**Special Containment Procedures :** SCP-8295 is contained at Site-17 in the office of Dr. Andreas S. Any personnel above the clearance level 2 can access SCP-8295 with strict restrictions of touching SCP-8295. If any physical contact is made with the SCP the personnel will be demoted or restricted to accessing SCP-8295 again.
To access SCP-8295 personnel above level 2 clearance have to notify the site director and sign a waiver which will be written down below at the bottom of the page. No personnel below the level clearance of 2 can access SCP-8295 or can get special access under security departments surveillance. However this approval is difficult to get and has to be signed by the O5 Council and the site director. The personnel also have to have good reputation by their colleagues as well as good working reputation.
**Description :** SCP-8295 is an officially registered Czech Crown, simply a small circular coin which has the lengths of 0,6 inches (2 centimetres) from one side to the other. It is 0,01 inches thick (1,5 millimetres) and the circumference of the sides have carved in lines. The coin holds the value of a 1 Czech Crown (0,044 USD) and is functioning (it can be used as payment). The top side of the coin has a cartoony carved lion with a crown which also has two tails, representing the Czech national animal. Around the lion are words written like “Česká Republika” (Czech Republic) and the date of the first recognition of the coin “1994”. The bottom side has an Arabic numeral “1” which is the value of the coin with a crown under the numeric which represents the monarch history of the Czech Republic. It also has words written around it, which are “Koruna” (Crown) and “Česká” (Czech).
SCP-8295 holds a critical and dangerous anomaly to all sentient life forms which are capable of handling and flipping the coin. The anomaly consists of a human flipping the coin then taking it and smacking it on his wrist. If the result is the numeric side of the coin, the output on the human will be positive giving the human sudden larger energy and capable of handling bigger strength for a limited amount of time spanning from 1-4 days. The sudden larger strength develops the handler of the flipped coin 60-63% much stronger muscles in the body which slowly during the times duration fade away to the regular. The development of the stronger muscles takes 5-15 minutes but is very painful due to the sudden change of strength in the muscles. On the other side if the coins result is the lion with two tails and a crown the results are negative. The body of the handler of the coin who flipped to the lion will suffer immediate organ failure such as the heart and brain failing instantly and the coin is uncovered from the victims hand.
Both of those results only work if the coin is flipped properly at least 6 inches (15 centimetres) into the air. If any human flips the coin below this lengths no anomalous properties will showcase on the handler of the coin.
**Discovery :** The coins anomalous properties were discovered during an interview of a technical fail at Site-[REDACTED]. During the interview Dr.[REDACTED] was interviewing engineer. Charles G. About a technical control fail which has caused a pipe full of gas to explode injuring 2 Foundation researchers and the site-director as well. During the interview Engineer Charles has took out a coin which he said he found on the floor outside the site. He then flipped it showcasing his capabilities however the coin landed on his hand and Charles smacked his hand with the coin onto his wrist, Charles immediately suffered an organ failure. With being still in the chair Dr.[REDACTED] inspected the coin and turned out that the lion side of the coin was being visible on Charles’s wrist.

[[tab Test-1A]]
**Date : 11th September 2024**
**Test done and made by : Dr. Andreas S.**
**Procedure :** D-419 was chosen to be apart of the test on SCP-8295. D-419 will flip the coin to search for the cause of Engineers Charles’s death. Dr. Andreas as well as [DATA EXPUNGED] are located in an observation room with a clear view of the testing chamber. D-419 will be the first person to be tested on SCP-8295 and hopefully the test will give some answers on how to handle SCP-8295 correctly.
**Output :** D-419 has taken the coin and formed a first in the right hand with his finger inside the fist. D-419 then placed the coin on his finger and flinged the coin up into the air then catching it and smacking it onto his wrist. D-419 then waited and placed his right hand away with the lion side clearly visible on the top. D-419 immediately fell to the ground collapsing and dying of organ failure.
Turns out the lion side of the coin terminates any life which has flipped the coin. However more research has to be made to be more precise and to get all the possible outputs of the scenarios when a person would flip the coin.

[[tab Test-1B]]
**Date : 12th September 2024**
**Test done and made by : Dr. Andreas S.**
**Procedure :** D-510 will be placed in a room with the coin with the researchers who attend the test once again behind a window in an observation room. D-510 will flip the coin and hopefully the coin will land on the other side then the previous test.
**Output :** D-510 has took SCP-8295 and placed it onto his finger. After a while D-510 flipped the coin and grabbed it forcefully smacking it onto his wrist. After near seconds D-510 took off his hand from his wrist to discover that the other side of the coin is visible facing upwards. D-510 did not die or had any signs of damage to his organs in any way. However D-510 was repeatedly saying that he is full of energy and that he feels stronger. after 6 minutes D-510 started to scream in agony as his muscles were visibly growing on his body. After 4 days the muscles of D-510 slowly faded away and D-510 had no longer the strength he had before. D-510 was terminated a week after the declination of his muscles.

