**Special Containment Procedures:**: Currently, SCP-8521 and its inhabitants do not require drastic containment measures due to their content with their current location and their unwillingness to leave. Mobile Task Force MTF Ultra-1 (“Goalkeepers”) to SCP-8521 are to keep any outsiders or possible intruders out of the area surrounding SCP-8521. At least 2 guards are to be stationed out front and only researchers with a level 2 keycard are allowed to access the inside of SCP-8521. Weekly psychological, mental and physical exams are to be carried out on all of SCP-8521’s inhabitants. If by any chance one of SCP-8521’s inhabitants potentially attempt to breach containment, the aforementioned Mobile Task Force are only to subdue and not kill the subject attempting to escape. Multiple high tech security cameras are to be installed in every room of SCP-8521 to monitor the behavior and activities of its inhabitants. In case any of SCP-8521’s inhabitants are injured or harmed in any way, on-site medical staff are permitted to enter SCP-8521 and treat the subject. If two or more inhabitants of SCP-8521 attempt to breach containment, Protocol L.D (Protocol Lockdown) is to be executed and the entirety of SCP-8521 is to be enclosed in barriers composed of Tungsten. Additionally, a new soccer ball is to be given to the inhabitants of SCP-8521 whenever the current one is worn and out of use. Any internet posts of SCP-8521’s location and/or it’s inhabitants are to be removed and the individual who recently posted that information is to be found and injected with Class A amnestics.
**Description:** SCP-8521 is a training facility that was built for the purpose of inviting prodigious Japanese football players, who would live in the facility and follow the strict personally-designed training regime created by J█████████ E ███. The facility also has a football arena at its center, which is supposedly used for hosting professional matches and is an exact replica of the main location of the Blue Lock manga and anime series. The building is a massive structure spanning the entirety of a large cliffside in the mountains of Japan, being as tall as a skyscraper. The building is shaped like a pentagon and is thus broken into five different sections. Each section is designated as a stratum, and the stratums house a myriad of different rooms, including various living quarters, a dining hall, weight rooms, specialty training rooms, multiple practice soccer fields and a football arena in the center of it that can host a professional game. The building itself is not in any way anomalous, but its inhabitants beg to differ.

Each individual listed above have been observed by researchers and are reported to be nearly superhuman in terms of their physical and mental abilities, with the entirety of SCP-8251’s inhabitants being able to cover long distances in record time. Most of SCP-8521’s inhabitants are not currently interested in interviews from SCP Researchers.
SCP-8251 and its inhabitants were brought to the attention of the SCP Foundation after numerous reports of both men and women alike in Japan finding the place by chance and spreading their findings via the internet. These internet posts were soon removed by the SCP Foundation and downplayed as AI-Generated Pictures. It is getting progressively more difficult to keep SCP-8521’s location and existence under the radar of citizens due to its massive structure and the amount of online individuals continuing to post about SCP-8521’s location.
