New site member Acid Mind (account age 20 days, site membership 10 days) recently exhibited behavior that really seemed indicative of an underage user: http://05command.wikidot.com/forum/t-1715342/non-disc-record-acid-mind

And recently, on an SCP of theirs that was doing badly, blanked the page with memes and statements like "you can't take this SCP". Recent forum comments from them similarly concerning.

Given that they really haven't demonstrated grasping the site rules and their recent behavior is essentially trolling (plus they have this weird obsession with 231, as evidenced in their non-disc thread) I'm advocating perma.

No, you do not. Read the Deletions Guide. You are not allowed to repost non-rewritten articles, and if they are summarily deleted, you can not repost them. Please read the deletions guide, as your article will continue to get summarily deleted if you fragrantly disregard the rules.

In the Reasons for Summary Deletion section:

Articles with malicious intent such as, but not limited to: links to viruses, sexually explicit material, spam, advertising, trolling, and illegal content.

When you replaced the entirety of your article with meme pictures the first time, this was perceived as trolling, thus summarily deleted. See the post in the Deletions Announcement thread here. Even if you weren't trolling, see this part of the Deletions Guide under Self-Deletion:

If an author attempts to self-delete their work and fails to do so properly, either by blanking the page or renaming it, it will be deleted fully by Staff.

Thus, regardless, it was taken as a request for deletion, and we are obliged to fully delete failed self-deletions.

When you reposted your article exactly, this part of the Reasons for Summary Deletion section applied:

Attempts to "game" site procedure, such as re-posting a non-rewritten article in an attempt to get around downvotes.

You can not repost articles if you did not rewrite them in a way that makes it substantially different from the previous version, which you did multiple times. Thus, these were also summarily deleted. See this post.

Not disciplinary but: from the PMs up there, it seems as if there is serious misunderstanding of the rules/guides and not malicious intent to do so. That doesn't excuse the behavior, but yeah. I think asking for age and if they are underage (it feels super likely), keep them banned until they're 15 and wait for an appeal then? Otherwise, a minimum of one year at least. I wouldn't be opposed to a perma I think but it just comes off as more flailing than malicious.

Edit: The users are allegedly friends; Acid Mind gave AdisTGM the text of their article and AdisTGM posted the word-for-word piece to the mainsite with some additional material.
