**Special Containment Procedures**:
Due to the unpredictable appearances and frequent disappearances of SCP-8259 and SCP-8259-A, attempts to predict the subjects' next locations have consistently failed, even with the Foundation's highly advanced tracking and surveillance equipment. Containment is considered nearly impossible, and confirmed sightings of the entities remain rare.
Many agents and researchers have attempted to approach or communicate with the anomalies, but all efforts have been met with failure. The only clear analysis of the subjects was conducted during an ambush at Site-██ by the Chaos Insurgency (See Incident Report.) Additionally, only three known interview logs concerning SCP-8259 and SCP-8259-A exist. Despite considerable manpower and resources, the Foundation has only partially contained the entities.
--------------------------------------------------
**SCP-8259**:
**Description**: SCP-8259 is an ageless humanoid entity designated as "The Balancer". The anomaly possesses the anatomy and physique of a human male, and his height is exactly 181.34 cm. Sealing papers, measuring approximately 7 to 9 cm in length, cover not only his lower face but also his arms and waist.
The anomaly's hair is black, blended with white. His overall attire is casual: black pants, a white sleeveless shirt, white shoes, and a black jacket worn around his waist.
**Behavior**: The subject shows up in response to any imbalance that occurs in a conflict. Rumors and unverified witness accounts imply he has existed since the first disturbance in the balance of the universe. SCP-8259 rarely interacts with anyone except SCP-8259-A. His voice is raspy and deep; he seems relaxed most of the time.
His only objective is to eliminate any imbalance. On rare occasions, he has been seen smiling or laughing with SCP-8259-A. Full conversations between the two were recorded on a small tape recorder by a concealed Foundation team.
Agent ████ devised a plan that involved hiding audio recorders around the area where SCP-8259 and SCP-8259-A were observed standing.
**Biology**: His build is lightly muscular yet slim, with a narrow waist. The tissue under the sealing papers appears to be partially decayed. If the coverings were pulled apart, the bones would become visible, accompanied by a strong odor resembling decaying flesh. The smell is reported as nauseating in close proximity.
**Signature Weapon**: The subject wields a claymore measuring 185 cm long and 0.3 cm thick — sized perfectly to fit The Balancer's waist when he rests it there. The blade is entirely black except for the white section at the middle and the golden symbols adorning the hilt of the sword. It's surprisingly light and easy to swing around.
**Fighting Techniques**
**—Fragment of Judgement—**: The subject drives the claymore into the ground, causing it to shatter into millions of fragments capable of piercing the target's body with immense force.
After approximately five seconds, the fragmented sword would return to its initial form, leaving faint visible cracks, until SCP-8259 decides to move it.
—Eternal Suppression—: The color scheme of the claymore and its centerpiece invert, turning it entirely white except at the center. The now color-inverted weapon can cut through any known material with ease.
—Silenced Reason—: This enhancement amplifies the main skill attack by 100,000%. When the weapon is swung toward the target immediately after this activation, it can successfully vaporize the enemy, mimicking the effects of heat exposure equivalent to the surface of the sun. In other words, as if they were thrown right into the sun.
—Balanced Silhouette—: SCP-8259 can sneak up behind his enemies by applying this unique technique. His shadow fades into the ground, allowing him to shift into a void-like dimension. Only his footprints can be seen in the physical world. These prints would approach the targets before emerging to strike them down.
—Decimation Type: Yin—: The central core would detach from the claymore, while the decorations forming the hilt of the weapon would be separated to be placed around SCP-8259's hands. The subject then uses it to slice the enemies into thin remnants scattered across the ground.
Even SCP-8259's appearance would change drastically during this state: the sealing papers would materialize away, leaving a void in their place. His black pants transform into white shorts, and his jacket dissolves into flames.
--------------------------------------------------
**SCP-8259-A**:
**Description**: SCP-8259-A is an ageless humanoid entity referred to as "The Observer". He possesses a similar anatomy and physique to SCP-8259, resembling a human male. His height, however, is a bit shorter than The Balancer at 179.73 cm. Sealing papers obscure his eyes, making it difficult to determine the direction of his gaze.
His short hair is a pastel azure, and his attire is elegant yet simple — a white jacket with golden patterns in the middle hangs on his shoulders.
**Behavior**: The anomaly manifests instantaneously when a conflict unfolds. Unlike his colleague, SCP-8259-A's only role is to observe and record every single detail meticulously, and later transcribe it into his personal archives. (See Report: //Eternal bookshelves//).
The subject doesn't really display emotions, not even with SCP-8259. He remains silent unless interacted with. (See Interview Logs 01 and 02 for further context and explanations.)
**Biology**: SCP-8259-A's build isn't much different compared to SCP-8259. He is slightly slimmer with less muscular development due to rare combat scenarios. In fact, the only time he ever fights is when he is defending himself.
Under the sealing papers lies flesh that is far more decayed and necrotic than SCP-8259's. It is theorized that SCP-8259-A has fewer sealing papers on him, which do little to contain the decay.
**Signature Weapon**: SCP-8259-A wields twin swords measuring 123.09 cm in length, 0.4 cm in thickness and 7.8 cm in width. The blade is entirely white except for the black inlays at the middle and the golden markings adorning the hilt of the sword.
It's surprisingly light and easy to swing around. It visually resembles SCP-8259's weapon, but its functions and skills are a mirrored version of The Balancer's claymore.
**Fighting Techniques**:
—Analytical Mindset—: When the swords are unleashed, they are recognized as charged. The blades appear to be divided into two pieces. The subject then swings them toward the enemies, generating a square-shaped zone. The inside of it resembles the outlines of a chessboard. The patterns slam into the target immediately, and illusory chess pieces — such as pawns — emerge from the ground and bounce directly into the enemies. Damage increases significantly if a king or queen manifests, resulting in greater destruction.
—Internal Annihilation—: The swords' base and centerpiece colors inverts, turning them entirely black except at the center. In this state, they can now deflect any type of material thrown at them.
—Eyes of Oblivion—: When the subject throws the swords skyward, they will vanish and reappear above the enemies. Illusionary eyes will begin to fill up the sky across a radius of several hundred kilometers.
Approximately five seconds after all eyes are wide open, thousands, even millions, of blades would start to rain down from the sky at 20 km/h. The effect ceases after eight minutes.
—Hidden Thoughts—: If the subject fails to counter the threat or was caught off guard, his body turns into sealing papers the moment enemies approach him. The anomaly then materializes again in a safer location, using sealing papers.
