Noting that I received the following report about new site member Cinuloa (account age 25 days, site membership 1 day):
seems I just found another likely rule-breaking user
Cinuloa, who has been going around and lightly editing other people's pages without (presumibly) permission to do so. (Examples included below)
To all of the following pages they added the following to the bottom of each page:
*(01)*
Not sure if that goes against the rules as it is a really minor edit but they still technically did some vandalism, so I don't know, might be bad.

They also posted an unfinished page (https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/cinuloa) to the wiki and left it this way for (as of writing) nine hours.
After an user reminded them to use the sandbox, they claimed to be about to paste the code for the page (action has as of writing not occured and they seem to have no page on the sandbox for the site but they do have an SCP page on a self-made wiki). As of now, the user's unfinished post appears to have been deleted. They have also made edits to another user's page, currently in the negatives, to remove some formatting (extraneous article title and extraneous toc): http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-8835
