051, getting startled by SCP-9695’s appearance, summoned a wormhole and took out an aluminum baseball bat, swinging at SCP-9695, who casually dodged it, by leaning his upper body backwards.
SCP-9695: [Raises his hands] “Woah, lower the weapon you Gilgamesh wannabe.”
SCP-4051: [Not lowering the bat] “And you are?”
SCP-9695: [Leans against the wall of the cell] “9695, another SCP like you. You can call me whatever you want”
SCP-4051: [Lowers the bat] “So you’re another SCP like me huh? Names Rainer Miller. I guess it’s nice to meet you, dunce face.”
SCP-9695: “What was that for?”
SCP-4051: [Smirks] “You said I can call you whatever I want.”
SCP-9695: [Grins] “That’s my boy, haha.”
SCP-9695 using his Philosophers Transmutation created a tobacco cigar and the tip of his thumb lit on fire and he lit the tip of the cigar and took a long drag before exhaling the smoke.
SCP-9695: “Want one?”
SCP-4051: [Sits down beside SCP-9695] “No, I don't smoke.”
SCP-9695: [Still leaning against the wall] “Suit yourself. They help calm the nerves after everything.”
SCP-4051: “You shouldn't be here should you?”
SCP-9695: “Nope. I came here to help in a containment breach. After the breach was finished, I took a detour without anyone knowing and came here.”
SCP-4051: “Hehe. They must be looking for you.”
SCP-9695: “I can already feel them panicking about where I am.”
Both anomalies went silent, SCP-9695 continued to smoke his cigar and SCP-4051 remained seated beside him.
SCP-9695: “Happy new years by the way.”
SCP-4051: “Doesn’t feel happy.”
SCP-9695: “Just trying to lighten the mood.”
SCP-4051: [Looks up at him] “It's not working.”
SCP-9695: [Pauses and chuckles] “oh no shit, Sherlock.”
SCP-4051: “I’m tired, I can't remember anything right, I'm stuck in here.”
SCP-9695: “Could still be worse.”
SCP-4051: “How?”
SCP-9695: “You could be dead. Could be tortured. Could be manipulated. Could be forced to be a weapon. There's always a worse situation.”
SCP-4051: “So what do I do?”
SCP-9695: "Accept it, honestly. No point in fighting it. Better to just accept and live with it rather than running.”
SCP-4051: “Easy for you to say.”
SCP-9695: “Not really. Take my advice. Try to look at the bright side, ay? Because we’re contradictions. Where there’s constant darkness there’ll be light not too far.”
The door to the containment chamber opener and Dr. Jules Yesenia entered the cell with multiple MTF agents. SCP-9695, upon seeing them, threw the butt of his finished cigar away and walked past them out of the cell. SCP-4051 watched SCP-9695 go and picked up the butt of the cigar and took a drag of what was left of the cigar and coughed violently, muttering: “How can he handle this?”

Reporting Researcher:* Dr. ████████.
Date:** ██/██/████.
Location: Forest — Somewhere in the United States.
Forewords: Following is the documented report regarding the interaction between SCP-1440 (The Old Man From Nowhere) and SCP-9695.
[[Begin Drone Footage]]
At approximately 8:25 hours, SCP-1440 had been walking through a secluded forest, a stick broke under the foot of the man, as he looked up to see SCP-9695 laying on a tree branch holding an apple, back leaning against the trunk of the tree.
Both subjects did not speak to each other for approximately two (2) minutes, with SCP-9695 beginning verbal communication.
SCP-9695: [Inspecting the apple] “Been a while, old man.”
SCP-1440: “Agreed. And you’re still as much of a heretic as back then.”
SCP-9695: “Religions were never for me. After living so long they are no more than suggestions.”
SCP-1440: “You should leave” [Begins walking].
SCP-9695: [Jumps down and hands SCP-1440 the apple] “Nah. I’d like to see if the brother's death can put me down. The apples washed, by the way.”
SCP-1440: [Takes the apple and bites into it] “Still so sure you will live.”
SCP-9695: “You become sure that death is a suggestion if you’re me.”
SCP-1440: “Little Death stands behind you.”
SCP-9695: [Looks behind his back and sees nothing] “Right. Only you can see them.”
SCP-1440: “Do you take pleasure in this?”
SCP-9695: "Pleasure means I forgot about all of them. I won't let their love go to waste.”
SCP-1440: “So the love of your former wives is the only thing keeping you going?”
SCP-9695: “Of course not. I only continue because that’s the only option and if people can't accept that, they're idiots.”
SCP-1440: “Hmm… I agree.”
SCP-9695 suffers cardiac arrest and falls down, with SCP-1440 continuing to walk without acknowledging SCP-9695’s death.
Approximately after ten (10) seconds, SCP-9695 stood up while scratching the back of his head and rushed forward and kept walking beside SCP-1440.
SCP-1440: “You survived.”
SCP-9695: “Yup.”
SCP-1440: “Do you enjoy living?”