—Execution Type—: Yang : The swords' pieces separate and reassemble into a single blade. The Observer then summons an illusion-like puppet, SCP-8259-B, which charges toward the enemies on command.
SCP-8259-A's form would alter into two gigantic hands floating in the sky with golden eyes at the center of the palms. It would release strings that could be connected to the puppet, controlling its very movements.
The Observer must create SCP-8259-B since he's not strong enough to lift the weapon's new form.
Failsafe: If SCP-8259 isn't able to neutralize the threat or is incapacitated, it is up to SCP-8259-A to continue the battle. The Observer will only start to use his skills when The Balancer is no longer capable of fighting. Most of the time, The Observer only uses his technique: Hidden Thoughts.

//A summary of what was recorded by a small tape recorder during the incident at Site-██.//
> [Began log] - [Time: 10:49 AM]
>
> //The facility is unusually quiet this morning. The silence is interrupted only by a few brief conversations between researchers and guards. It seems no one was in the mood for full conversations. In fact, everyone was occupied with reports or patrolling to ensure personnel safety.//
>
> //Even the site director is unavailable — buried in mountains of paperwork; his office barely has room to stand. Echoing footsteps were heard — they belong to Dr. Rain, recently recovered from SCP-████'s attack.//
>
> //(Further information about Dr. Rain can be found in "Dr. Rain's presentation".) As he walks down the hallway toward his office, a fellow researcher approaches him.//
>
> **Dr. Emilia**: "Well, look who's back from his vacation. How did it feel skipping all that paperwork, hm?"
>
> //He chuckles softly.// **Dr. Rain**: "I wouldn't call it a vacation. It is very painful trying to walk with broken ankles, you know? The site director isn't going to let all the unfilled paperwork slide. He doesn't even want to //hear// the words 'unfiled paperwork.'"
>
> **Dr. Emilia**: "Alright, that is fair enough. You better start now if you want to finish that ocean of reports and contracts."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "Sure, sure but I was literally about to enter my workplace and work on it. In fact, I am not even sure the door WILL open up with the piles. I don't want to flood the hallway, if you know what I mean."
>
> //She laughs slightly.// **Dr. Emilia**: "Another excuse to avoid it, huh? Say, could you teach me to lie like that especially when the director expects me to finish my pile of paperwork? I wouldn't mind taking one day off myself."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "Of course, but are you sure I'll have the time to help you master the art of lying?"
>
> **Dr. Emilia**: "Just join me during lunch breaks. Don't stress too much about the inconveniences."
>
> //Dr. Rain nods and walks toward his office. The researcher pulls out his clearance card and places it on the keypad. A beep is heard and followed by the creaking door. He sits down. The space is familiar yet strange at the same time.//
>
> //It feels like Déjà vu even though it isn't. Paper crunches and shifts as he begins filing each piece of document, slowly but precisely. The site director would be proud to see him right now — calm, focused, and (for once) staying out of trouble. As he reaches for the next file, a facility-wide alarm blares.//
>
> /It's not the daily SCP breach alarm. It's more aggressive and ear-piercing. The researcher immediately realizes: This isn't a containment breach — Something else is wrong.//
>
> //He rushes out of his office and into the chaos. Researchers scattered, guards preparing their guns, and a female voice comes out of the intercom.//
>
> **Female voice over intercom**: "All non-essential personnel, please evacuate to a secure section of the facility. We are currently under attack by the Chaos Insurgency. It seems their plan to invade us has worked this time. I repeat all non-essential personnel, please evacuate immediately."
>
> //The researcher sighs in frustration. Every time he returns to work, a new problem shows up. It's almost like the universe has an unspoken grudge against him.//
>
> //He heads down the hallway — just in time to see backup SCP security units and MTF squads engaging Chaos Insurgency soldiers. The researcher slowly backs away and runs in the opposite direction. He spots Dr. Emilia running towards him, shouting something.//
>
> **Dr. Emilia**: "Dr. Rain! Please take cover, they wil—"
>
> //Her words were interrupted by an explosion coming from the left side of the hallway. The whole wall erupts as Insurgency forces blast their way in.//
>
> //Dr. Rain's ears keep ringing after that brutal explosion. He tried to locate his colleague in the smoke and debris clouding the hallway. He was disoriented and lost, with only one goal in mind: to find Dr. Emilia.//
>
> //He finds her buried under the rubble –bleeding profusely from her left side. It's bad. Very bad. He removes his coat, trying to slow the bleeding.//
>
> //The chaos seems to be ongoing. Gunfire and shouting echo around him. The sound of the facility's walls slowly crumbling in the distance could be heard.//
>
> //The researcher tried to comfort his coworker, but it wasn't working. He looked around and all he saw was half-standing walls, a third of the ceiling gone, and both deceased MTF units and Insurgency soldiers lying on the floor.//
>
> //His eyes widened as he saw the Chaos Insurgency freeing the SCPs. This isn't just an attack. It's a full-blown breach announcing the official end of the facility.//
>
> //Suddenly, voices of the Insurgency could be heard closing in. He drags Dr. Emilia behind a half-collapsed metal wall, likely part of a broken SCP containment chamber. He hides silently with his colleague, praying that the soldiers don't notice them.//
>
> //Footsteps creep closer... But instead of a surprise confrontation, he hears the soldiers screaming for their lives. Confused, Dr. Rain slowly peeks though a hole in the wall. A man is attacking the Chaos soldiers with what seems to be a... claymore?!//
>
> //The male slashes and pierces the enemies with surgical precision. The blade shatters mid-swing, sending shards into the soldiers, then reforms again. At times, the blade shifts color, seeming to be sharper and more deadly.//
>
> //Dr. Rain watches in stunned silence as the mysterious figure dispatches the attackers. The battlefield may look disturbing but the feeling of not being in danger overwhelms the researcher's thoughts.//
>
> //He slowly stands up and approaches his savior, to get a better look at him. He can see the person leaning against his blade. The claymore fits his frame perfectly. Dr. Rain walks next to the stranger and asks.//
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "Thank you for defending me – I mean us. You wouldn't mind presenting yourself?"
>
> //As the stranger turns his face toward the researcher's direction, Dr. Rain can make out every detail. From the sealing papers on the male's lower face area and his hair. The entity speaks in a deep, raspy voice.//
>
> **The Balancer**: "You may call me 'The Balancer'."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "So... what do you do, exactly?"
>
> //The Balancer pauses before replying.//**SCP-8259**: "My purpose is to intervene in imbalanced conflicts. That is all."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "I see, but why did you interfere here?"
