Noting that VegetaWrath (account age 31 days, site membership 29 days) recently posted the following update to an ongoing concept thread:

Seeking Greenlights: Yes
Page Type: File
Genre (Optional): Mystery? Crime?
Page Layout (Optional): Tabbed
Elevator Pitch:
A high-stakes meeting was disrupted when one of the five delegates failed to arrive. Hours later the missing delegate is found 15 miles away from his from his intended location, lifeless in a ditch, his body contorted in a manner that suggests something horrifying. A terrified woman stumbles upon the scene and reports it to the authorities, unknowingly unveiling a start of a chilling, unexplained string of murders.
Central Narrative:
SPC-XXXX is the result of a secret and morally dubious operation initiated within the SPCF. Seeking to gain an insurmountable advantage, Admin [REDACTED] entered into a pact with an infernal entity, offering a trade that would alter the balance of power within the Foundation. The agreement granted control over a Shadow Slave, being of immense speed, strength, and stealth, bound by an infernal collar that appeared to make it entirely subservient to the Admin's will
The initial intent of this arrangement was straightforward: the Shadow Slave would serve as an unparalleled tool for intelligence gathering and silent operations. However, as with all dealings with infernal entities, there were hidden costs. The Admin, seeing the potential of SCP-XXXX, began to use it for personal gain. Slowly, their ambitions grew darker, shifting from an organizational advantage to outright domination. The Shadow Slave became the cornerstone of a covert plan to consolidate power, silence opposition, and establish an authoritarian regime under the Admin's control
What the Admin failed to realize was that the Shadow Slave's allegiance was never truly severed from its original infernal master. Through imperceptible means, the entity continued to communicate with SCP-XXXX, issuing commands that undermined the Admin's plans.
This duality of control created chaos: a string of murders began to occur, targeting whistleblowers, SPC Foundation operatives, and anyone who posed a threat to the operation. The killings were precise, leaving no physical evidence or witnesses, and the victims' deaths were often dismissed as unexplainable anomalies.
Efforts to investigate these events were systematically thwarted. Field operatives who got too close to uncovering the truth were neutralized, either through targeted killings or the strategic use of amnestics to erase their memories. The result was a growing atmosphere of paranoia within the initial SPC Foundation, as those remaining struggled to understand the source of the escalating violence.
The longer the Admin wielded SCP-XXXX, the more their morality eroded. Prolonged interactions with the Shadow Slave and its infernal handler seemed to exert a corrupting influence, pushing the Admin further into malevolence. Meanwhile SCP-XXXX's abilities and true nature remained poorly understood. Although nominally contained at a secret site constructed of majore steel, even this specialized containment was not absolute. The gaps in the file - redacted data, incomplete observations, and unexplained phenomena - reflect the the Foundations inability to fully comprehend or control the entity.
SCP-XXXX is not merely a tool of destruction; it represents the peril of unchecked ambition and the dangers of compromising ethical principles for power. The entity's dual loyalty combined with unparalleled capabilities, makes it a threat not only to those who seek to control it but to the Foundation as a whole.
Hook/Attention-Grabber (Optional):
Five delegates were scheduled to meet at a five star hotel for a high-stakes negotiation. Four arrived. Hours later, the missing delegate was found 15 miles away, face down in a ditch, hands clawing at his throat. No footprints, no witnesses, no explanation.
Excerpts of note:

Compare with the earlier post in the thread: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-16987647/seeking-greenlight-on-scp-7517-shadow-slave#post-6733211
Central Narrative: The mysterious methods of movement, the silent precision of the death of the victims, and the unknown information is bound to leave more questions than answers.
Central Narrative: This article though thought to be explanatory, leaves more questions than answers. A shadow slave has been captured, whether by sheer luck or other means, is not really known. The SCP Foundation has to find a way to keep this creature from escaping and enforcing its master's whim on those that break contracts.
Of note, the user has a sandbox for the concept here: https://scp-sandbox-3.wikidot.com/vegetawrath which has a lot of obvious AI indicators, including extraneous subheadings like "Physical Observations:" and "Anomalous Traits:" for the description, and "Physical Studies", "Reaction Time Testing:", and "Strength and Grip Analysis:" under an extra "Safety Protocol for All Studies" section.
