**Item #:** SCP-XXXX
**Object Class:** --Keter-- Safe
**Special Containment Procedures:** As of writing this, there is no way to fully contain SCP-XXXX. Research into possible ways to contain it is ongoing and SCP is offering it's assisstance during testing as it "understands the sentiment". ¨
SCP-XXXX housing unit is to consist of airlock, that functions more as an entrance to let entity know of incoming guests, for sake of decency. In front of this airlock should be stationed two Level 3 security personel, not allowing anyone in without permission from Dr.████████. This airlock is connected to 5m x 5m x 4m room known as "Meeting room" furnished with comfortable sofa in case of uneasiness of guest personel. To the Meeting room, behind steel door is connected 15m x 15m x 7m room named "Workshop", where entity spends most of its time.
SCP-XXXX should be checked on daily for any special needs, that are first to be approved by Dr.████████. As entity does not require any sustenance, this includes any foods or drinks.
SCP-XXXX is allowed to be visited every other day by Dr.████████ and/or anyone above Level 3, that was already introduced to it. This visits are to be, as entity puts it "Deserved pause from work for social interaction". This pause is to discuss any new political, scientific, cultural or personal development, or to play board games. Due to nature of entity, there is no need for secrecy about outside world, but no personel should discuss any information concerning other SCPs, until entity has proven it knows everything we know and attempt should be made to learn, if entity knows anymore information than us. Considering board games, entity prefers two player games with simple rules that challenge intellect like chess, but enjoys also games with more players. It showed interest in tabletop role playing games, but condsiders them "too distracting and time
consuming".
Under normal circumstances no new personel or guest personel should come into contact with SCP-XXXX without another personel already known to entity present.
**Description:** SCP-XXXX has an appearance of 3.1m tall cloaked figure. Cloak seems to be made out of high-quality cloth, seemingly changing between black and dark crimson color and always in fluid movement. All the openings in cloak are filled with darkness. Only visible part of entity underneath the cloak are long fingers coming out of sleeves, which take appearance of chitin covered, dark magenta colored digits with four joints. Any other than visual sensors return image of entity as dark silhouette with no other information retrieved. While entity works in the workshop, it seems to be able to produce other appendage from its sleeves, including smaller hands or tentacles for holding objects, or even mechanical arms ending with powered tools like electric screwdriver, welder or [REDACTED]. It has shown ability to produce small tentacles out of its hood, to "taste" organic matter used in its projects.
SCP has ability to teleport at will by creating portal, apparently made out of same darkness as inside of its cloak. Entity describes teleporting anywhere as two step process, as any teleport it creates leads into, or out of it's pocket dimension. Inside this pocket dimension is supposedly it's own bigger workshop, but as it is outside of any known dimension and space, it is not able to support human life. Due to this, entity works mainly in Foundation set up workshop room, as anything created in its own workshop would be unstable in our reality. Entity teleports outside mainly to collect resources and allowed us to put GPS locator on it. ██% of times GPS signal pings somewhere around Earth, mainly underground, █% of times it can be recieved from within our solar system (for example on Jupiter's moon [REDACTED]) and █% of times outside of our range.
SCP's creations are mainly consistent of specific constructs, that are custom made for specific personel. Entity does not create any construct on demand. The way entity chooses it's next project is by allowing Foundation to pick a candidate and proceeding to meet this candidate in meeting room. Here entity informs candidate about discomfort of the next process. Than entity "disassembles" candidate into what seems to be mist of particles and in a moment assembles them back. This process is nauseating for candidate, causing from major migraine to vomiting or syncope. Through this process entity learns entire future of candidate, all the way to what it calls "termination point". This future it does not share with anyone other than Dr.████████, for reason that "inevitability can be harmful to person". After this process, entity gives Foundation a list of resources it requires. To date, any of the resources listed entity could collect by force through teleportation, and does so for more basic or unreachable resources, so the list works more as authorization from Foundation for entity to create this construct. If the list is approved and resources are delivered to entity, it than moves to work on this project into the workshop.