>
> **The Balancer**: "Isn't it obvious? You're outnumbered. The facility lies in ruins. You look like you need help, don't you?"
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "You're right—I do need your help. Could you help me bring my coworker to the medical wing?"
>
> //He points to Dr. Emilia behind the metal wall.//
>
> **The Balancer**: "I cannot carry her to the designated place you requested, but I can surely guide you toward the location. I only intervene in fierce battles, not assignments that merely matter to me."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "I understand. I can carry her myself, but it will be a pleasure if you guide me to the medical wing.
>
> //The researcher lifts Dr. Emilia onto his shoulders. He secures his coat over her wounds to slow the bleeding for now. The Balancer walks beside him, dragging his weapon without a care.//
>
> //As they walked for a good five minutes, Rain notices another figure sitting on top of a ruined wall. This one has sealing papers over his eyes. His clothes are elegant yet strange//
>
> //The Balancer follows his gaze and speaks.// **The Balancer**: "You are looking at my colleague, The Observer."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "So... he observes?"
>
> **The Balancer**: "Indeed, you got that right—but not quite. He doesn't just observe. He records any conflicts, from beginning to end."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "Ah, that makes sense. Do you two always show up when there's a battle?"
>
> **The Balancer**: "Yeah, we appear where an imbalance is. You humans rarely notice us. I am not complaining though, it is quite peaceful to not be seen."
>
> //The two individuals walk in silence until Dr. Rain finally sees the outline of the medical wing. The whole area looked like it went through a hurricane yet he still managed to spot one bed to rest Dr. Emilia on.//
>
> //He helps lay her down into the bed. Thankfully, she is still alive, just in a huge amount of pain.//
>
> //She tries to speak up but Dr. Rain interrupted her.// **Dr. Rain**: "It's fine now, just rest. You're safe."
>
> //She manages a faint smile before drifting into unconsciousness.//
>
> //Dr. Rain watches her fall asleep, then turns to The Balancer.//
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "Thank you for the rescue back there. We wouldn't have made it if it weren't for you."
>
> //The Balancer nods to show his acceptance of the gratitude.//
>
> //The researcher starts to search the rubble for a first aid kit. He found one and started to treat Dr. Emilia's wounds.//
>
> //Dr. Rain looks around and noticed several anomalies closing in and then turns to The Balancer.//
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "Say, would you mind taking care of those anomalies? Don't kill them... Just incapacitate them. Think of it like babysitting, violent babysitting."
>
> **The Balancer**: "Normally I wouldn't. But as this could be considered a 'battle continuation', I would do it."
>
> //As Dr. Rain is busy treating his colleague's wounds, The Balancer is confronting escaped SCPs. The male is still careful of injuring the anomalies but not killing them completely.//
>
> //Unfortunately, the SCPs adapt. They overwhelm him. Dr. Rain watches in horror as the anomalies overpower his savior. He thought all hope was lost.//
>
> //Then a figure rushes past the exhausted Balancer. As the smoke clears, he could make out who the figure is. It appears to be The Observer, who has taken matters into his own hands.//
>
> //The researcher watches as The Observer summons a giant chessboard beneath the anomalies. Chess pieces rise from the ground, bouncing off the floor and slamming into the SCPs.//
>
> //His eyes widened in awe as he saw The Observer throw his swords skyward, resulting in hundreds of eyes appearing in the sky. Blades began to rain down, piercing the waves of anomalies.//
>
> //Finally, a golden puppet emerges, wielding a merged version of The Observer's weapon. The entity launches a final attack before defeating the SCPs.//
>
> //The oppressive silence was interrupted by the groans and whimpers of the anomalies. Dr. Rain watches as the automaton fades away and the SCPs either lie on the ground defeated or cower in fear.//
>
> //The Observer walks toward The Balancer and helps him stand up. SCP-8259 smiles at his coworker, but The Observer looks away.//
>
> //The Balancer leans on his friend's shoulder playfully before both of them dematerialize into the wind. At that exact moment, the reinforcements sent by the SCP Site-██ arrive. The MTF units hurry toward the survivors. The recording then cuts off abruptly.//

[[div style="background:#cccccc; color:#000000;"]]
**[Date of incident]**: ██/██/20██
**[Location]**: Site-██
**[Involved personnel]**: All of the site staff
**[Related objects]**: SCP-8259, SCP-8259-A and all the already identified SCPs that almost escaped the site.
**[Summary]**: The Chaos Insurgency ambushed Site-██, destroying ¾ of the facility into rubble. Many personnel were able to reach safer areas before the attack, but the rest were trapped during the battle. When the reinforcements arrived at the location, they expected to see the Insurgency taking over the Site.
They were met with a much different vision: silence flowed through the air, deceased Chaos soldiers and MTF units were lying on the floor, and SCPs were retreating into hiding spots. The whole place was a strange mix of respect and fear toward something else that had passed by and taught everyone a lesson.
They eventually rescued survivors: researchers, the site director, MTF units, security guards, and SCPs.
Dr. Rain was then taken in for interrogation. The Foundation wants to find out what he witnessed. (See Interview Log 01 "Balancing and Observing".)
**[Casualties and injuries]**:
- Deceased: Twelve researchers, thirty-five MTF units, and security personnel.
- Injuries:
- Many researchers had injuries ranging from minor cuts to broken bones. For example, Dr. Emilia.
- Dr. Emilia: She had three broken ribs, bruises, scratches on her arms, and small lesions on her legs.
- Site director: Broken left arm and hand. (This news made him break down in tears; he was heartbroken to have injured the arm he used to filling out paperwork.) Small bruises and cuts covered some parts of his body.
- Many MTF units and security guards needed medical care because of broken bones and burns on their bodies.
**[Missing personnel]**: There were a few staff, mainly researchers, who were missing. Half of them were found dead under the rubble later that day. Others were recovered, but barely alive. It is unclear if the Chaos Insurgency took some hostages.
**[Psychologically affected staff]**: Only the new staff members were disturbed to need at least three weeks of therapy. The rest of the staff shrugged it off, stating they had been in far more insane situations.
Especially Dr. Rain keeps refusing any psychological help. Researchers found it amusing seeing him being chased through the halls by the site's newly hired therapist.
**[Damage assessment]**:
[Structural damage]:
-Half-crumbled walls in the west wing
-Fully collapsed areas: north and south wing
-Partially destroyed areas: back entrance and storage rooms.
