Noting that
Aztur (account age 283 days, site membership 282 days) recently posted the following concept thread, which has multiple obvious indicators of AI-generation: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-17173475/want-greenlight-scp-hansel-again
Seeking Greenlights: Yes
Page Type: SCP Article
Genre (Optional): Developing storyline
Page Layout (Optional):
The structure of this article begins with an ACS system, followed by the Special Containment Procedures and a fairly detailed description of the entity, along with additional informational notes. After this, the article moves through several logs of the entity’s first interactions with Foundation personnel.
The document is divided into several separate links that lead to later versions of the same file across the years. These later versions introduce additional links, sometimes drawings, or as in Document 3 photographs from a Mobile Task Force operation, glitched text, and each document uses its own theme.
In the final Document 4, there is a single log that serves as the last record of the entity, as well as an email that the reader can either open or close. Closing it redirects to the main wiki page, while opening it takes the reader to a glitched message addressed directly to them.
Elevator Pitch:
The article begins with Document 1, where the Foundation discovers a humanoid calling himself Hansel. This section covers the first interactions between Hansel and Site-77 personnel, introducing several characters who will be developed further later on.
In Document 2, more logs continue Hansel’s interactions with staff, while a new issue emerges: a change in his behavior, marked by black tears running from his eyes. Researchers attempt to address this problem through questioning, psychological evaluation, and even therapeutic caretaking.
Document 3 depicts another behavioral shift, this time resembling depression, during which Hansel refuses to eat. He is confronted by a Site-77 staff member with whom he had previously formed a close relationship, but their conversation only worsens his mental state, as she fails to understand what he is going through. Hansel then confides in his lead researcher and asks for a favor regarding staying in a safe place with the woman and a security officer.
Later in this document, Hansel causes a containment breach that reveals his abilities, motives, and darker nature. Site-77 falls under his control as he rallies Class-E personnel to his side. A distress signal is sent to Site-06-3 and other Foundation facilities. Logs then cover multiple Mobile Task Force operations:
Nu-7 (“Hammer Down”) secures the perimeter.
Eta-10 (“Savage Beast”) attempts to enter Site-77 after learning of Hansel’s use of soniqqohazards and infohazards, but fails.
Omega-12 intervenes due to Hansel’s reality-altering abilities, but while they find survivors, they cannot evacuate them and request assistance.
The O5 Council discusses the crisis and sends Tau-5 to both complete the evacuation and terminate Hansel. Tau-5 succeeds, though with heavy casualties among Site-77 staff and MTF units. Hansel is apparently terminated, after his body imploding.
Interviews with survivors follow in logs.
Document 4 begins within O5 Council databases, revealing that Hansel actually survived. Two years later, MTF Lambda-5 (“White Rabbits”) encounters and re-secures him. At this point, Hansel is described as having abandoned his will to live. In one of the final logs, he is visited by a figure who, after a brief exchange, invites him to join a special MTF unit and a newly formed Area-03.
Finally, the article ends with an email revealing who this figure was and warning the reader that they will not live to tell this story.
Central Narrative:
The central narrative of the article is to demonstrate how an entity can undergo profound change under the pressure of its environment and the events of its life. The story ultimately builds toward the entity’s metaphorical rebirth and the beginning of a new path.
Hook/Attention-Grabber (Optional):
I believe my unique approach lies in developing the supporting characters researchers, agents, and other Foundation staff. Rather than treating them as mere background to the anomalous humanoid, I want the reader to understand, and perhaps even care about, these individuals as real characters.

They also have other critique threads for the same concept with fewer AI indicators:
as well as multiple extremely long sandboxes with AI indicators as well:
- https://scp-sandbox-3.wikidot.com/scp-hansel "SCP-8967 introduces itself as “Hansel,” often prefacing the name with “Lord” or “Duke” in new social interactions. It speaks calmly and politely, frequently using self-deprecating or situational humor. Its speech blends old Biblical and courtly archaic forms. SCP-8967 possesses vast knowledge of art, literature, history, and natural sciences, with exceptional expertise in occult subjects and unexplained awareness of Foundation internal structure, despite no record of such briefings."
- https://scp-sandbox-3.wikidot.com/scp-hansel-revision-2 "SCP-8967 has not displayed any new anomalous abilities. However, due to the subject's sudden behavioral changes and increased non-cooperation, continuous observation has been ordered until a stable psychological state can be verified."
- https://scp-sandbox-3.wikidot.com/scp-hansel-revision-3 "Aztur “SnowNight”: So it was his birthright’s fault? Darvin Cambell: That’s what he believed. He often said: “His eyes are scarlet, his soul dark, but the mind and body created by the one who loved.” [END LOG]"
- https://scp-sandbox-3.wikidot.com/scp-hansel-revision-4 "The subject refers to himself as Hansel and uses the title Prince. He is capable of generating high-level memetic hazards, potentially resulting in an AK-Class End-of-the-World Scenario. SCP-8967 is an extremely powerful reality bender, possibly capable of spatial manipulation on a planetary scale."