Resulting construct is weapon, tool or device made specificaly for previously chosen candidate to overcome their terminal point. No instructions are given, so candidate must figure out how to use said construct. In rare case indivdual is to die of natural causes, entity does not create construct and if posible likes to shake individual's hand and thank them for their contribution to Foundation. Entity also can refuse to create construct, that would harm certain SCPs (including SCP-682, SCP-076-2 or SCP-XXXX), only creating constructs that could possibly save individual's life, but not harm SCP. Reasoning for this, from entity is, that these SCPs still have part in it's plan, and cannot be terminated prematurely.
Through often comunication with Dr.████████, vague picture of entity's goal has been uncovered. According to it's own words, it has been wronged by "Fate" and it has declared war on it. War in which Foundation will supposedly be huge ally.
**Addendum XXXX-1 (Reclassification to Safe):** After one of the meetings with candidate, entity produced list of resources, that Foundation immediately refused. List included rare metals, radioactive materials, as well as mulitple SCP's byproducts and even lending SCP-███. This list came up multiple times. In span of 3 years, ██ candidates were refused, due to same list produced. After this 3-year period, XK-class event in 24 hours killed more than half of before mentioned candidates. When Foundation realized connection between event and terminal points of agents, it collected all the resources, and entity started promptly working on the project. To Foundation surprise, device did not destroy SCP creature causing XK-class event, but safely incapacitated it and laid foundation to our current containment mesures for said SCP. Due to this outcome, Foundation relized, that SCP-XXXX not only understands our goals, but also supports them. In following months, O5 council decided in vote (11:2) for reclassification of entity to Safe class and initiate full cooperation with it. Research should still be conducted into ways to contain entity, in case of corruption by any mind altering SCP.
**Addendum XXXX-2:** During time SCP-XXXX collected resources, it was attacked by before unknown creature. As it was collecting near Site-██, onsite security came to help and contained creature, later labeled SCP-████. Security personel described SCP-XXXX to produce multiple tentacle-like limbs in attempt to render creature immobile, while brandishing a gun-like weapon as a last resort, but due to creature's nature, tentacles only kept it busy, until security personel arrived and managed to capture it. After containing and studying the creature, it turned out that attacking SCP-XXXX was fully out of it's natural behaviour.
**Following is excerpt from catalog of constructs:**
Every cataloged construct will follow this structure:
Designation: SCP-XXXX-X
Required list of resources:
Description:
Termination point:
Additional research and notes:
**Designation:** SCP-XXXX-13
**Required list of resources:** glass sheats in different thickness (5mm, 2,3cm, 5cm), quartz (clear, amethyst and citrine), leather of Nile Crocodile(Crocodylus niloticus), [REDACTED], [REDACTED], 0,5m x 0,5m titanium sheet
**Description:** Goggles, accurate in Agent ███████'s perscription. Lenses are secured in titanium casing, together with multiple sensors and electronics. Goggles have flexible strap, seemingly out of lether, and are acording to Agent ███████ very comfortable and exact fit, so once he puts them on, they will never come off, until he wishes to. User can by will change to nightvision and infrared vision. Sensors can quickly recognize changes in light or temperature, and change to "black screen", so user never becomes blinded by change between mods or sudden flashes.
**Termination point:** **SUCCESSFUL** During routine cleaning of SCP-173 containment, after briefing class-D personel, they started cleaning, with Agent ███████ standing guard outside. Before the containmant doors fully closed, entire facility experienced power outage, including some of backup generators, due to SCP-████ containment break. Agent's goggles immidietly turn to nightvision, to discover that SCP-173 has not moved yet. In spite of Agent being able to see it, it proceeded to slowly, with sound of scraping concrete on stone, turn to face Agent ███████. Locked eyes, silence only breaking up by panicing screams of class-D personel. After some time Agent could no longer hold his eyes open, took a last breath and closed his eyes. To Agent's surprise SCP-173 did not move. This way Agent and accompanying class-D personel survived, until the end of containment breach, allowed to blink or close his eyes.