-All containment cells are fully unusable and not strong enough to contain anomalies.
-Half of the laboratories were raided and look like they went through a world war.
-The lighting is not functioning and all the lamps are broken.
-Vehicles were stolen. It seems the Chaos soldiers took them to escape.
-There are a small amount of files and classified documents that were recovered.
-Multiple weapons are missing, which were likely stolen by the Chaos Insurgency.
[Level]: Biohazard
[Location]: Site-██
**[Containment status post-incident]**:
[SCP status]: More than half of the SCPs appeared traumatized, which results in easy containment procedures. They seem to enter their cells voluntarily and relax once inside.
[Containment protocol updates]: None, though it is necessary to send most SCPs to the medical wing while others self-heal.
**[Additional notes]**: The higher-ups allocated funds to the Site, and reparations are in progress. Dr. Rain is still under interrogation, and injured Foundation staff are recovering slowly.
Condolences were offered by everyone the day after the incident to honor the deceased MTF units and staff. It is unknown if the Chaos Insurgency is still planning future attacks, but one thing is certain: the Foundation will never let an ambush of this scale happen again. Most Chaos soldiers either escaped or were killed.[[/div]]

**-The Former Thief-**
**Bounty: 1.1 billion (Alive or Dead)**
//He used to be a thief, taking anything his eyes could see. But one day, he decided to steal from the SCP Foundation. Of course, he ended up getting caught a few weeks later. As expected, the Foundation classified how they captured him.//
//He wasn't caught by accident — it was on purpose. He took a gamble with a fifty percent chance that the Foundation would hire him for his skills — and it definitely worked. He planned to hide from bounty hunters who were after him due to his high bounty. He even simplified his heist plan targeting the Foundation, making it easier for them to catch him.//
//Now he was offered a choice: join us or rot. He obviously accepted the first option, and now he works as a researcher at Site-██.//
//You might wonder where this bounty came from. It originated from the time he had robbed, mistreated, obliterated, and dismembered governments and organizations, which led to the collaboration of twelve governments and twenty-five organizations (e.g., GOC, Serpent Hand, Church of the Broken God, Horizon Initiative, Black Sun Syndicate, etc). Various groups poured a certain amount of money to create the bounty.//
//He chose the SCP Foundation as his hiding spot because no one could reach the Foundation's sites. He is hard to locate due to the deletion of his ID.//
Age: ██
Species: Human
Real Name: ██████
Appearance:*His eyes are a deep forest green. His short hair is a mix of dark and light brown. He wears earrings made of real diamonds. (Don't be fooled by the expensive jewelry — they're actually trackers.) His attire is different from that of other SCP researchers: he wears a black jacket draped over his shoulders, a white shirt and black pants.
--------------------------------------------------
Clearance card: Level █ — Likely to bypass the area unnoticed.
New Registered age: ██ years
New Codename: Rain
Extra info: Under harsh supervision
**"If anything you possess goes missing, Dr. Rain will be your number one suspect."**
- Site director
Notes: The bounty was suspended due to his new position within the Foundation's Site causing many bounty hunters to give up the chase.
--------------------------------------------------
First day of his job: Right after he was hired by the Foundation, he was assigned to steal files from SCP-████'s shop. The entire operation went terribly wrong for him. He was steamrolled and turned into SCP-████'s personal puppet — all before the clock even struck at midnight. Thankfully he was rescued alive. It took him five months to fully heal and return to work.[[/div]]

//Two days after the incident, Dr. Rain was brought in for interrogation as he was a direct witness of the situation. He was interviewed by Agent Rhythm from a different site. It was a bad idea: the whole site was raided and filled with fire and disorganized files.//
//As usual, Dr. Rain started to treat the site like a Black Friday sale, taking everything he saw. While Agent Rhythm started to follow his own 'rules' on containment and how paperwork must be filled. > //Dr. Rain and Agent Rhythm were heard laughing over the recorder before they were interrupted by a MTF unit telling them to be more professional. Dr. Rain nodded but he couldn't hide a small smile creeping in. Agent Rhythm let out a quiet laugh.//
>
> **MTF Unit-01**: "Will you two stop messing around? We get that you're both eager to know more about each other, but please, for the sake of everyone's sanity, just start the interview."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "Sure, sure, I'll start, but I am pretty sure I've stolen everybody's sanity."
>
> //The MTF units groaned in frustration while the agent let out a quiet laugh.//
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "I do remember the day of the incident vividly. I was walking toward my office then I met Dr. Emilia. We exchanged a few words before I went back to work. I had to restrain myself from stealing her hair clip right away. I couldn't—she told me it was from her grandmother, whom she misses dearly."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "Anyways, the alarm rang a few minutes after I sat down. It was loud and ear-piercing so I went outside to see what was wrong. As I walked through the hallways, I saw her running towards me screaming something. Unfortunately, she was cut off by a loud explosion. Dust and ashes clouded the hallway, and Chaos soldiers barged in looking for whatever they wanted."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "I tried to find her in time before her injuries got worse but it wasn't easy to dig through all that mess. I found her, but it was too late, she was gravely injured. The rest felt like a fever dream. First I dragged her behind a metal wall to hide us from the enemies. I thought we were done for, until a man appeared. He told me that he is 'The Balancer' and that he works with 'The Observer'."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "I asked him to guide me to the medical wing, and I was able to slow the bleeding from Dr. Emilia's wounds. Unfortunately, escaped anomalies started to advance toward us. So, I asked The Balancer to do some... Violent babysitting. It was surprising that he accepted this request."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "Normally he only interferes when an imbalance appears, but I suppose that situation made us lucky to be considered as an imbalance. You should have seen him fight against the SCPs."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "It was graceful, yet deadly. A few minutes later, the anomalies overwhelmed him to the point where he couldn't fight anymore. I thought we were done until The Observer took matters into his own hands. He unleashed devastation and annihilating attacks toward the incoming anomalies."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "So... He practically incapacitated the anomalies. I watched him walk toward his coworker and helped him stand up. Right after The Observer wrapped an arm around The Balancer's waist to stabilize him. They both faded into the wind."
>
> //There was a moment of silence. Dr. Rain took the opportunity to sip coffee from a mug he had stolen from the Site Director.//
>
> **Agent Rhythm**: "Indeed, it seems exactly like a fever dream. So let me get this straight. The Balancer and The Observer practically saved you both? You lucky bastard. I am not complaining though I would miss your personality. Anyways pass me the coffee mug, I am feeling thirsty."