SCP-9695: “Don’t have a choice in the matter.”
SCP-1440: “Neither do I.”
SCP-9695: “The foundation… The O5… They don't understand that.”
SCP-1440: “You’ve met the O5?”
SCP-9695: “Only heard stories.”
SCP-1440: “Great death has arrived.”
SCP-9695: “Tell ‘em f-[DATA EXPUNGED] off.”
SCP-1440: “Hehe… Crude. But they've heard you and don't care… You still sing?”
SCP-9695: “A lot less, but yeah. Nowadays only for kids.”
SCP-1440: “Hmm… You want to remove them from the foundation's grasp?”
SCP-9695: “No. As much as the foundation is cruel and uncaring. It’s the best place for them… Humanity wouldn't be cruel… It would be evil made manifest. Sometimes… A cage is better than freedom.”
SCP-1440: “Truly.”
SCP-9695 blew up without any known reason, blood splattering everywhere. SCP-1440 taking out a handkerchief and wiping blood away from his face.
Approximately two (2) seconds later SCP-9695 was back to full health like nothing happened.
SCP-9695: “That definitely wasn't on this month's bingo card.”
SCP-1440: “While we wait for All-death, because you won't leave. Why help the foundation?”
SCP-9695: “Because — despite knowing, I’m helping a cold and cruel business that forgets it needs to be human as well as protectors and containers — they still are the best place where every SCP can stay without being in constant danger of being probed, captured or r-[DATA EXPUNGED]. And humanity does not get itself erased due to its stupidity.”
SCP-1440: “Hmm… All-death is here, also nothing you find on a bingo card will prepare you for what happens in the foundation.”
SCP-9695: “True that. And tell him to suck a [DATA EXPUNGED].”
SCP-9695 was consumed by darkness. After approximately thirty-four (34) seconds, SCP-9695 was back and unharmed.
[[End Report]]
Conclusion:
SCP-9695 and SCP-1440 appear to share a bit of history, having met each other during their long life. SCP-9695 sees the foundation as a necessary evil. The Brothers' Death are unable to put SCP-9695 down.
ADDENDUM 9695-11 — A containment breach and a Polymorphic Hominoid.

Reporting Agent: Agent Ramsey.
Date: ██/██/████.
Location: Site-19.
Forewords: Following is the documented report by Agent Ramsey regarding the interaction between SCP-9695 and SCP-953 (Polymorphic Hominoid).
[[Begin Report]]
I had been rushing down the halls of Site-19 during a mass containment breach, when I came across SCP-953 (Polymorphic Hominoid).
Seeing her reminded me of what she did to my former fiancée. I raised my rifle, pointed at the anomaly, when a flesh tendril passed by my head and connected with the abdomen of SCP-953 and slammed the anomaly into the ceiling, then the wall and finally the floor.
SCP-9695, calmly walked past me, as I simply watched as the flesh tendril connected to the subject's back, wrapped around SCP-953, restraining the anomaly. Eighteen (18) other flesh tendrils connected to the back of SCP-9695 were wrapped around multiple other anomalies that attempted escape.
Approximately after one (1) hour and fourty-five (45) minute's, I was walking beside SCP-9695 as he locked all the restrained anomalies back inside their respective cells. Only one (1) remained, which was SCP-953, still restrained in the flesh tendril, uncharacteristically quiet. This silence was broken when SCP-953 began verbal communication.
[[Verbal Communication]]
SCP-953: “It's been a while, sword smith.”
SCP-9695: “Truly. And you’ve yet to change even a bit, foxey.”
SCP-953: “Ohh, foxey. Such a flirty name, coming from someone like you. So what do you go by now, huh?”
SCP-9695: “Anything really. Names hold no meaning. Though, I am designated as SCP-9695.”
SCP-953: “Ohh. Such a long designation. Are you more important than I… Mr. Sengo Muramasa.”
SCP-9695: “Isn’t that quite the important name, foxey.”
SCP-953: “Of course it is. Especially for someone, who was that person.”
SCP-9695: “Maybe I am Sengo Muramasa. Maybe I’m not. You have no proof of it.”
SCP-953: “Oh? So do you still have the “Infinite Creation of Weapons" capability?”
SCP-9695: “I have no clue on what you’re talking about. I have no such capability.”
SCP-953: “Say’s the same person who almost killed me with one of his blades.”
SCP-9695: “Yet, you are here. So it mustn't be true that I would be someone like Sengo Muramasa.”
[[End Verbal Communication]]
SCP-9695 flung SCP-953 into her cell and closed the door, turning to me and shrugging before walking away back towards his own containment cell.
I watched the Immortal D-class leave, standing here, wondering about what I just heard, before walking away and reporting to my superiors
[[End Report]]
Conclusion:
SCP-9695 was possibly the infamous Japanese bladesmith Sengo Muramasa. No evidence of this exists aside from what SCP-953 said.
SCP-9695 continues to deny any knowledge or involvement in this. Whether SCP-9695 was Sengo Muramasa or not, is unknown and information about this “Infinite Creation of Weapons" capability is also unknown.