**Additional research and notes:** After this event, research was done into other users wearing these goggles, but without success. Once anyone other than Agent ███████ wears these goggles, immidietly effect takes place raising diopters of glasses by 3 per second. This effect takes place until goggles are removed, and forces user to close eyes, or look away. If any other user other than Agent ███████ closes eyes in front of SCP-173, side effect of goggles does not activate and user is eliminated by SCP. Attempts to reverse engineer the goggles have not yet been successful. Crosstesting with other sight based SCPs, like SCP-096, are awaiting approval, due to Foundation refusing to lose only user, that can effectively use these goggles.
**Designation:** SCP-XXXX-27
**Required list of resources:** 10kg stainless steel ingot, [REDACTED], alive Electric eel (Electrophorus voltai), [REDACTED], 5kg of tallow from elephant products of SCP-561
**Description:** Short sword with sheath, with grip comfortably fitting Agent ███'s hand. It's blade is always sharp and under no conditions can be dulled. While used by Agent ███, it has power to temporary "slow time" according to him. What research shown this translates to, when Agent ███ unsheath this sword, he perceives time 12,7x slower for average of 5,2 seconds. During this time, Agent can move normaly(perceived to us as 12,7x faster), but physics work the same for him, as if he where moving in our perceived time. This means that Agent's movements are not multiplied by his abnormal speed in his force output. For exemple, cutting material with this sword creates cut, but at no bigger force, than what Agent input into this strike, as if under normal condition. Objects Agent wouldn't be able to cut normaly, he will not be able to cut under these conditions either. Any object grabbed by Agent under these conditions, share his condition, until released. Any object thrown or bullet fired immidietely slow to normaly perceived time, once it doesn't touch Agent in any of it's part.
**Termination point:** **UNSUCCESSFUL** During SCP-096 containment breach, Agent ███ accidentaly saw SCP-096's face and before reacting SCP got to him. By the way body laid on the ground, it seemed that Agent managed to unsheat his sword half-way through being terminated, and damage on docile SCP-096 implied that Agent ███ managed few hits, before succumbing to injuries.
**Additional research and notes:** Without Agent ███ only anomalious ability of the sword is it's sharpness, but it is balanced by any different user finding sword uncomfortable and hard to handle.
**Designation:** SCP-XXXX-42
**Required list of resources:** Fish from genus Sphyraenidae, Agent ████'s service pistol, [REDACTED], 15kg of any bones from subfamily Caninae, 15kg of Obsidian pieces, fur of South American gray fox (Lycalopex griseus)
**Description:** Heavily modified service pistol of Agent ████. Magazine has been organicly fused to grip, which is in it's entirety incased in thin layer of fish guts. Fish guts reach to the back of the slide, but do not impede it's movement, as they stretch with slide during discharge. On grip, where hand touches the gun, is cover made from fur, with unnatural density of hair, and hair length of 0,1mm. This cover is made to fit perfectly into Agent ████'s hand and as long as Agent ████ wishes to, gun will never leave her hand. Magazine release is not present and there is no way to remove the magazine. Instead bullets slowly regrow inside cavity, where magazine should be. Lowest part of this cavity features gingiva like organic matter, that in matter of minutes regrows entire bullet. Projectile, case and primer are all made out of unnaturaly high density bone. Although it's density on average is 15,000kg/m3 (taken from ejected cases and fired projectiles), this does not change overall weight of the pistol in any way. Projectile also fires at velocity higher than ordinary lead alternative, implying higher explosion inside bullet. Tests on gunpowder mixture shown inclusion of grounded iron, obsidian and [REDACTED]. Creating this mixture on our own doesn't lead to the same abnormal result. Projectile has sharp point that is almost impossible to dull. Test shown, that it is more likely to lose it's velocity and get stuck in matterial, than deform in any way. This allows projectile to penetrate even heavy vehicle armor.