>
> //Dr. Rain nods slowly and passes the mug into Agent Rhythm's hand. The MTF units watch in disgust as the agent drank from the exact spot where Dr. Rain has put his lips before. One MTF unit even looks away in awkwardness.//
>
> **Agent Rhythm**: "I suppose that wraps up this interview log. I mean you already finished telling us your witness story. Isn't that the whole point of this interview?"
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "I suppose though. I still have researchers to raid!"
>
> //The two of them stand up and barge out of the room. The MTF units tried to stop them, but they were way too tired to even try. One even muttered under his breath: "I'm definitely not paid enough for this..." Distant laughing and objects clattering were heard before the log cut off. It seems Dr. Rain stole the recorder.//

//The plan was risky due to Dr. Rain proposing to let the Chaos Insurgency attack one of the Foundation's vehicles. Instead of the average cargo on the back, Agent Rhythm will be inside, and Dr. Rain will be driving.//
//One researcher will be disguised as an average Foundation driver. The plan was first rejected, but the higher-ups thought it best to let the Chaos Insurgency get a taste of their 'crazy' assets as revenge. For safety measures, the two were accompanied by three MTF units in case things got out of hand.//
> [Began Log] - [Time: 12:34 AM]
>
> //Dr. Rain walks out of the changing room with a brand new driver uniform on him. The attire consisted of average black pants, boots and shirt, but he didn't remove his jacket. Even if it wasn't making the Site Director happy, at least he bribed Dr. Rain with the privilege to use his desk as a bed in exchange for the doctor's collaboration to put the uniform on.//
>
> //The Site Director sighs as he saw Dr. Rain and Agent Rhythm whispering to each other, knowing they are planning something he can't quite make out. He signaled the three MTF units to come closer.//
>
> **M. Miller ( Site Director)**: "Alright I know you three lost the bet this morning. It was necessary because nobody wanted to be with those two troublemakers, but it is needed that someone looks after them. Just try your best to avoid eye contact and ignore them."
>
> **MTF Unit-02**: "Don't worry about us who you need to worry about is the rookie over there, the poor guy just entered for like two months." //He proceeded to point toward MTF Unit-01.//
>
> **M. Miller (Site Director)**: "I know... It won't be easy—"
>
> //The Site Director is cut off when Dr. Rain just straight up snatched his sandwich away and Agent Rhythm ripped a file in two pieces because he apparently found it boring.//
>
> //M. Miller sighs as he waits for another headache to show up. He slowly walked away in pure despair and muttered "Why do I even bother working here?".//
>
> //The MTF units look at each other before grabbing Agent Rhythm and Dr. Rain by the back hair and dragging them out of the building. As they arrived in front of the vehicle, they threw Dr. Rain into the driver's seat and Agent Rhythm in the back.//
>
> //One MTF unit sat next to Dr. Rain, and the other two sat at the back. As the vehicle drove away the MTF unit next to Dr. Rain has to tell him to drive slower. Which was responded by a scoff from the researcher.//
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "Relax I'm not even going over the speed limit."
>
> **MTF Unit-03**: "Are you sure? The speedometer is showing a different story."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "Fine, you caught me, I'll slow down, you are no fun, you know?"
>
> **Agent Rhythm**: "Rain don't listen to him and drive faster I am getting bored!"
>
> //The MTF units groans in unison before looking away. They did right to avert their gaze or they would have been met in the face with Agent Rhythm taking a bite out of the stolen sandwich, biting into the exact
same spot Dr. Rain had. It was slightly disgusting. The poor rookie wasn't so lucky and saw it all — detail by detail. A saliva line leaves Agent Rhythm's mouth and follows the sandwich until it is put down.//
>
> //MTF Unit-01 tried to hold the ascending vomit but failed to do so. The rest of the team watch in horror as their companion pukes out the window.//
>
> //A few minutes later, as they pass through an intersection, they saw a Chaos Insurgency vehicle driving right toward them.//
>
> //They all keep calm and lay low for the plan. As both vehicles stop, what seems to be the leader of the Insurgency soldiers walks out of the truck. He slowly walked toward the bait.//
>
> **Chaos Insurgency leader**: "Surrender now, you are heavily outnumbered and outgunned. Now step out slowly out of the vehicle, please."
>
> //Dr. Rain, Agent Rhythm and MTF unit-03 walk out hands in the air. The MTF unit took the chance to whisper something in Dr. Rain's ears.//
>
> **MTF Unit-03**: "This better work or I will fill a complaint against you two crazy heads."
>
> //The Insurgency leader ordered his men to search them for any weapons, they take out guns and ammo. The soldiers searched the storage area but didn't find anything suspicious. It seems that the two other MTF units were hidden pretty well at the back.//
>
> //As Dr. Rain was about to pull out his hidden gun and to fight, as it was part of the plan to create an imbalance. A sword swinging could be heard striking down the soldiers, one by one.//
>
> //Dr. Rain, Agent Rhythm and the MTF units watch an awe as The Balancer slices the enemies into thin pieces. Agent Rhythm lifted up his head and saw The Observer looking down at them. He was sitting on a nearby cliff.//
>
> //As the last enemy was killed, The Balancer walks slowly toward them.//
>
> **SCP-8259**: "This is quite the coincidence, you and I are meeting up again and this time it seems you bring your friends. What do you really want?"
>
> //It was as if The Balancer directly read into Dr. Rain's mind.//
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "We put up a plan to cause an imbalance voluntarily so you two would show up. We want to know more about you..."
>
> **SCP-8259**: "I understand but we show up not because we have to, but because it is necessary to ensure the existence of everything and everyone."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "Wait what do you mean—"
>
> //Dr. Rain was cut off as he was grabbed by the two entities. The Balancer took hold of his left arm while The Observer wrapped his hand around Dr. Rain's right arm. They both drove their weapons into the hard ground. The claymore next to the twin sword. A symbol formed beneath them and in a flash they disappear. Agent Rhythm watched in shock as they took his coworker with them.//
>
> //Agent Rhythm just shrugged it off and went to scavenge whatever gear the Chaos Insurgency soldiers have on them. It was supposed to be a souvenir reserved to Dr. Rain.//
>
> //Dr. Rain was feeling dizzy and having difficulty standing up right after that fast teleportation. He opened his eyes and looked around.//
>
> //He is sitting on a floating chair and a levitating square table is next to him. There are files and numbered reports on the desk. As he lifts his head, a huge fancy tray is hanging above him. It's full of exotic flowers and a skydome is above the decoration. It seemed that the moon light pierced the glass and reached the floor. It created a small clearing.//
>
> //The researcher looked around and noticed that he was in a library, but it seem so different. He climbed up a ladder and his eyes widened: it wasn't just a library but it seemed to be an infinite one. The horizon was so large he was having difficulty making out whatever was in the distance.//
>
> //Goosebumps cover his skin as the eerie silence becomes deafening. Suddenly, he hears a smooth male voice behind him. He turns his head and sees The Observer.//
>
> **SCP-8259-A**: "Will you come down here? I need to show you something — I do owe you an explanation, don't I?"
