++ Special Containment Procedures
SCP- ****
Regions containing or believed to contain instances of SCP **** are to be sealed from public or private access under the pretense of protecting endangered wildlife or natural resources therein. A special emphasis on prevention of both large-scale exploitation of ground and surface water in nearby regions is paramount. Individual trespassers should be dealt with direct, and if necessary, lethal force against the parties involved authorized, if means of redirection, sabotage, and coercion fail to dissuade or prevent. The exception to these rules are corporeal and incorporeal FLNE’s class entities, who, if found attempting to enter should instead be escorted, guided, or allowed to reach and enter ****. In the case that one of these entities should present a threat to site functioning or staff, or attempts to leave the site after arrival, the following steps should be taken:
-Site staff should determine whether the entity in question maintains enough cognitive faculties to be negotiated with. Please see the handbook on Class-F entities for how to properly ascertain this information. If the entity in question is determined to be intelligent enough to be engaged with, see step 2. If not, see step 3.
2. The entity should be communicated with and encouraged to cease its current activity. Use of intimidation may be necessary for some instances, though caution should be taken when utilizing it. It should be made clear that the offending entity has only two choices:
1. To continue forward into the anomaly and be neutralized. It should be emphasized that this is not death or obliteration, merely another step in its existence.
2. To persist in its current state, albeit under the custody of the foundation.
-In cases like these, and in accordance with the PSYCHOPOMP protocols on the ethical treatment of Class-F entities, negotiators are allowed to promise //limited// degrees of special treatment in order to gain the entity's cooperation in submitting to the foundation's authority, either in being neutralized or contained. This commonly means fulfilling a final request, oftentimes related to the prior spirituality of the entity or achieving of a simple material goal. Negotiators have full authority to refuse any and all requests made in this manner should they deem them unreasonable or unachievable.
-Should the entity refuse both options and communication be deemed of no further use, the FLNE entity is to be treated as a rogue sub-SCP and to be neutralized, ideally inside of **** or, by other conventional means.

**** is the designation for the geological features known commonly as cenotes, with and their accompanying Hydrological systems. The name originates from the Mayan word ts’not,ot- meaning a region with accessible groundwater, but has since been near-universally adopted to refer to such features. Commonly forming in low-altitude Karst environments, they are created when soft limestone bedrock is eroded away by subsurface water, eventually resulting in the creation of an underground cavity. On occasion, the roof of these pockets will collapse, creating an exposed water-filled sinkhole, at which point the site will begin to develop anomalous properties. The exact reasons for these developments are unknown, but studies have shown that certain large-scale arrangements of water and stone can naturally affect the flows of certain energies in the same manner, acting akin to the diagrams traditionally used in the thaumaturgic arts.

Arguments have arisen over whether this application potentially violates the foundations directive to contain, rather than destroy anomalies. The fact that their exact nature beyond their ability to seemingly trigger delayed or impeded AF-transition events remains somewhat unclear raises concerns of potential side effects on the functions of **** as a whole, as well the SCP’s disposed of therein.