**Termination point:** **UNDISCOVERED**
**Additional research and notes:** When put into any other, than Agent ████'s hands, gun is slipery on touch and seems to pulsate like veins. It is inevitable for it to slip out of even the firmest grip. When it slips out, on impact with other surface, gun always fires, no matter how soft a surface.

**Item #:** SCP-XXXX
**Object Class:** --Keter-- Safe
**Special Containment Procedures:** As of writing this, SCP-XXXX cannot be fully contained. Research into viable containment protocols is ongoing. SCP-XXXX has offered its cooperation during testing, stating it "understands the sentiment."
SCP-XXXX's containment area consists of an airlock that functions primarily as an entry signal, allowing the entity to recognize approaching visitors "for the sake of decency", as it has put it. Two Level 3 security personnel are to be stationed outside the airlock, denying entry to unauthorized individuals unless expressly permitted by Dr. ████████. Beyond the airlock lies a 5m x 5m x 4m chamber designated the "Meeting Room." It is furnished with a sofa to accommodate personnel who experience unease. Connected to this space, via a reinforced steel door, is a 15m x 15m x 7m room designated the "Workshop," where the entity spends most of its time.
Daily checks are to be conducted to assess SCP-XXXX’s needs, pending approval by Dr. ████████. As the entity does not require sustenance, this include food or drink.
SCP-XXXX may be visited every other day by Dr. ████████ or by personnel of Level 3 clearance and above who have already been introduced to it. These visits serve as a "deserved pause from work for social interaction," per SCP-XXXX’s phrasing. Discussions during these sessions may cover political, scientific, cultural, or personal topics, or include board games. Due to its anomalous nature, there is no need for secrecy about outside world. However, under no circumstances should personnel discuss any knowledge of other SCPs unless SCP-XXXX has demonstrated equivalent knowledge. Efforts should be made to determine whether SCP-XXXX possesses any information not currently held by the Foundation.
Regarding board games, SCP-XXXX prefers two-player games with intellectually challenging yet simple rules, such as chess, but also enjoys games with larger player counts. It has expressed interest in tabletop role-playing games but considers them "too distracting and time-consuming."
Under standard operating conditions, no new or guest personnel should engage with SCP-XXXX unless accompanied by someone previously recognized by the entity.
**Description:** SCP-XXXX appears as a 3.1-meter-tall cloaked figure. The cloak seems to be composed of high-quality cloth that shifts color between black and dark crimson, constantly flowing as though in motion. All openings within the cloak reveal only darkness. The only visible anatomy includes elongated, chitinous fingers extending from the sleeves—dark magenta in coloration, with four joints per digit.
Non-visual sensors detect SCP-XXXX only as a silhouette, yielding no further data. While working in the Workshop, SCP-XXXX has demonstrated the ability to generate various appendages from within its sleeves, including additional hands, tentacles, and mechanical limbs equipped with tools such as electric screwdrivers, welders, and [REDACTED]. Tentacles may also emerge from its hood, which it uses to "taste" organic materials for use in projects.
SCP-XXXX can teleport at will by generating portals composed of the same darkness seen inside its cloak. It describes this teleportation as a two-step process: all destinations pass through a personal "pocket dimension." This dimension hosts a larger version of SCP-XXXX’s Workshop, but is inhospitable to human life. As such, the Foundation's Workshop is used for its projects, as anything created in its own Workshop would be unstable in our reality.
SCP-XXXX collects resources via teleportation and has permitted the attachment of a GPS tracker. ██% of its pings are Earth-based (primarily underground); █% originate within the solar system (e.g., on [REDACTED] moon of Jupiter); and █% are from undetectable or non-local coordinates.
