Noting that new site member
Bjorn The Wiggler (account age 5 days, site membership 3 days) recently posted the following concept threads, which has indicators of AI-generation:

**Seeking Greenlights:**
Yes
**Page Type:**
SCP article
**Elevator Pitch:**
A sapient, omnipresent marine entity known as “All That Swims” can inhabit any sea creature across space and time, allowing it to observe and speak through them simultaneously.
**Central Narrative:**
The article follows the SCP Foundation’s discovery of the entity through global reports of talking sea creatures and prank-like behavior, eventually revealing the entity's vast awareness, sarcastic personality, and potential ties to other aquatic anomalies. Each encounter adds to a growing pattern until researchers realize all instances are connected to the same being.
**Additional Notes:**
I'd appreciate feedback on whether the core concept is too similar to existing SCPs. I’m also unsure if the tone is working well for a Keter-class SCP. Open to suggestions on containment angle or expansion ideas :)

Hey there!
I'm a first-time author looking for feedback and (hopefully) greenlights on an SCP concept.
Concept Summary:
My idea is for a Keter-class entity called SCP-8556 — a sapient, omnipresent being that can inhabit the body of any marine creature, extinct or alive. It refers to itself as “Björn”. It doesn’t control marine life constantly, but it can instantly take over any sea creature when it wants, communicating through them using casual and sometimes like sarcastic speech. Generally just being a nuisance
It can experience the senses of all marine life at once and can be in multiple places at once, so it can hold conversations with people in different locations simultaneously.
It’s not openly hostile, but it’s uncontainable and potentially dangerous due to its global reach and knowledge.
Let me know what you think! :)

**Item #:** SCP-8556
**Object Class:** Keter
**Special Containment Procedures:**
SCP-8556 is currently considered uncontainable. All Foundation efforts to locate, isolate, or neutralize the entity have failed due to its apparent omnipresence across all marine lifeforms. Containment efforts have shifted toward global monitoring of aquatic species and indirect observation.
All personnel are advised to report unusual behavior from marine organisms, including but not limited to speech, coordinated movement, or displays of intelligence. Interaction with suspected instances of SCP-8556 must be logged and reviewed by Site-██'s Department of Anomalous Biology.
**Description:**
SCP-8556 is a sapient, omniscient entity that refers to itself as "Björn", or “All That Swims”. SCP-8556 is capable of inhabiting the body of any marine creature—extinct or extant—at any point in time or space. This includes all fish, crustaceans, mollusks, etc.
The entity perceives the death, presence, or communication of any aquatic life form across the planet. Any interaction with marine creatures (verbal, physical, or otherwise) may be experienced by SCP-8556, and it may choose to respond how it wants. It is intelligent, capable of communication, and responds to reasoning.
Communication is typically conducted through the inhabited creature, using casual speech patterns laced with sarcasm, humor, or pranks. Despite its scale and capabilities, SCP-8556 exhibits a flippant demeanor and rarely displays interest in sustained contact.
The entity has shown a notable aversion to sand, though the reason for this is unknown. While SCP-8556 poses no immediate threat, its omnipresence and cognitive reach suggest potentially significant implications for global marine ecosystems and Foundation secrecy, as well as queries about its implications with other fish like SCPs, such as SCP-1057, SCP-1128 and most importantly SCP-3000.
**Discovery:**
SCP-8556 was first observed near Lake [REDACTED], Sweden, where it appeared to be inhabiting a common carp. The carp was seen interfering with the fishing attempts of a local man, identified as Stani ██████, by repeatedly stealing bait and taunting him. The subject reported that the fish surfaced and spoke clearly, stating: “Nobody will believe you.”
Subsequent incidents matching this description have been reported globally, primarily among fishermen in coastal regions. Many cases share identical behavioral patterns: bait theft, mockery, and verbal engagement, followed by sudden disappearance.
**Addendum XXXX.1 – Interview Log**
Interviewed: SCP-8556
Interviewer: Dr. Alina
**Begin Log**
Dr. Alina: Can you identify yourself?
SCP-8556: My name is Björn. What may yours be?
Dr. Alina: My name is Alina. It's nice to meet you, Björn.
SCP-8556: What would you like? I have many things to do, you know.
Dr. Alina: What are you? Are you a friend or foe?
SCP-8556: I am all that swims. It's up to you whether I'm friend or foe.
SCP-8556’s host, a small cod, then swam away. Dr. Alina attempted to recapture it using a containment net, only to discover the fish no longer exhibited anomalous behavior.
**End Log**
**Addendum XXXX.2 – Notes**
On ██/██/20██, Site-██ staff reported unusual behavior from a pet crab named “Clover” kept in the marine biology office. The organism was seen tapping on the glass and waving toward researchers in repeated patterns. When approached directly, it resumed normal crustacean behavior.
Though unconfirmed, it is suspected that SCP-8556 briefly inhabited the crab. Motion-activated video analysis is ongoing.

When queried, the user admitted to using AI: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-17169363/scp-8556-all-that-swims#post-7082921
Hey, so I do in fact use Grammarly as a tool to help me with grammar, and typing concisely, and I will admit to using it heavily on the sandbox. I will also admit to skimming over the rules the first time i read them, which id like to apologize greatly for. I have caught myself up upon seeing this. Anyway, I do see the section on not using AI to correct grammar or things like that and I will stop immediately. Id be willing to rewrite and redo all things ive done concerning the SCP. Also just clearing up, everything other than the grammar and some small parts of the paragraphs were AI assisted, meaning all else was my idea.
Reiterating that i greatly apologize.
Of note, the user has two declined applications, indicating that this is not the first time they lied about reading the rules:
- 07/20/25 - "Hi! I’d like to join the SCP Wiki to publish and write articles. I have a draft in progress (SCP-8456, which I believe is currently unused) and would love the opportunity to contribute to the site."
- 07/21/25 - "Hello! I’ve read the rules and guides. I’m currently writing SCP-8456 in the official sandbox and would love to join the community and contribute to the site. (This is a resubmission)"
