Whether Echo was forged by gods, wars, or time itself remains unknown. What is known is this: when Echo remembers why he was made, everything will burn again.

Hook / Attention Grabber: Echo doesn't sleep. He fractures instead of bleeding. He knows the names of gods that haven't even been uncovered and speaks in languages that trigger psychic trauma in listeners. Soldiers hesitate to walk beside him. Doors he has never seen open at his presence. He doesn't speak often— but when he does, it's always in the past tense.
Additional Notes: I'm aware that the idea of a super-soldier or humanoid war-machine is a well-tread trope, so this project aims to subvert it. Echo isn't a god, cyborg, or clone. He may not have even been human. The core horror comes not from power, but from his ambiguity—not knowing if he's a hero, a leftover weapon, or a myth manifest.
I'd love feedback on how to differentiate Echo from SCP-076, SCP-073, or other humanoids. Open to critique on structure, tone, and ways to deepen the dread and mystery.

Central Narrative: A super-soldier that is stuck in between sides to either help or destroy the Foundation. It provides a character that hasn't really stuck with a side throughout history and time and is constantly torn between ideals and beliefs but at the same time being a danger to everyone around him.

**Description:** SCP-XXXX is a dark crystalized humanoid figure, with a height of 1.9 meters. The entity is capable of mass homicide due to his enhanced strength, speed, agility, excellent use of weapons, and tactical advancement. The SCP has also been found on multiple occasions to change his skin material, though the science behind this is unknown. The SCP frequently talks about various wars he has fought in throughout history including but not limited to WW2, WW1, Revolutionary War, and the Crusades. SCP-XXXX has occurred in the modern world and has been apart of the downfall of major world leaderships, organizations, and governments.
The dark figure's past motives in terms of killing have been found invalid by interviewers. The entity has not stated any reason for mass murder of multiple MTF units and countless Foundation personnel. SCP-XXXX has not committed mass genocide on Foundation personnel since 2017, due to being conscripted for Foundation and Mobile Task Force use, therefore classifying the SCP as Thaumiel and removed from the Keter-Class.
The SCP has and is willing to cooperate with Mobile Task Forces, in aiding MTF in combat and recontainment operations. Failure to comply with the guidelines O5-██ set whilst SCP-XXXX was being conscripted, will result in SCP-XXXX's permanent containment at Site-██. If SCP-XXXX has complied with the operations and order from O5-██, will result in more benefits and leisurely activities around Foundation facilities and Operation Centers.

SCP-XXXX has shown on multiple occasions to enter a "rage" emotional state when ensued in harsh-combat conditions or at periodic times whilst on or off duty. SCP-XXXX has inflicted structural damage to multiple Foundation facilities. Medical doctors that have attempted to diagnose SCP-XXXX's state of physical and mental health have ended up in their own state of depression or entered a stage of rage-ensued strength and have ended up committing suicide to end the seems to be endless rage.

**Discovery Log:** SCP-XXXX was first discovered in a dense forest in Eastern Romania when the Foundation detected anomalous activity via satellite. When Mobile Task Force: Omega-12; was dispatched to the scene, the SCP had already vacated the area and the Foundation lost track of the dark figure. The Foundation caught and contained SCP-XXXX at a cabin, in Northern Utah. Mobile Task Force Teams transferred SCP-XXXX to Site-19 for questioning then moved to Site-██ for containment.
