the idea that as you grow older, you slowly lose the 'magic' in life as reality and its limitations sets in is i think, idk imo i feel like its pretty prevalent among most people. more and more doors close on you as you age, more and more things seem out of reach as time marches on, and every other day feels like another missed opportunity, another regret to dwell on.
the young hope that once existed in you, the naive dreams you had for 'someday' that never came to be, the endless possibilities that now elude you because of things you failed to do in the past; a past you cannot change. all of these perish with time, and their passing leaves a cratering void in one's heart filled only by a garish scar that only mimics the star that once was.
as such, we bear witness to the rise of a star, and the inevitable fall of one as it and the foundation's alignments fall out of place.
initially, SCP XXXX presented to the foundation with only Shirayuri, a byproduct of a (as of then unknown) pistiphage feeding on SCP XXXX's desire for a fair, just and pure world. a desire strong, and naive, enough to manifest into real strength.

All control over Operation Wandbreak is to be transferred to MTF Eta-5 while Protocol Birdshot is active.
In the of event of SCP-XXXX initiating a transformation event into its avian form, MTF Eta-5 is to immediately deploy into the 28km ring encircling Majokko-1. All FCSG 7 vessels are to advance on SCP-XXXX's position and engage it in simultaneous combat to ensure it remains within a 2km radius of its original location upon transforming.
Upon successful restraint of SCP-XXXX, Eta-5 is permitted to authorise the use of Foundation heavy artillery stationed on both Sites 277-A and 277-B and of heavy weaponry present on ancillary Foundation vessels under Eta-5 within Majokko-1.
