Noting for records-keeping that new site member MxTape (account age 10 days, site membership 5 days) recently posted multiple threads to the critique forums that did not follow guidelines:
- http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-17161937/seeking-greenlight-scp-xxxx-ethels-earthly-edventures - full draft in concept forum
- https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-17162415/seeking-greenlight-ethels-earthly-edventures-scp - full draft with no greenlights in draft forum
- http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-17162418/ethels-earthy-edventures-seeking-gteenlight repeat thread for same material
Given that they had a multiple of the concept thread, I locked the repeat and placed a staff notice. I later receive a message from the user claiming that they couldn't edit the original thread and as such, had to make a new one:
They also coldposted two pages today:

This document was released to the wider foundation on October 8th, 2014, as a “cautionary tale” about the dangers of The Church of Mekhane due to Incident Goi-004B-3Q, where 10 agents were killed due to an underestimation of the Church.
Mission Report, as told by MTF Nu-7 Agent “47”:
Uh, okay, yeah. I’ll… Damn it. Sorry, doc. Just… wow.
The mission… the idea was to take out a floating ship-fortress in the South Atlantic of the Cogwork Orthodoxy. It had been a pain in the ass to find; I’d been on four recon missions to find the location of it.

I kept moving, not wanting to hear those gurgles anymore. I saw another two up ahead pressed together as they manipulated the gears with their brains, muttering to each other in low voices.
Two short bursts of gunfire.
I heard a scraping sound come from behind me, and turned quickly, rifle up. Nothing. Of course, I knew that it wasn’t just the gears getting caught, but I wished for it to be.