SCP-XXXX primarily constructs devices tailored for individual personnel. These constructs are never produced on demand. The process begins when the Foundation proposes a candidate. During the introductory meeting, SCP-XXXX warns the subject of an uncomfortable procedure before "disassembling" them into a mist-like particulate state, then instantly reassembling them.
This causes side effects ranging from migraines and nausea to temporary unconsciousness. SCP-XXXX claims this process allows it to observe the entirety of the subject’s future, ending at their so-called “termination point.” This future is disclosed only to Dr. ████████, under the rationale that “inevitability can be harmful to the person.”
Afterward, SCP-XXXX submits a list of required materials. Although capable of acquiring these autonomously, and does so for more basic or unreachable resources, the request serves as a symbolic authorization from the Foundation. Upon approval, SCP-XXXX begins construction.
The resulting object, typically a weapon, tool, or device, is intended to help the subject survive their terminal event. No instructions are provided. In rare case a candidate is to die of natural causes, SCP-XXXX will not create a construct but if possible likes to offer a handshake and express gratitude for their contribution to Foundation. SCP-XXXX refuses to craft objects that could harm specific entities (e.g., SCP-682, SCP-076-2 or SCP-████), stating that these anomalies still serve a purpose in its overarching "plan" and cannot be terminated prematurely.
Ongoing interviews with Dr. ████████ suggest SCP-XXXX believes it was wronged by a unknown force or entity it refers to as “Fate,” and has declared war against it, with the Foundation cited as a critical ally.
**Addendum XXXX-1 (Reclassification to Safe):**
After one of the meetings with a candidate, SCP-XXXX submitted a resource list that was immediately denied. It included rare metals, radioactive elements, as well as mulitple SCP byproducts, and temporary use of SCP-███. This same list was submitted for ██ subsequent candidates across three years.
Shortly thereafter, an XK-Class scenario occurred, resulting in the deaths of over half of the aforementioned personnel within 24 hours. Recognizing the correlation, the Foundation supplied SCP-XXXX with the previously denied materials. To Foundation surprise, the construct produced did not destroy the instigating anomaly but successfully incapacitated it, leading to our current containment protocols. Due to this outcome, Foundation recognized, that SCP-XXXX not only understands our goals, but also supports them.
Following this event, the O5 Council voted 11–2 to reclassify SCP-XXXX as Safe and initiated full cooperation. Research into containment should still be conducted in case of compromise or exposure to cognitohazardous SCPs.
**Addendum XXXX-2:**
During resource gathering near Site-██, SCP-XXXX was attacked by an unidentified entity, later designated SCP-████. Foundation security responded and successfully contained the assailant. Witnesses reported SCP-XXXX deploying multiple tentacle-like limbs in an effort to immobilize the attacker and brandishing a gun-like device as a last resort. After study in containment, it is believed the attacker was acting against its natural behavior, implying third party involvement.
**Following is excerpt from catalog of constructs:**
Every cataloged construct will follow this structure:
Designation: SCP-XXXX-X
Required resources:
Description:
Termination point:
Additional research and notes:
**Designation:** SCP-XXXX-13
**Required Resources:** glass sheats in varying thickness (5mm, 2,3cm, 5cm), quartz (clear, amethyst and citrine), Nile crocodile leather (Crocodylus niloticus), [REDACTED], [REDACTED], 0,5m x 0,5m titanium sheet
**Description:** A pair of goggles tailored to Security Officer ███████'s prescription. The lenses are housed in a titanium casing, containing multiple embedded sensors and electronic components. The strap is made of crocodile leather and fits the officer with precise comfort. The goggles are reportedly irremovable unless the officer willingly removes them. User can switch between night vision and infrared modes at will. The goggles automatically detect sudden changes in light and temperature, triggering a blackout screen to prevent blinding flashes or sensory overload.