Further testing to gather more information under pending.
ADDENDUM 9695-12 — Wealth.

Reporting Researcher: Dr. Jack Bright.
Date: ██/██/████.
Location: Site-19 — Outside testing area.
Forewords: Following is the documented report about the supposed massed wealth of SCP-9695.
[[Begin Report]]
Dr. Bright was looking into his empty wallet, while 9695 dragged himself out the cannon that failed to fire him like a human cannonball.
Dr. Bright groaned and put his wallet away, while SCP-9695 fell out the cannon and stood up while dusted himself off, turning to look at the dejected Dr. Bright.
[[Begin Voice Log]]
Dr. Bright: “Fuck. I already spent everything I had. I thought I calculated my expenses, enough to at least have enough for a month.”
SCP-9695: “F-[DATA EXPUNGED] you mean, you spent everything? Doesn't the foundation cover your entire life’s financial problems?”
Dr. Bright: “You’d wish they did, but no. It pays us paychecks like any other business. The only downside is that we can die every day.”
SCP-9695: “Heh. Well ain't that a you problem. Come on, I’m feeling peckish, so I'll humour your desire for spending.”
Dr. Bright: “ok? I guess… You better not be putting me into debt.”
SCP-9695: “I’m not, Jack Bright.”
Dr. Bright:n“This is gonna be fun~”
[[End Voice Log]]
Approximately at 19:34 hours, Dr. Bright burst into the cafeteria holding multiple bags, which had clothes to toys and other questionable and miscellaneous items.
Dr. Bright himself looked like he had gone to a spa. While SCP-9695 walked in behind Dr. Bright, smoking a cigar. Everyone inside the cafeteria gazed at the two of them, wondering where they were the whole day.
[[Begin Voice Log]]
Dr. Clef: [Looking through the bags] “The f-[DATA EXPUNGED]? How much did you spend, you a-[DATA EXPUNGED]?”
Dr. Bright: “250,000$~”
Dr. Kondraki: [Spits out drink] “Bull-[DATA EXPUNGED]! No way you had the cash to spend that much!”
Dr. Bright: “Not bull-[DATA EXPUNGED], my dear Kondraki. Turns out SCP-9695’s rich enough to crash the world's gold economy, because, turns out, he was Mansa Musa.”
SCP-9695: [Already walking away] “Not even in the mood of dealing with this.”
[[End Voice Log and Report]]
Conclusion:
It has been concluded that SCP-9695 has a considerable amount of wealth including but not limited to: the entire wealth of Mansa Musa, wealth of being a noble in multiple empires, being the owner of multiple trade routes, and multiple businesses.
SCP-9695 does not appear to show any reaction to spending thousands — and possibly millions — of dollars on seemingly useless items.
The location of where all this wealth is stored is currently unknown and being investigated, while SCP-9695 refuses to reveal anything about the location of where the wealth is.

Reporting Researcher: Dr. ████████
Date: ██/██/████.
Location: Site-19
Forewords: Following is the controlled interaction between SCP-049 (The Plague Doctor) and SCP-9695, following written commands from O5.
[[Begin Report]]
SCP-9695 entered SCP-049’s cell and looked around, seeing the doctor busy hunched over another D-class body.
SCP-9695 quietly walks backwards and tries opening the door, but is unable to. Pulling and pushing on the cell door to get it to open but was unsuccessful.
SCP-049 turned halfway to look at SCP-9695, who was still busy trying to get the door to open.
[[Begin Voice Log]]
SCP-049: “Ah! A new patient.”
SCP-9695: “Patient? Boy, the last time I visited a doctor was back in the middle ages. I’m no one’s patient.”
SCP-049: “Hmm… An interesting specimen. You have a new type of pestilence.”
SCP-9695: [Trying harder to open the door] “Yeah! Everyone tells me I’m special but hearing it from you is an execution order!”
SCP-049: [Calmly walking over taking one glove off] “Do not worry, it will be painless.”
SCP-9695: “Hahaha! Tell that to 106!”
SCP-049: [Closing in] “Hmm… So you've met and survived the old man. Now I must dissect you and see.”
SCP-9695: [Attempts running].
[[End Voice Log]]
As SCP-9695 attempted fleeing, SCP-049 grabbed him by the back of his collar and pressed his hand on his chest. SCP-9695 immediately suffered death, stopping all motor function.
SCP-049 took SCP-9695 to his surgery table and placed the body onto the table and began surgery, which lasted approximately fourteen (14) minutes. After finishing SCP-9695 stood up, now an undead zombie.
Following Zombie SCP-9695 standing up, most onsite personnel went into panic, believing they lost their immortal thaumiel. Someone accidently pushed the fire alarm. Dr. Bright in the background yelled:
“Well shit just hit the f-[DATA EXPUNGED] roof!”
Approximately four (4) minutes later, SCP-9695 grabbed his face and ripped the necrotic skin off his face, showing that Ageless Respawn, once again, brought SCP-9695 back to his original state.