Subject 567fg began approaching ****, seemingly to enter it, but reversed its course after approximately 3 minutes and 31 seconds of progress, returning to the nearby inhabited area Of (REDACTED) Further investigation by field operatives revealed that the cause of this delay was an acute alteration of the “La Lorona’s” pedothanotic instincts, with the entity seemingly taking on a quasi-parental role for several homeless and orphaned children in the area, namely (REDACTED), (REDACTED), (REDACTED) The foundation introduced itself to 567fg and negotiations for its return to the site were opened, but were unsuccessful, with 567fg refusing to deviate from its pattern of behavior, citing the children's need for parental guidance as its reason for remaining. Subject refused to approach closer to site grounds, an observable behavior in other instances, but then began demonstrating stalking/observing behavior towards inhabitants of (REDACTED). Site security was immediately dispatched to the secure 437al, and were successful in their task despite great resistance from the subject. On-site Analysis of the physical material that composed 437al revealed it to be the remains of (REDACTED), a prominent anti-government conspiracy theorist who had died of assorted health complications while attempting to detox himself from imagined contaminants in his food and drink. Further questioning revealed that 437al was unaware of his deceased status, but had been drawn to **** regardless. When asked to explain this compulsion, it spoke boastfully of its instincts in tracking down elements of conspiracy in society, and cited non-existent evidence leading it there. Examination of its “evidence” proved it to be completely nonsensical, and is believed to be a product of PMDS (post-mortem delusional-syndrome). During this period, 437al made numerous accusations towards site staff, frequently using the words “them”, “they”, “the man” “deep state”, and “zionists”, as well as refusing to acknowledge its deceased status, insisting that is decaying form was merely a result of it weaning itself off of the toxins purportedly supplied to it by higher authorities, referring to its current body as a "chrysalis" for some kind of super-being. This statement caused concern in site staff who made steps to reach out to the foundation at large for support, until a member on-site security made the connection that the language 437al was using to describe its supposed impending transformation was near-identical to the slogan from a brand of cologne that sponsored it in life. In light of its lack of cooperation and inability to be reasoned with, 437al was restrained and transported to ****, where it successfully underwent an AF-transition process.
**-Subject 105tj**
Subject was discovered at the coordinates (REDACTED) after local reports of high-pitched vocalizations of unknown origin.. Originally believed to be another “La Lorona” class-F, staff arriving on scene were shocked to discover that a Banshee had taken up residence at the site. Attempts to interact with 105tj were hampered by the lack of understanding of the entity's dialect, with the situation nearly turning to violence if not for the actions of (REDACTED) who ordered her men to stand down and fall back, defusing the conflict. An expert in both Irish thaumaturgic practice and culture was brought on site, and was able to translate for the entity, upon which it was discovered that 105tj had emigrated from its homeland after choosing to shadow a family it perceived as soon to suffer from death, only to end up being unwittingly trapped in the region when this family emigrated there by ship. Seemingly unbothered by the change of scenery, it had continued its perceived duties in the region for over a century before being drawn into the radius of ****. Seemingly of strong purpose and with little desire to cease its current existence, it had decided to take up “keening” for people of the local region, in spite of being under the constant influence of ****. Negotiations with 105tj to cease its current existence via **** were unsuccessful, with the entity seemingly confused as to why it would consider it, implying a remarkable stability to its makeup considering its age and geographical displacement. After little progress was made, 105tj was finally given an ultimatum- accept neutralization via ****, or enter into the foundation's custody and be transported to a containment site. 105tj was extremely distressed by this, and accused the foundation of being similar to the individuals responsible for forcibly colonizing its original homeland, with all of the negativity that the association implies. Curiously, 105tj made reference to events that occurred after its emigration, implying that it somehow maintained knowledge of the goings-on of its birthplace through either supernatural or mundane means. The situation was somewhat diffused when, in accordance with the PSYCHOPOMP protocols, it was offered to be placed in a special site for anomalies related to its birth region and culture, to which is reluctantly agreed, while still maintaining a standoffish attitude and maintained its view of the foundation being an oppressive force. 105tj was then taken to site (REDACTED) for containment and study of culturally Gaelic anomalies, where it remains currently.

386ia was first detected via various surveillance devices entering the site bounds, making a course for ****. Partway through this process, 386ia ceased movement and took a sitting position. During negotiation, 386ia was discovered to be remarkably cognizant, expressing only minute loss of cognitive functions. 386ia had passed from congestive heart failure at age 88 in a nearby region, later awakening post-burial, forcing it to endure the traumatic experience of digging itself out of its own grave, after which it was drawn by the lure of **** to the site. 386ia expressed intense feelings of existential confusion and religious abandonment owing to its strong connection to religion in life combined with its undead state and traumatic waking, questioning how an entity of deep faith such as itself could undergo such a process . Its reaction to a cursory explanation of the properties of **** and its potential for releasing from its state was initially positive, but quickly became apprehensive, viewing the act as suicidal, in opposition to it’s beliefs. Further attempts to persuade the subject on the matter proved detrimental, with the entity becoming (Not incorrectly) convinced that staff were pressuring it into entering ****, and demanded alternatives. **** Reacted with anger when told that its only other option was perpetual imprisonment under the foundation, and became extremely non-cooperative. The situation was resolved, when with the consent of 386ia, and in accordance with PSYCHOPOMP protocols entities, doctor/father James Martin, an expert in abrahamic eschatological practices was brought on-site in order to initiate the halted AF-transition. 386ia was visibly relieved upon greeting him, expressing (some would say profuse) gratitude for his presence, obviously comforted by the presence of a senior member of its faith. Approximately 3 days, 2 hours, and 20 minutes after being detected, 386ia underwent an artificial induced AF-transition initiated by Doctor Martin with no further issues.

Subject “591hz” was sighted entering the grounds via digital surveillance, making a direct path for **** without interruption. Seemingly the Class-F known as a “zombie”, Site security were immediately suspicious of the artificial-sounding groans and forced stumbling gait and began closely observing the subject, which began to move faster upon realizing this fact, eventually breaking into a full sprint in an attempt to reach **** before being apprehended. “591zh” was partially successful in its attempt, able enter the water composing **** Before being restrained, at which point the green and gray makeup coating the subject began to run into the water, prompting minor panic from site scientists observing over potential contamination, thought fortunately this has seemingly had no effect on the functioning of ****. “591zh” was revealed to be none other than Doctor Jack Bright, engaging in yet another unauthorized attempt to end his own existence, with his disguise seemingly appearing to have been purchased from a nearby chain of halloween stores. He had apparently been granted standard leave (a privilege now revoked), and had used the pretense of vacation to access ****. He has since been forbidden from accessing both **** as well as having his access to other similar eschatological SCP’s revoked.