[[tab Handling Procedure]]
**Clearance Level : 2+**
**Description :** SCP-8295 has to be handled properly and accordingly to avoid fatal casualties as well as unnecessary deaths in the Foundation. Firstly SCP-8295 is placed in a glass 0.1x0.1x0.1 box with a normal unlocked opening. It is located in the office of Dr. Andreas S. which is located at the Site-17.
All tests that the personnel want to plan or conduct have to be approved by Dr. Andreas himself as well as the site director. Every detail of the test and the purpose have to be included in the paper otherwise instant declination of the test will pursue.
To avoid problems and casualties you will need to have SCP-8295 always within your eye contact. Never under any reason or choice make a physical contact with SCP-8295. If any contact is made with SCP-8295 the handler will be either demoted and given amnestics or terminated based off how SCP-8295 was handled. If SCP-8295 was stolen by anybody please report it to the nearest agent of the security department and a full search for SCP-8295 will be conducted.

**Special Containment Procedures:** SCP-8295 is contained at Site-17, within the personal office of Dr. Andreas S. Personnel with a minimum clearance level of 2 are permitted to access SCP-8295, though direct physical contact is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized handling of SCP-8295 will result in immediate disciplinary action, including demotion or revocation of access rights.
Personnel wishing to access SCP-8295 must notify the Site Director and sign a liability waiver (provided at the end of this document). Access is generally limited to Level 2 personnel or higher, though exceptions may be granted under close supervision of the security department. Special clearance requests require the approval of both the Site Director and the O5 Council. Only individuals with an exemplary record may receive such approval.
**Description:** SCP-8295 is an anomalous coin resembling a standard 1 Czech Crown, minted in 1994. The coin has a diameter of 0.6 inches (2 cm), is 0.01 inches thick (1.5 mm), and features engraved ridges along its circumference. The obverse side depicts a crowned, two-tailed lion, the national symbol of the Czech Republic, surrounded by the inscription "Česká Republika" (Czech Republic) and the minting year, 1994. The reverse side displays the numeral "1" beneath a crown, with the inscriptions "Koruna" (Crown) and "Česká" (Czech).
SCP-8295 exhibits anomalous properties when flipped by a human subject. The outcome of the flip determines the subject's fate:
- **Obverse (Lion):** Immediate organ failure, typically affecting both the heart and brain, results in instantaneous death.
- **Reverse (Numeral):** The subject experiences a temporary, significant increase in muscle mass and strength, with reported gains between 60-63%. These effects manifest within 5-15 minutes and last for 1-4 days. During this period, subjects endure intense pain as their muscular structure rapidly alters. The enhanced strength gradually diminishes after the effect’s duration.
These outcomes are only triggered if the coin is flipped at least 6 inches (15 cm) into the air. Flips below this threshold do not activate SCP-8295's anomalous properties.
**Discovery:** SCP-8295's anomalous effects were first identified during an incident at Site-[REDACTED]. Dr. [REDACTED] was interviewing Site Engineer Charles G. regarding a technical failure that caused a gas explosion, injuring two researchers and the Site Director. During the interview, Engineer Charles produced the coin, claiming to have found it near the site’s entrance. He flipped the coin, and after smacking it onto his wrist, he immediately suffered a fatal organ failure. Post-mortem examination revealed that the coin’s obverse (lion) side was facing up on Charles’s wrist.

[[tab Test-1A]]
**Date:** 11 September 2024
**Test Conducted by:** Dr. Andreas S.
**Procedure:** D-419 was selected to interact with SCP-8295 to investigate the cause of Engineer Charles's death. Dr. Andreas and [DATA EXPUNGED] observed the test from a secured observation room. D-419 was instructed to flip SCP-8295 and report any effects.
**Results:** D-419 flipped the coin, catching it and smacking it onto his wrist. Upon revealing the coin’s obverse (lion) side, D-419 immediately collapsed and died due to organ failure, confirming that the lion side is fatal when flipped properly.
Further research is required to fully understand the parameters of SCP-8295's effects.

**Date:** 12 September 2024
**Test Conducted by:** Dr. Andreas S.
**Procedure:** D-510 was selected to interact with SCP-8295. Researchers, including Dr. Andreas, observed the test from the observation room. D-510 was instructed to flip the coin in the same manner as D-419.
**Results:** D-510 flipped the coin and smacked it onto his wrist. This time, the reverse (numeral) side was revealed. D-510 reported an immediate surge in energy and strength. After approximately 6 minutes, D-510 began experiencing extreme pain as his muscle mass visibly increased. Over the next 4 days, the enhanced muscles gradually atrophied to their normal state. D-510 was terminated one week later, following the completion of the test.

I took the time to remake the SCP. I hope this version will be better. I have bad encounters when it comes to draft review. Either the review staff doesnt reply or they say that they cant review it.

I understand your concerns about the results of the article itself but. I read many SCP articles, the original ones from the years of 2009-2012. Plus i dont even recognise the name Scribbr. Is that a free AI?
I tried to write the article as much with scientific terms as i could reviewing every word i written down, simplifying almost all sentences from the previous what I’ve written. I tried so hard and i understand your concerns but i am sure that i did not use artificial intelligence
Note that they lied about the AI usage. Kufat and Ori supporting weeklong ban. Ban enacted, PM sent.
