**Special containment procedure:** The scp is to be kept is a 5 meter by 7 meter room with a low lying ceiling. It is to be examined by Mr ██ ███████ once per week and to be fed,walked and watered thrice a day. He also submitted an application to lower the status of scp 8103 as he considered the scp to be harmless and of no threat to the foundation or anyone else. **Item-**Scp 8987, also known as 'The infinite pen'.

**Object Status-**Safe

**Special containment-**Scp 8987 is harmless and usually stays out of containment but in case of an emergency or a situation in which the subject needs to be contained, the subject should be put into a 16 centimeters by 1.5 centimeters titanium box and sealed shut.

**Discovery-**Scp 8987 has first found by a group of teenagers who began using it for their homework. When the foundation was alerted of its existence a year later, an O5 team was ordered to take the subject from the tiny, useless and unimportant baboons and wiped their and their families memories about the subject.

**Description-**Scp 8987 is 15 centimeters by 1 centimeter and looks like a regular ball-point pen. Scp 8987 has the special ability to never run out of its beautiful bright red ink and is therefore called 'The infinite pen' and 'The pen of Satan'. It was given to the manager of site 69 for his incridible bravery during the Scp 96 incident.Tests are being conducted monthly by the incredible scientists of facility 69 in order to find the subject's source of ink although some older employees of the foundation say that Scp 8987 somehow uses the blood of its owner to refill itself but their claims were found to be false when the manager's health went unaffected by the subject. The scientists of facility 69 began tests to see if the teenagers who had found the pen were physically hurt or weakened when Scp 8987 was used but the manager of facility 69 abruptly stopped the test trials and ordered the scientists who had worked on the tests to be terminated as he stated that they were "traitors to the foundation" and that they had "manipulated the tests" to seem like the manger was using the subject to benefit his own personal gains which would have hurt the foundation. The manager has since faced severe backlash from the central board of the foundation and there are currently plans being made to confiscate Scp-8987 and also suspend the manager of facility 69.

**Extra information-**In case the anything unfortunate happens to the manager of facility 69, then Scp 8987 must be secured in a small titanium box and tests must be ran in order to verify that it was not the cause of the managers accident. If it is found that Scp 8987 was indeed the cause of the managers death then it must immediate be destroyed by any means necessary. If it is unable to be destroyed then it should be transferred to a more secure facility and its status must be changed to 'Elucid'.

It was 1960 something and i was living large in the good ol' motherland of Nevada. And by 'living large' I mean that i was living like a rat and  struggling to pay my bills.

I was at working a an ice cream shop at around 9 pm and the store was dead empty. As i did the math of my pay and bills next to the counter, i realized that i'd be a whole 60 bucks short this month on my rent and would have to take it outta' my grocery money again. I didn't have no watch or jewelery i could sell. My apartment was bare-bones as it was! I didn't have no toasters or no TV. i had half starved my stomach and mind by then. I'd been working 3 jobs all day every day but still couldent afford my mama's debts and the bills. Sometimes i wonda' where she gone off and hid dat loan monay. i was near crying when a handsom feller came through the door. Of cource i hid my feelings. I wadn't gon get fired again cuz some youngling what dont wanner see no tears. I remember dat he has nice sliched back blond hair, kinda like my uncle ronald. He'd been weaing sunglasses in da middle of da night. Now i know das strange but you dont wanner dis-respect no man's fashion. Especially not a rich man's.

Now i reckon he'd seen mah condition i tell ya. You could just smell the disgust from his damn weird face.He'd ordered a vanilla or some and started talkin bout some job or whatever. Now i know i was poor but i wadn't bouta start no forth job! I'd been near death with just three! But then he said the thing dat done go change mah whole life.He said i could become rich. Filthy rich as he done said.

Now if you was in a condition like mines then i reckon you'd too had gone and listened to what-eva the man had to say. I didnt understand much of his words but i did hear that he'd pay me 10 times what i'd been earning and with just one job! He'd also done say free food and a good bed to sleep on so how can you expect a mans the likes of me to say no.

He'd had me gone down to florida in damn near a week. He'd left me at the gatesoh' some facility or whatever and told me to go inside. And so i did. They'd had pleanty o' guards an' stuff so i figured it was some government type stuff. They gave me some half-ass prison cloths but least' they were betta' than mah old ones. They did some health checks and then done send me to a room. Now remember, i didn't know nothing bout' what i was gonna do then. They didn't tell me nothing.
But oh boy was i had gotten myself in some trouble. I'm startin' to think it runs in the family. First mah ma then me. But i'd tell ya right now that the facility thang wadn't half as bad as da company o' mah ma. You'd betta' be glad that shes long gone.

Now back to the jail and stuff, which I sure must tell a that the room that they done give was damn near a prison cell. Iron bars an' all. They'd have me taken to some weird room to meet a weird blob thingy. I think they called it Scp or sum. And each time they'd do sum o' this i'd ask em' when I could get paid and leave cuh well, i oughta!