>
> //The researcher climbs down and walks next to the entity.//
>
> **SCP-8259-A**: "You are quite lucky to have made it out alive. Not many survive such intense teleportation. It seems luck is on your side today — there was a 50 percent chance your body could have been crushed during the process. Don't worry about us; we are not affected at all."
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "I am definitely lucky, alright. It really seems like everything is finally going my way—well, most of the time..."
>
> **SCP-8259-A**: "Do you really want to know what or who we are?"
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "Sure, but why? Why tell me so easily like that?"
>
> **SCP-8259-A**: "It isn't often we get visitors. After all, you are one of the few lucky ones to have made it out alive and in one piece. Besides, isn't a library made to share knowledge?"
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "You are right. Hit me with it. I'm ready."
>
> **SCP-8259-A**: "We can skip the part where I explain our role to you. I hope you're fine with that. Anyway, the place you're standing in right now is called the 'Eternal Bookshelves.' It is where I write all my observations and where The Balancer can rest after a heavy battle."
>
> **SCP-8259-A**: "I also take care of this place with my fellow assistant, the Golden Puppet. They help me find the exact spot to place a document or clean the place up. They also assist me in battle."
>
> //The Observer summons an automaton. The puppet bows respectfully before standing straight, apparently waiting for orders.//
>
> //The Observer waves his hand once more, making the puppet fade away.//
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "That is very impressive, but where did your coworker go?"
>
> **SCP-8259-A**: "You mean The Balancer? He must be resting on the couch right over there."
>
> //Dr. Rain's gaze follows where The Observer's index finger is pointing. He indeed sees The Balancer lying on a nearby couch in one of the sections.//
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "Say... you wouldn't mind if I look around?"
>
> **SCP-8259-A**: "Sure, just don't wander too far."
>
> //Dr. Rain walks into a specific section. It seems Agent Rhythm had passed him an ancient map of the library before the operation. The agent secretly pointed out one section and asked him to retrieve a document called "Conflict Report No. 01", as it might reveal the truth about the two entities.//
>
> //He walked to Section 01 and stopped in front of a shelf. He looked for the file with his eyes before taking it and slipped it under his jacket. He walks back to The Observer.//
>
> **Dr. Rain**: "I suppose that concludes my visit. Say, would you bring me back, please?"
>
> **SCP-8259-A**: "Sure, follow me."
>
> //The Observer leads him toward a door. The structure stands in the middle of Section 07. The entity opens the door and pushes the researcher in without saying another word.//
>
> //Dr. Rain lets out a loud scream as he falls through the door and finds himself landing on top of Agent Rhythm. It seems he made it back safely.//
>
> //Instead of complaining, the agent lets Dr. Rain stay just a bit longer on top of him before pushing him away. They both start laughing while the MTF units facepalm.//
>
> //The team enters the vehicle and drives away. The log then cuts off.//

Conflict Report No. 01 (part 1)
(Note that a summary of it was written by Dr. Rain.)
Date: ██/██/██
Location: █████████
Summary:
> [Began log] - [Time: ???]
>
> //The space is quiet, maybe too quiet. It seems the silence is welcoming the 'Cosmic Battle'. At first, nothing happens, but footsteps echo. It seems someone is coming this way. Neither a god nor an entity, but one of the four principalities—each governs and watches over one of the four corners of the universe.//
>
> //Footsteps grow louder and louder until a figure appears. It appears to be a humanoid male. His messy hair is a beautiful blend of pastel blue and white. Even the stars around make his hair shine even more. The figure's attire is a sleeveless marine blue shirt and long black pants. A white coat with golden symbols is half draped over his shoulders. He strides confidently through the hallway. He is nicknamed 'The First Principality: Scales and Eyes'.//
>
> //Planets and meteorites can be seen outside of the windows. He opens a door leading to a place resembling a strategy room, with a floating throne at the center. The principality sits down and crosses one leg over the other. Three other chairs are placed around the round table.//
>
> //It seems he is waiting for someone or rather a group of individuals. He didn't have to wait for a long time. The front door creaks open revealing another humanoid male and a humanoid female. The male has a wolf cut making his black hair fall over his forehead majestically. His attire is mainly black but fancy.//
>
> //Triangle-shaped earrings adorn his ears, and he has a white coat hanging on his shoulders. The trims of the jacket are made of fur. He is apparently named as "The Third Principality: Deceased and Alive". The female one wears a detailed and medium short dress. Silver chains are wrapped around her waist and thighs. A huge moon shaped hair clip is holding most of her hair in place.//
>
> //Her heels floated in place. She is 'The Second Principality: Hopes and Despair'. They all sit down. The last chair is empty, it seems that 'The Fourth Principality: Time and Emptiness' is missing.//
>
> //As the three of them shared a moment of silence, the Second Principality opened her mouth to speak.//
>
> **The Second Principality: Hopes and Despair**: "It's been a long time since we have ever met like this. I suppose we all miss ██████ and ███."
>
> **The Third Principality: Deceased and Alive**: "You are right. I still wonder where they both went. It is such a tragedy the Cosmic battle is about to start."
>
> **The First Principality: Scales and Eyes**: "Indeed, but I suppose I just have to sit back and watch unless an imbalance appears."
>
> **The Third Principality: Deceased and Alive**: "You are such a small child to retreat like that. I still can't believe that after aeons together you still haven't changed a bit."
>
> **The Second Principality: Hopes and Despair**: "Now, now is not the time for petty insults and arguments. We are against a dangerous and strategic enemy. It was already a huge loss when a third of the universe was corrupted by The Great Decay."
>
> **The First Principality: Scales and Eyes**: "I wonder who that mysterious enemy is. They must be powerful enough to create a matter entirely new and infectious."
>
> //The Third Principality let out a sadistic laugh loud enough for it to echo throughout the room.//
>
> **The Third Principality: Deceased and Alive**: "How dumb and naive are you both to not see that it was me who forged the great decay?"
