Noting for records-keeping that DrBlitz (account age 1629 days, site membership 518 days) recently sent me the following PM:
Hello,
Is there any possibility of reserving a specific spot in the X series before it releases if I will have a ready SCP for it? I really want a specific number and it would be really cool if I possibly got it if it wouldn’t be reserved by anyone in the 9k contest.
Have a great day nonetheless.
I sent back:
Of note, this is not the first instance of the user not wanting to follow guidelines:
From May 2025, in a critique thread where they received critique from four different reviewers, all of which stopped responding to the user after having a negative experience interacting with them: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-17137973/seeking-greenlights-the-gaslighting-stone#post-7015030
Thanks for all of the advices. I mostly didn’t listen to feedback probably because I’m getting frustrated with how this wiki works (I hoped that it was just a matter of getting some reviews on your draft and that’s it, but of course you have to go through a months long greenlighting system with most of the reviewers ignoring your questions). Why wasn’t the site’s warhead detonated? I guess I will make an important person be there as a hostage. Is it just a murder rock? I don’t think that it’s just that (It doesn’t necessary make people kill each other, it just manipulates people into thinking different things about the reality). I should start with something smaller? I would sure like to, but my every smaller idea was instantly rejected so that’s a no. I will of course be zooming in on individual stories. That’s how I want to also present the entire mini civil war of the Foundation. Once again, thanks for the advices, have a great day
Of note, their first post in the forum was in March 2025, and was a full draft without greenlights: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-17083235/looking-for-a-review-first-scp
Also some comments from early September 2025, being passive-aggressive in the discussion threads of other authors' successful works:

This article is a living proof that even without any story or deeper meaning new articles can be successful. I kinda aspire to write articles like this, but unfortunately all of my ideas are either already done or just plain boring. Welp. At least I can give this one an upvote :)

Welp. Another proof that short articles may be good. Anyways, great article.