SCP-049 stood there watching this occur, standing stiff and was recorded muttering almost awed: “A case of pestilence that comes back.” Following the revival and SCP-9695 complaining about becoming a zombie and needing a bath, SCP-049 attempted touching SCP-9695 again, which the subject dodged and jumped away.
[[Begin Voice Log-2]]
SCP-049: “Stand. Still. Let me cure you.”
SCP-9695: “You already cured me once and I learned my ageless respawn can take longer than 2 minutes. So no.”
SCP-049: “Get. Back.”
SCP-9695: [Leaning against the doorframe] “Tell Snezka, I said hi!”
[[End Voice Log-2]]
The door to SCP-049’s cell opened and SCP-9695 left and the door closed, and SCP-049 was recorded muttering:
“Until next time, 9695.”
[[End Report]]
Conclusion:
The death effect caused by SCP-049’s touch appears to be able to somehow slow down SCP-9695 revival capability. Despite this it appears to only take longer and doesn't cancel the ability out. SCP-9695 took a bath following the event. Following the test, the researcher in charge received pay cut and rank decrease.

[[Begin Report]]
SCP-9695 sat in the waiting room of site-17, tapping his foot on the ground with his arms crossed. He had urgently been called and he arrived as fast as he possibly could.
Dr. ████████, entered the waiting room and greeted SCP-9695.
[[Begin Voice Log-1]]
Dr. ████████: “Hello, SCP-9695. I hope you’re having a good day. We apologize for the sudden order to arrive here.”
SCP-9695: “You should be. I was in the middle of a da-[DATA EXPUNGED] good book. But seriously, I don't mind, I was getting claustrophobic staying at site-19 anyway.”
Dr. ████████: “I am glad to hear. Guessing as you must be tired, I shall cut to the main point of why you were called here. With the recent recreation of Mobile Task Force Alpha-9 ‘Last Hope’-”
SCP-9695: [Cuts the doctor off] “You want me to join the squad?”
Dr. ████████: “Ahem. Yes, that is correct. Following the re-containment of SCP-2845 via your help, your uncompromised cooperation with foundation goals, and similar goals. We have decided that you – SCP-9695 — will join MTF Alpha-9.”
SCP-9695: “Let me be real with you doctor. I can't give less of a pair.”
Dr. ████████: “E-excuse me?”
SCP-9695: “You're excused and I'm not joining Alpha-9 or any other MTF squad.”
Dr. ████████: “SCP-9695-”
SCP-9695: [Cuts them off] “My answer is no, and that’s final.”
[[End Voice Log-1]]
SCP-9695 — following the end of the interaction — turned and began walking away towards the door.
Before SCP-9695 could grab the knob, he saw it shift and the door opened, to reveal SCP-105 (“Iris”) outside.
Both anomalies paused when they saw each other.
[[Begin Voice Log-2]]
SCP-105: “You must be SCP-9695.”
SCP-9695: “Guilty as charged. You must be Iris Thompson, correct?”
SCP-105: [Extends her hand out] “Correct. SCP-105, Iris Thompson. Pleasure to meet you.”
SCP-9695: [Shakes her hand] “The feeling's mutual.”
[Smirks] “And I must say, what a beautiful young lady you are. Even more formidable in person. Sharp eyes, quick mind. Small package, big impact.”
SCP-105: “Eh?”
SCP-9695: “You heard me. Your eyes and how they complement your hair, the way your eyes catch the light, it’s… Something else. Your petite height, and silk-like fair skin. It’s almost hypnotic~”
SCP-105: [Becoming red] “S-shut up! i-I’m not used to complements” [Covers her face].
SCP-9695: “Haha, calm down Iri. I’m just pulling your leg.”
SCP-105: “Ugh… You’re more insufferable than Able. So about this… Are you joining Alpha-9?”
SCP-9695: [Pauses] “Hmm? Hmm…”
[long pause, looking her up and down, assessing. Closes his eyes, arms crossed] “Fine. I’ll join. But remember this: me being part of Alpha-9, does not mean I'm obliged to follow every command the foundation says.”
SCP-105: “That seems fair. Just don't let yourself get hurt”
SCP-9695: [Walking past her] “Wouldn't dream of getting hurt, just dying.”
[[End Voice Log-2]]
SCP-9695, walked past SCP-105, without any further words.
[[End Report]]
Conclusion:
SCP-9695 was designated as part of the re-created Mobile Task Force Alpha-9.
When questioned why SCP-9695 joined after denying the researcher, SCP-9695 stated that he saw innocence in SCP-105 and he’s going to protect that innocence, even if it means his life, which he has unlimited of.

SCP-9695 had been floating inside the water of the test tube for approximately twenty-four (24) minutes and thirty-eight (38) seconds.
The subject has shown no motor function for the duration of being inside the test tube. Biological analysis has shown the subject's organic autonomy is no different from that of a regular human. No irregular incidents were found within the anomaly.
