Noting that new site member SpookyScience (previously SpookyScience8841, account age 5 days, site membership 3 days) recently coldposted a page which was downvoted. They then proceeded to post multiple inflammatory comments:

I'd make a comment regarding bad faith votes, but after only a few minutes reviewing the voting patterns of new submissions things make a little more sense. Of course the most obvious instances of misconduct and bias also coincided with a particular staff member and their writing group - who could have ever guessed? Well, thus is the nature of online communities with substandard staff integrity enforcement. Best regards to you all.
A staff member and their writing group have a bad habit of sandbagging any writing that didn't come through their process, and with 10 votes as the threshold, it becomes very easy to turn "quality control" into one insular group's bias pushed as the standard for creative writing. No worries though, they were here first, and that's life in internet communities like this.

Oh don't worry, I intend to delete this myself long before the countdown ends - I just wanted to give the conversations below an opportunity to resolve. It would be rude for me to assume the last word. So you can consider an additional vote for deletion by default.
And replied to a closed staff post:
Zoobeeny, Ari, storm, and Esperion supporting weeklong ban.
