This ban was due to the user announcing to chat that they were becoming antisemitic, and doubling down on the announcement when pressed by other members of the community. These bans come following an extensive pattern of vehement, combative, and generally rule 0 violating behavior from Tyumen both on the wiki itself and within the Discord server, resulting in prior bans in both spaces.