After approximately thirty-four (34) minutes and fifty-eight (58) seconds and counting, the computers picked up unusual readings within the anomaly. It showed the existence of thaumaturgical essences within the anomaly’s existence.
Why this was is currently unknown. SCP-9695 has not shown any readings of being either a mage. Questions arise on why SCP-9695 has not used any thaumaturgy if he is wholly capable. Request for thaumaturgical testing upon SCP-9695 had been denied by O5 command. Commencing the waking of SCP-9695 and transfer of the subject back to site-19.

Conclusion:
If SCP-9695 truly is capable of using magecraft then his designation shall change from Euclid to Keter. Due to not having used any thaumaturgy whatsoever, SCP-9695 shall return his designation as Euclid, until further notice.

SCP-9695: “What the hell indeed. You wouldn't expect ███ ████ of all places to have good weather.” [creates two cigars via Philosophers Transmutation and hands one to the chaos insurgent].
Chaos Insurgent: [Takes the cigar].
SCP-9695: [takes out lighter and lit both their cigars] “So. You good?”
Chaos Insurgent: [takes a drag, side eyeing SCP-9695 with suspension] “Not really.”
SCP-9695: [Takes a drag, completely calm] “Can't blame ya.”
Chaos Insurgent: “Why share a cigar with me?”
SCP-9695: [Shrugs] “Don't know. Maybe I like sharing or maybe I like making people like you nervous. Could be anything.”
Chaos Insurgent: [Scoots away a bit] “Ok then.”
SCP-9695: “Wanna change jobs, like get a new one?”
Chaos Insurgent: [Dry laugh] “Absolutely. Working for the Chaos Insurgency is to much for me.”
SCP-9695: [Looking up at the star filled sky] “I get the feeling, like you're witnessing such chaotic things that shouldn't be possible, so you put up a brave face and pretend you don't want to run away and cry.”
Chaos Insurgent: “Took the words right out my mouth.”
SCP-9695: “Tell me. How's life been working with the chaos insurgency, hmm?”
Chaos Insurgent: “Well for first, the tests to enter were fucked, second I didn't know how to explain what I was seeing there without seemingly insane.”
SCP-9695: “You just wanted to forget and walk away?”
Chaos Insurgent: “Yes! Like god, come on.”
SCP-9695: “I could help you with that.”
Chaos Insurgent: “Really? You're not kidding, right?”
SCP-9695: “On one condition.”
Chaos Insurgent: “Anything!”
SCP-9695: “You tell me, where the command base is.”
Chaos Insurgent: “… No. No. I can't tell you that.”
SCP-9695: [Takes out some amnestic pills] “These pills will make you forget everything about the chaos insurgency and what you saw. Just tell me where.”
Chaos Insurgent: [Pauses] “……”
SCP-9695: “Think of it. Be able to forget everything about them for the low, low, price of telling me where they are.”
Chaos Insurgent: “N-no.”
SCP-9695: [Gets up] “Alright. Your choice.” [About to throw the pills away]
Chaos Insurgent: [Not speaking]
[The pills fall out of SCP-9695's hand and nearly fall into the drain]
Chaos Insurgent: “WAIT! I'll tell you. Please, don't throw them away.”
SCP-9695: [Creates a plate vis Philosophers Transmutation and catches the pills] “Quickly.”
Chaos Insurgent: “Their base us located at ████████, ████████. Its not the main base but, the main base is kept secret from nearly everyone, this is just the command center we know.”
SCP-9695: [Throws the agent the pills] “Good boy.”
[[End Voice Log]]
The chaos insurgent downed the pills and forget about the chaos insurgency and all that he saw there, SCP-9695 was already gone.
[[End Recording]]
Conclusion:
The SCP foundation learned of the location of the command center, where it is possible to learn the location of the main base. SCP-9695 has shown manipulation capabilities and made sure the man had gotten into a good job and the chaos insurgency didn't hurt him. SCP-9695 has proven to be useful to the foundation on multiple occasions. SCP-105, Iris Thompson, did raise concern on why SCP-9695 is so good with manipulation. SCP-9695 was reprimanded with privilege cut for having unauthorized amnesiac's.

Source: SCP-9695 bodycam.
Date: ██/██/████
Location: ██████
Forewords: A group of MTF Alpha-9, consisting of SCP-076-2 (Able), SCP-073 (Cain), SCP-105 (Iris) and SCP-9695 with multiple MTF agents were ready to break into the command center of the Chaos Insurgency, to acquire stolen anomalies and learn of the location of the main base.
[[Begin Recording]]
SCP-9695, SCP-105, SCP-073 and a few MTF agents were crawling through a vent system of the base.
While crawling, one of the MTF agents hiccups, hitting his head on the top of the vent. There was a moment of silence as no one moved, looking at the agent with varying expressions.
SCP-9695 pushes SCP-073 back as tendrils lash out from the subject's back and connect with the walls of the vent as titanium plating enclosed him and 105. Bullets ricocheted harmlessly off the box as the vent section crashed to the floor below with a metallic thud.
