Noting that it was brought to staff attention that Totally not the FBI (account age 122 days, site membership 118 days) recently coldposted the following page which has hallmarks of AI-generation: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-8912
**Item #: SCP-8912**
**Object Class: Euclid**
**Special Containment Procedures:**
Due to SCP-8912's ability to manifest spontaneously in urban environments, direct containment of the entity is currently impossible. Foundation personnel embedded in major metropolitan areas are to monitor local taxi services and reports of individuals disappearing after entering unidentified taxis with excessively tinted windows. Civilians affected by SCP-8912 are to be debriefed and amnesticized, with any evidence of anomalous travel confiscated.
Reports of SCP-8912 sightings should be investigated immediately, with nearby Foundation operatives instructed to discreetly follow or track the taxi if possible. Under no circumstances are Foundation personnel permitted to enter SCP-8912 unless authorized by senior research staff for testing purposes.
**Description:**
SCP-8912 is an anomalous taxi cab, consistently described as having unnaturally dark, almost opaque, tinted windows. The make of the taxi vary between sightings, though eyewitnesses report consistent details regarding its behavior. SCP-8912 exclusively appears to individuals in immediate need of transportation, such as those stranded in remote areas or unable to find other means of transit. The taxi materializes seemingly out of nowhere, pulling up silently to the individual without any indication of its approach. SCP-8912 is able to be identified by its licence plate which normaly read out: "VOID."
Once a person enters SCP-8912, the vehicle’s doors automatically lock, and the windows’ tint prevents the passenger from seeing their surroundings. The driver, designated SCP-8912-1, appears as a humanoid figure wearing standard taxi driver attire. However, SCP-8912-1 never speaks or reacts to attempts at communication, remaining completely motionless except for driving the vehicle. Upon entering the taxi, passengers report an overwhelming compulsion to provide a destination, despite the driver’s lack of acknowledgment.
Once a destination is given, SCP-8912 begins to move. Passengers report a feeling of disorientation and a loss of sense of time, unable to gauge how long the journey lasts. After an indeterminate period, SCP-8912 stops, and the passenger is allowed to exit. Upon doing so, they find themselves in a reality different from baseline reality (designated SCP-8912-A instances). These alternate realities vary significantly, ranging from mildly distorted versions of Earth to bizarre, hostile environments filled with dangerous entities.
Victims of SCP-8912 typically disappear for variable periods of time, with most returning within 24 to 72 hours. Returnees universally report waking up in a location they consider "safe" (e.g., their home, a family member’s house), with no memory of how they got there. In all cases, a photograph is found in their possession—specifically, a selfie of the passenger taken while inside SCP-8912, despite no memory of taking it. This photograph appears to be the only tangible evidence of the event, aside from the victim's fragmented and often traumatic memories of SCP-8912-A.
Research is ongoing to catalog known instances of SCP-8912-A and analyze any common factors that could explain how or why SCP-8912 selects its passengers.
**Addendum 8912-A:**
**Testing Logs**
Test 1: D-4891 was instructed to enter SCP-8912 and request a random location. Upon exiting, D-4891 found themselves in an urban environment where all buildings and objects were made of glass. Despite initial impressions of safety, the environment began to collapse, with shards of glass raining from the sky. D-4891 reappeared 36 hours later, disoriented and holding a photo of themselves inside SCP-8912.
Test 2: D-5233 entered SCP-8912 and requested to "go home." After a prolonged absence, D-5233 returned four days later. Upon debriefing, they described a reality resembling their childhood home but populated by distorted versions of their family, with increasingly hostile behavior. D-5233 also carried a photo of themselves in the taxi, though Foundation personnel confirmed no such photo had been taken during the experiment.
**Addendum 8912-B:**
Recovered Incident Report #8912-15:
On ██/██/20██, ███████, New York, a civilian by the name of [REDACTED] was reported missing after entering a taxi matching SCP-8912’s description. The subject was found three days later in their apartment, seemingly unharmed but holding a photograph consistent with SCP-8912's anomalous effects. Subject reported experiencing a reality where time appeared to flow backward and forward simultaneously, making escape difficult. Subject amnesticized, and case closed.
Note: SCP-8912 remains an ongoing threat due to its unpredictability. The Foundation advises caution to all urban personnel and active surveillance in major cities where SCP-8912 has previously appeared.

This was my first SCP. I dont know if it's good or bad. I would enjoy feedback, so feel free to criticize me! :)