>
> //The two other principalities turn to look at their companion in shock.//
>
> **The Second Principality: Hopes and Despair**: "How could you!? Don't you understand that it is dangerous to mess with something as unpredictable as the decaying?"
>
> //She slaps him right on the face, but was met with only a glitching hologram.//
>
> //The whole place starts to shift into a black maze. The sky looked red and sadistic laughter echoed around the dimension. It seems they entered the "Maze of Mockery". Unrelated objects fly around like they own the place while the Second Principality is looking at the First Principality for help.//
>
> //A sort of obsidian throne appears at the center of the sky. The real Third Principality was sitting on it, arms crossed over his chest, staring down at them. A huge grin is formed on his face, revealing his sharp teeth.//
>
> //She hides behind the First Principality. Her whole body is shaking with fear. Sure she is powerful but she has never faced another principality. In fact she seems to be the weakest one out of the four. She was built to be a healer not a fighter.//
>
> //The First Principality had enough and unleashed his weapon: a white claymore with golden and black patterns all over.//
>
> **The Third Principality: Deceased and Alive**: "Ah look who is finally fighting, took you long enough. It seems I have to become a threat for you to finally act up."
>
> //The Third Principality summons a black scythe: the weapon is thin, lightweight and a white crystal is in the middle, forming a centerpiece. He rushes toward the first principality, aiming to strike him down.//
>
> //Thankfully, he dodges the attempt and kicks his enemy into the ground. The attacker quickly stands up and swings his scythe, creating long lines of upcoming blows. The First Principality jumps above the first wave of attack and blocks the rest with his sword.//
>
> //For a few minutes, she watches her companions exchange more and more destructive blows to each other. They both end up summoning devastating attacks that hinder the battlefield and damage their own bodies. The principalities' clothes look torn, both coats are shredded and thrown to the side and they have major cuts especially on their limbs.//
>
> //The oppressive silence is filled with their heavy breaths and footsteps. The final result is the Third Principality towering over the first one. They both look at each other for a moment, before one speaks up.//
>
> **The First Principality: Scales and Eyes**: "Why did you have to do this? Was it out of malice? Out of hate? Why did you have to unleash destruction wrapped in dead?"
>
> **The Third Principality: Deceased and Alive**: "I am sorry... It was the only way we both got to exist together..."
>
> //The First Principality could see his once considered best friend hold back tears of... Sadness? It was quite rare to see him cry. A pang of confusion, anger and curiosity fill his heart.//
>
> **The Third Principality: Deceased and Alive**: "Balance cannot exist without imbalance. I needed to unleash a curse upon this realm even if it means destruction. I needed to do it just so that ██████ would let us exist. You know that the real reason why ███ is missing is because father got rid of her just because she wasn't worth existing. Father literally erased her out of existence in front of my eyes and just know we'd be next... I am so sorry but I have to do this... I wish one day we might live together forever in a peaceful place..."
>
> **The First Principality: Scales and Eyes**: "Wait... What are you—"
>
> //He didn't even get the chance to finish as he was stabbed right in the heart by a strange relic resembling a piece of shard instead of a sword. He looked down and discovered in horror that his companion used a fragment of his memory soaked in The Great Decay to end him.//
>
> //As he feels his vision fade away into a blank void he saw a hollow smile from the Third Principality. It wasn't a victorious smile but one showing grief. The First Principality smiles back with a much happier smile. He understands why his best friend did that. He will be forever grateful. It wasn't an act of betrayal but an act of fear and desperation. The third principality sacrificed his own freedom so they could be free.//
>
> **The First Principality: Scales and Eyes**: "See you again, I suppose..."
>
> **The Third Principality: Deceased and Alive**: "Farewell..."
>
> //The Third Principality didn't even get the time to speak out his full condolences before a huge puppet-like hand snatches him away. It seems ██████ took him away, to lock him up inside the 'Void of shackles'. Another hand lifted the Second Principality, in a gentler manner before sending her to the initial meeting room.//
>
> //As she hit the ground, tears began to form on her eyes. It was devastating that her best friends are now gone. One forever gone and the other locked into a place even divines don't dare trespass. She cried intensely, it wasn't tears but papers. She grabbed the papers and suddenly an idea popped into her head: why not make sealing papers? She thought this could one day reach her friend and bring them back.//
>
> [End log]
Result:
//She cried and filled the papers with writing of her wishes and dreams. Unfortunately, she cried so much her body was reduced to ashes. She may be gone but her hopes and dreams still flow through realms and realms in the form of sealing papers guided by her faded soul.//
//During that time, the First Principality's soul entered two vessels. Those two vessels were made by the Third Principality. It was necessary or the very fabric of the universe would dissipate over time. Atoms and matter wouldn't be able to hold each other together, which resulted in the universe falling like Jenga bricks.//
//The two vessels were also one final gift offered by the Third Principality. He crafted two empty puppets to contain his friend's soul. He didn't create two others for his other friend. It was her most wanted wish to let her soul travel freely to unknown destinations. So, the Third Principality respected that wish.//
//The Third Principality was locked out of existence, yet he still exist — just in a different dimension. When he was locked away, silenced, his inner thoughts morphed into an entity filled not by rage or guilt but by righteousness and blinded confusion. Aeons after, The Decay was born from The Great Decay. An entity made to destroy everything in its path.//
//It look exactly like the Third Principality yet it was full with cracks and black liquid pouring out of them. The stench of the dead surrounded him and he carried a black scythe with a blade made of floating shattered glass.//
//It wasn't out for revenge but it was guided by a sense of righteousness. They have only one goal in mind: to kill existence, also known as 'Father'. Aeons before the third principality have witnessed their father wipe the Fourth Principality right in front of his eyes. He wasn't feeling any grief or sadness just confusion. "Why, why did she have to go?" He kept asking himself repeatedly.//
//The Third Principality decided to dedicate his life to forbidden knowledge. They learn how to create a plan, The Great Decay just to give his two best friends a chance to a different fate. He would take the blame, the burden, the title of traitor and the eternal punishment just to let his friend have a taste of freedom. He knows he is the embodiment of dead and alive. "Only dead could defeat existence, right?"//
//He asked himself over and over again. He didn't cry because he knew he must not surrender to his inner demons. He knows he is his own demons yet he still constructed a plan to save his friends. The Great Decay will be a distraction to bring his friends into one location. Then he would fragment his memories just to take out one shard and to kill the first principality with it.//
//He knows how heartbroken the Second Principality will be, but he has no choice. He must kill both of them just so they would be free from their physical bodies. That is in fact a prison, a puppet in disguise and an object in making. He knows that their 'Father' would transform them into puppets just for the sake of it.//
//He would sacrifice everything he has and everything he could have gotten. All of it just so his friends would have a glimpse at a better future.//
Conflict Report No. 01 (part 2)
//"It's time for the great confrontation. I hope you are ready, Father."//
> [Began log] - [Time: ???]