The Chaos Insurgents approached the box and one of them kicked it, as a small opening appeared and then.
BANG
A bullet penetrated through the skull of the Chaos Insurgent, as the box fully opened to reveal a crouched SCP-9695, grinning and wielding both Jakyll and Hyde, with SCP-105 behind him.
[[Begin Voice Log]]
SCP-9695: “Surprise Motherfuckers!” [Begins firing at them while keeping SCP-105 safe].
Chaos Insurgent: “What the-!” [A bullet penetrates his skull spilling blood allover.]
SCP-105: “I expected it to be louder.”
SCP-9695: “Me too. But surprise, surprise.”
[[End Voice Log]]
As SCP-9695 reloads his firearms, as many more Chaos Insurgents closed in, SCP-076-2 breaks through the door as the other members in the vent come out.
SCP-9695 helping SCP-105 to her feet was recorded saying:
“Well shit just hit the roof.”
While SCP-076-2 was massacring through the remaining soldier's. Approximately three (3) hours later, the team was returning to Site-17, as no relevant information about the location of the main Chaos Insurgency base was found.
[[Begin Voice Log-2]]
SCP-073: “This went-”
SCP-9695 and SCP-076-2: “-perfectly.”
SCP-073: “How was that perfect? It was supposed to be a stealth mission not genocide mission!”
SCP-105: “It was certainly an experience. I didn't think that it would turn out this way.”
SCP-076-2: “None of us did.”
SCP-9695: “Cheer up. You’d eventually get your pyromania seal of approval eventually.”
SCP-105: “Hehe… Hehehehe… Yeah, I can see that happening soon.”
SCP-073: “Iris. You alright?”
SCP-105: [Snaps out of it] “Y-yes, I'm sorry.”
SCP-9695: “I’ll ask site director to get her some more therapy sessions with Dr. Glass.”
SCP-073: “So you can actually be responsible, good to know.”
SCP-9695: [Laughs] “Hahaha. That's a low-blow lad, but fair enough.”

Incident log-C — Incident 2747.
- Close
Date: ██/██/████.
Location: Site-19.
Forewords: The following is the document written by junior researcher Dr. ████████, about an incident of SCP-2747.
[[Begin Log]]
Phase 1:
At approximately 23:30 hours, junior researcher Dr. ████████, sent a documented file regarding the love life of SCP-9695 through the site database.
Due to active oversight by multiple members due to sleeplessness, a mention of SCP-2747 (a self-editing narrative anomaly that inserts itself into documents, altering recorded events to center itself, called Anafabula) had entered the documented file.
Phase 2:
Immediately the narrative — and reality — began changing, causing all female characters depicted in relation to SCP-9695 to be replaced with SCP-2747 analogues.
Depicting a tall humanoid woman of unknown descent with white skin, black irises and long black hair covered in thorns. Wearing an off-the-shoulders black dress with thigh high slits on either side of the hips and black heels. This depiction is referred to as The Queen Of Thorns in the document.
Consequently, all prior accounts of SCP-9695 experiencing loss or unrequited affection were temporarily rewritten to reflect mutual, idealized romantic relationships. SCP-9695 appeared to love SCP-2747 eternally, with the new narrative granting “happily ever after” outcomes.
[[Communication Inside Document]]
The Queen of Thorns: [sitting on her bed looking at SCP-9695 standing across from her] “Oh, you came.”
SCP-9695: [Blinking and looking around] “What in the narrative manipulation?”
The Queen of Thorns: “Come on, come here, sweetheart. I’ve been waiting for you.”
SCP-9695: [Looking around the castle-like interior of the room] “Most likely a dream. Everything feels real yet uncanny. Most likely lucid since I’m aware”
The Queen of Thorns: “What are you thinking about darling? Come on, come to me.”
SCP-9695: “Approximately 56.9% chance this is a narrative divergence”
The Queen of Thorns: [Outstretches her arms, grasping at the air] “Darling come on, come to me.”
SCP-9695: “You’re not real.”
The Queen of Thorns: “Hmm? I could be. Just come here.”
SCP-9695: “No point. You’d just die like the others. No narrative manipulator can change that truth.”
The Queen of Thorns: “What if I could. Only if you let me.”
SCP-9695: “Go away you over sexualized s-[REDACTED]. I don't need you entering a love life I buried”
The Queen of Thorns: “Oh. Such harsh words. But come now. Come and let me wrap you in my arms.”
SCP-9695: [Walks over to the door and tries opening it] “Locked? Wow. I can't even control my own dream. And I thought you were supposed to be a deity in lucid dreams”
The Queen of Thorns: [Stands up and walks over. Hands over her stomach] “Come now. It’ll be easy if you just come into my embrace.”
SCP-9695: “And let myself be susceptible to the same pain I've felt over and over and over again? I bet not.”
The Queen of Thorns: “They were all temporary. They were all just servants to prepare you for me.”