**Termination Point:** SUCCESSFUL. During routine cleaning of SCP-173’s containment chamber, before chamber doors fully closed, a power outage occurred due to a simultaneous breach by SCP-████. The failure affected both primary and some backup generators. Officer ███████ was stationed outside. Officer's goggles immidietly turned to nightvision, to discover that SCP-173 has not moved yet. In spite of the officer maintaining visual contact, SCP-173 slowly turned toward him, creating a sound of scraping concrete. The officer eventually closed his eyes out of exhaustion, but was not attacked. Throughout the entirety of containment breach, officer could freely close eyes without SCP-173 attacking. The class-D personnel and Agent ███████ survived until containment was restored.
**Additional Research and Notes:** Attempts to use the goggles with any personnel other than Agent ███████ result in a progressive increase in the glasses prescription (by +3 diopters per second) until they are forced to close their eyes or remove the goggles. If any other user other than Agent ███████ closes eyes in front of SCP-173, side effect of goggles does not activate and user is terminated by SCP. Reverse engineering has proven unsuccessful. Cross-testing with other sight-based SCPs (e.g., SCP-096) is pending approval due to the irreplaceability of Agent ███████ in operating the device.
**Designation:** SCP-XXXX-27
**Required Resources:** 10kg stainless steel ingot, [REDACTED], a live electric eel (Electrophorus voltai), [REDACTED], 5kg tallow from elephant byproducts from SCP-561
**Description:** A short sword and sheath crafted for Agent ███. The sword remains perpetually sharp and cannot be dulled. When wielded by Agent ███, the weapon induces a temporary perception shift — time appears to slow down by a factor of 12.7x for an average of 5.2 seconds. Physically, the agent can move normally, though this is perceived externally as enhanced speed. However, no additional force is imparted — physics apply as if the agent were moving in real time. Any object the agent touches during this state shares the same time dilation until released. Projectiles or objects thrown immediately revert to normal time upon separation.
**Termination Point:** UNSUCCESSFUL. During SCP-096 containment breach, Agent ███ accidentally viewed the entity’s face. He attempted to react, unsheathing the sword mid-assault. Post-event analysis indicated several wounds on SCP-096 (unusual for such a brief encounter), implying the agent struck it multiple times before being terminated.
**Additional Research and Notes:** Outside of Agent ███, the sword retains its sharpness but loses all anomalous temporal effects. Additionally, others report it as uncomfortable and unwieldy.
**Designation:** SCP-XXXX-42
**Required Resources:** A fish of the Sphyraenidae genus, Agent ████'s standard-issue service pistol, [REDACTED], 15kg of bone matter from Caninae subfamily species, 15kg of obsidian shards, fur of a South American gray fox (Lycalopex griseus).
**Description:** An extensively modified version of Agent ████’s service pistol. The magazine has been biologically fused into the grip, encased in a slick layer of fish viscera extending to the rear slide, though it does not impede mechanical function. The grip is covered with fur, with unnatural density of hair and hair length of 0.1mm, tailored to match Agent ████’s hand precisely. As long as Agent ████ wishes, the weapon cannot be dislodged. The gun lacks a manual magazine release and there is no way to remove the magazine. Instead ammunition regrows biologically inside cavity, where magazine should be. The bottom of this cavity contains gingiva-like organic tissue that slowly regenerates rounds. Projectile, case and primer are all made out of unnaturaly high density bone. Although it's density on average is 15,000kg/m³(taken from ejected cases and fired projectiles), the weapon's overall weight remains unchanged. The bullets have enhanced velocity and penetration, due to higer explosion inside case. Tests on gunpowder compound shown inclusion of grounded iron, obsidian and [REDACTED]. Creating this compound on our own doesn't lead to the same abnormal result. Projectile has sharp point that is almost impossible to dull and projectile rarely deforms on impact. This allows projectile to penetrate even heavy vehicle armor.
**Termination point:** UNDISCOVERED
**Additional Research and Notes:** When handled by anyone other than Agent ████, the weapon becomes slick and pulsates like a beating vein. It invariably slips from their grip and discharges upon contact with any surface, regardless of impact force.