>
> //Footsteps could be heard growing louder and louder. The audio seems to be unstable, statics and small cuts are heard. A sinister laughter could be heard echoing through the halls, accompanied by a soft humming coming from a male voice.//
>
> **The Decay: Type Annihilation and Void**: "Well, it seems you came. I wasn't sure you would have the courage to face your.. son."
>
> **The Existence: 'Father'**: "You really thought I wouldn't be brave enough to confront my own son? What happened to you? Why did you have to let The Great Decay take over? I thought you wouldn't be strong enough to escape the void of shackles."
>
> **The Decay: Type Annihilation and Void**: "I haven't escaped yet. I am just born from The Great Decay. I figured out my old form wouldn't be strong enough to defeat you."
>
> **The Existence: 'Father'**: "We'll see about that. Bring it on."
>
> //The Decay raises his scythe and slashes toward The Existence. The father dodges the upcoming attack and summons twin swords. Weapon clashing could be heard as well as screaming. Planets, blades and decaying assistants could be seen summoned by The Decay and The Existence.//
>
> //The Decay use his fragmented weapon to weaken the existence before summoning his final move. The room shifts into a black void. A red black hole and fragmented planets surround the two of them. The Decay raises his scythe that is now covered in blood and debris.//
>
> //Then nothing, not a sound. The blade swings and decapitates The Existence's head. A bright light overwhelms the whole place before the room shifts to its original state. The Existence's body crumbled to dust. The Decay's appearance starts to glitch and disappears before fading away.//
>
> //The log glitches and static appears. The recording cuts brutally before a laugh echoes. The audio continues, even without the recorder.//
>
> **???**: "Don't be afraid anymore, my dear. You have done more than enough, it is time to rest."
>
> **The Third Principality: Deceased and Alive**: "Mother? I don't understand why she had to go. Why? Why? Why?"
>
> **???**: "Me too I have no idea but you must know that ██████ ██ █████ ██. █████ ███ ████ ████ ███████ ████."
>
> **The Third Principality: Deceased and Alive**: "I don't understand why. Mother just looks at them. They... We don't deserve that."
>
> //He points toward the first and second principalities. The two of them are laughing happy while running in a field of wheat under the blue sky.//
>
> **???**: "My child, it is fine not to understand."
>
> **The Third Principality: Deceased and Alive**: "Mother... Do you believe one day we can all be united together, under a starry night? I still wish to see her warm smile — one last time — before she's truly gone..."
>
> **???**: "My dear, only time can tell, but don't worry too much. Your siblings will forever look after you, they would never hate you for anything."
>
> **The Third Principality: Deceased and Alive**: "Do you believe there is still a way to get her back? I miss the times she read us bedtime stories and carried us on her shoulders until we arrived home. She may have been the oldest, but she knew how to take care of us... I miss that warm smile."
>
> **???**: "My dear, only time can tell. For now, enjoy the present moment. It might never happen again..."
>
> //The recording returns to life, and sobbing can be heard. It seems to be coming from the Third Principality. He is crying—crying for the first time in aeons. He sits in darkness, the void surrounding him, while shackles and chains bind his limbs.//
>
> //He lets out a heart-wrenching screech. He hasn't felt this much pain in ages. He wanted to keep mocking anyone outside this hell, but he couldn't keep the grin from dropping. He opens his eyes, and a small smile forms on his twisted face. His plan worked. He has done it. He defeated the existence known as Father. He has never felt more proud of himself—until now.//
>
> //He closes his eyes once more. He feels a surge of pride, yet a small pang of guilt. He abandoned everything to give his siblings a chance at life, yet here he is—broken, abandoned, and forgotten. No, he wasn't forgotten — not yet.//
>
> //A warm gust of wind envelops his body like a gentle embrace—the Second Principality. Two pairs of hands gently rest on his shoulders—the First Principality. Finally, he sees her: the Fourth Principality, in the back of his mind. She wasn't gone at all; she fought and stayed. She became his own mental struggle, yet now she is smiling. The same warm smile from before.//
>
> //He opens his eyes, and for the first time in forever, he smiles—not a hollow smile, but a real one. Mother was right: they would never hate him, no matter what he had done, no matter how many lines he crossed and the destruction that followed. He is still the center of their world.//
>
> //He finally feels at peace. The smile grows larger until it becomes a grin. He closes his eyes and accepts his fate. He may be locked in here forever, but at least his siblings recognize that his betrayal was a sacrifice in disguise.//
>
> //The log ends with a quiet humming.//
>
> [End log]
Result: The existence: Father is now gone. The foundation of the universe didn't collapse; rather, it merged with the remains of 'Mother'. The universe was then reborn into the one we now know.

Special Containment Procedures:
Due to the unpredictable appearances and frequent disappearances of SCP-8259 and SCP-8259-A, attempts to predict the subjects' next locations have consistently failed, even with the Foundation's highly advanced tracking and surveillance equipment. Containment is considered nearly impossible, and confirmed sightings of the entities remain rare.
Biology: His build is lightly muscular yet slim, with a narrow waist. The tissue under the sealing papers appears to be partially decayed. If the coverings were pulled apart, the bones would become visible, accompanied by a strong odor resembling decaying flesh. The smell is reported as nauseating in close proximity.
Signature Weapon: The subject wields a claymore measuring 185 cm long and 0.3 cm thick — sized perfectly to fit The Balancer's waist when he rests it there. The blade is entirely black except for the white section at the middle and the golden symbols adorning the hilt of the sword. It's surprisingly light and easy to swing around.
Fighting Techniques
—Fragment of Judgement—: The subject drives the claymore into the ground, causing it to shatter into millions of fragments capable of piercing the target's body with immense force.
[Summary]: The Chaos Insurgency ambushed Site-██, destroying ¾ of the facility into rubble.
[Casualties and injuries]:
- Deceased: Twelve researchers, thirty-five MTF units, and security personnel.
- Injuries:
- Many researchers had injuries ranging from minor cuts to broken bones. For example, Dr. Emilia.