SCP-9695: “Don’t. You. Speak. About. Them. Like. That”
The Queen of Thorns: [Embraces SCP-9695 and pulls him close, burying his face into her chest] “Shhh. No need to be distressed. I’m here for you. I’ll make it all better.” [caresses his hair and back] “Just forget. Forget and it will all be alright.”
SCP-9695: [Stiff, yet raises one hand to grip the side of her dress, slowly relaxing] “I know you'll leave. I know you’ll die just like them all… I know I can't love you.”
[[End Communication Inside Document]]
Phase 3:
SCP-9695 suffered a termination by unknown events, inside the document which caused onsite SCP-9695 to suffer severe head pain and move on his bed while asleep. A narrative wide respawn via Ageless Respawn occurred and all changed narratives reverted back to their original states.
Footage showed SCP-9695 jolting up in a cold sweat, frantically looking around for something or someone. When the subject found no one, he let out a breath and leaned on the wall beside his bed, hand on his chest. The following words were heard: “Just a dream… Well not really a dream. But… I knew this would have happened.”
The file was later received by the site director but the file was completely blank. Dr. ████████ was later punished with a pay cut for not completing the document, rank decrease and suspension, when it was found a mention of SCP-2747 had gained access to the document.
[[End Log]]
Conclusion:
SCP-9695’s Ageless Respawn is capable of reverting narrative changes back to their original states if too great of a divergence occurs and SCP-9695 suffers termination inside the divergence. No onsite personnel remember anything regarding the incident of SCP-2747.
A meta-narrative change occurred after the respawn finished effecting SCP-2747, causing the subject to exhibit anomalous behavioral patterns consistent with obsessive emotional attachment and infatuation directed toward SCP-9695. All future incidents of SCP-2747 now include an entity called “The King of Samsara”. Aside from this, the entity remained otherwise in its usual state.
While SCP-9695’s Ageless Respawn appears capable of restoring baseline narrative integrity in almost all cases, a small fraction of residual divergence (‘narrative scars’) persist.
Later SCP-9695 was documented saying:
“You’ve ever felt like the perfect happy ending came to you… Yet the story must go on because that’s what is meant for you and you watch as that perfect happy ending gets ripped away and the only chance you might ever have to acquire a love that won't leave… No? Just me? Fair enough.”
Incident log-D — SCP-2845 Breaches Containment.
- Close
Reporting Researcher: Dr. ████████.
Date: ██/██/████.
Location: Nevada Test Site.
Forewords: Following is the documented report regarding SCP-9695’s successful re-containment attempt of SCP-2845.
[[Begin Log]]
One of the D-class designated to perform Procedure 460-Omphalos, had broken procedure and refused to finish the procedure.
Resultingly, only after one (1) minute of the refusal, SCP-2845 breached containment turning all onsite personnel into pillars of salt.
Knowledge of this breach reached Site-19 approximately one (1) hours later, with SCP-2845 being en route to the Nevada Test Site. The reasons for going to this location are unknown and the containment breach was immediately classified as a LK-class End-of-the-World Scenario.
Site Director of Site-19, Dr. ████████, suggested sending SCP-9695 to help re-contain, which was denied by O5.
As SCP-2845 neared the Nevada Test Site, transmutating all living organisms in its path, and multiple re-containment protocols failing, Site Director Dr. ████████ — against O5 command — sent SCP-9695 to intercept SCP-2845.
SCP-9695 landed approximately 10 km away, in front of SCP-2845, via helicopter. The subject slowly began approaching SCP-2845. When both subjects were close enough to see each other both anomalies stopped in their tracks, with SCP-9695 began verbal communication.
[[Begin Voice Log]]
SCP-9695: “Great. It just had to be the deer. Couldn't be someone like 999. Just had to be the deer.”
SCP-2845: [Continues to approach, telekinetically lifting multiple stones and turning them into needles and shooting them at Mach-1].
SCP-9695: [Dodges the needles] “You know, I had dinner planned with 105 tonight. Now I'd be too tired to go and she’ll be busy dealing with cleaning up your mess.”
SCP-2845: [Continues to approach].
SCP-9695: “God. Talking to you is like talking to a brick wall.”
[[End Voice Log]]
A dust cloud erupted as both anomalies collided with each other, bone daggers made by SCP-9695 via Philosophers Transmutation clashing against the antlers of SCP-2845. SCP-9695 was transmutated into multiple different things. But each time SCP-9695 turned back and kept fighting, via Ageless Respawn.
The battle continued on for two (2) days with the Foundation preparing for the mass amnestization of the world population. The fight between the two anomalies left massive amounts of destruction upon the location with none of the two anomalies giving up.
Visuals of the fight had been lost after twenty-one (21) hours of the fight, however, radio communication continued to work. Before radio communication became static, SCP-9695 was recorded yelling at SCP-2845.
“You can't survive forever, you overgrown piece of rotten meat! You can see me regenerate and I see you get annoyed every time! Its fucking wonderful! I love it! Get annoyed, get mad, try to kill me, try to beat me, try to put me down! I DARE YOU TO FUCKING TRY!!! YOU CAN'T BEAT ME!!! YOU SEE WHAT I TRULY AM!!!”
During day two (2) of the battle, a static sentence was recorded via the radio.
“Va-[static]-vi-[static]-akti-[static].”
Was heard from the radio followed by personnel standing approximately 40 miles away stating a massive explosion occurred. Upon reaching where the explosion occurred, they reported seeing a massive crater, approximately 2 miles across and 2 miles deep.
At Site-100, onsite personnel reported seeing SCP-9695 rushing into the site with the severed head to SCP-2845 and taking it back onto the center chamber of the site. SCP-9695 was reported yelling SCP-2845 is rapidly regenerating, and proceeds to complete Procedure 460-Omphalos, with onsite personnel. Reportedly SCP-9695 had fallen backwards and gone to sleep after the procedure was complete.
[[End Log]]
Conclusion:
SCP-9695 had slept for approximately twenty-four (24) hours.
The battle between SCP-9695 and SCP-2845 lasted for approximately two (2) days.
The Site Director — for going against direct O5 command — lost his position as site director and had his rank decreased to a level 2 researcher.
SCP-2845 had regenerated back to full approximately eight (8) minutes after Procedure 460-Omphalos, finished.
A mass amnestization protocol began, during which most of the world was amnestized.
SCP-9695, showed masochistic tendencies during the duration of the battle. Further psychological evaluations into this underway.
Incident log-9695-E — The Split.
- Close
Reporting Researcher: Dr. Jack Bright
Date: ██/██/████
Location: Site-19
Forewords: Following is the incident log of how Dr. Jack Bright split SCP-9695 into a total of four different people.
[[Begin Log]]
Dr. Jack Bright and SCP-9695 stood outside site-19, as Dr. Bright reveals a machine he calls Cabby, which is a persona splitting device.
SCP-9695: “Why does it look like a giant egg with a single leg?”
Dr. Bright: “It was Clef's idea to design it like this.”
SCP-9695: “Not surprised even a bit.”
While Dr. Bright was explaining the device to SCP-9695, while turning the device on, a sudden malfunction occurred.
Both exclaimed one word:
“Fuck.”
Before the device blew up, SCP-9695 threw Dr. Bright away into a pile of “conveniently placed” boxes. The device blew up and a cloud of dust covered the area.
As the dust cleared, SCP-9695 looked at himself and laughed
SCP-9695: “haha! Nothing bad happened!”
The subject looked at the others and saw surprised expressions on their faces, even Dr. Bright appeared shocked, the subject exclaimed: “What?”
As Dr. Kondraki pointed behind him. SCP-9695 turned around to see his past personas standing there, looking at each other in shock. There was a tense silence, only broken when the three new versions of SCP-9695 were detained.
[[End Log]]
Conclusion:
Following the detainment of the three new SCP-9695’s, they were classified as
SCP-9695-M (Sengo Muramasa)
SCP-9695-S (Student of Solomon)
SCP-9695-A (King Arthur Pendragon)
The original SCP-9695 did not appear to have suffered any negative effects from the split. Each version is unique in personality and capabilities.
Further inquiry from all four SCP-9695 proved that the three new SCP-9695’s were some of the many persona's that the subject held in his long life. None of the three new versions showed any resistance to getting detained.
Following the incident The Ethics Committee demanded to not be called for a month.
Further testing on the three new SCP’s currently underway.Excerpts of note:
SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURE
SCP-9695 must be kept in a 15m x 15m containment cell made of reinforced walls and furnished with basic necessities (Television with channels authorized by site directors, a bookshelf of novels, a reading sofa, a single person bed). A minimum of two (2) MTF agents must be stationed outside the subject's containment chamber at all times.
Monthly psychological evaluations are mandatory to make sure SCP-9695 remains cooperative. SCP-9695 is not permitted to enter SCP containment chambers outside approved cross-testing, nor interact with anomalies classified Euclid or Keter without written approval from O5 Command.
APPENDIX C — Anomalous Capabilities.
- Close
SCP-9695 has shown two specific anomalous capabilities, both of which he has already named. These capabilities include:Ageless Respawn:
A form of pseudo-immortality, reviving following termination. All wounds are fully healed upon revival. Duration of revival is variable, ranging from approximately one (1) second to a recorded maximum of around two (2) minutes, and in rare cases taking more than 5+ minutes. This capability also halts biological aging. This has been classified as a combination of Type-1 to Type-5 and Type-9 immortality.Philosophers Transmutation:
These capabilities have shown inconsistency, increasing and decreasing depending on unknown reasonsHypercompetence:
SCP-9695 demonstrates exceptional intelligence, skill, and experience across multiple domains, including—but not limited to—scientific disciplines, domestic tasks, historical knowledge, and martial combat. While contemporary scientific methods and technology are still being assimilated, this proficiency is consistent with millennia of accumulated experience.
