**Special Containment Procedures:** SCP-7283 is to be stored in a secure locker at Site-17, with regular testing and observation scheduled to ensure its anomalous properties remain stable. Access to SCP-XXXX is restricted to Level 3 personnel and above, and all experiments involving SCP-XXXX must be approved by at least two Level 4 personnel.
**Description:** SCP-7283 is a porcelain doll with intricately painted features and a wide, staring gaze. It measures approximately 30 cm in height and weighs approximately 0.5 kg. When an individual interacts with SCP-7283, either by holding it or being in close proximity to it, the doll will immediately gain access to every memory, thought, emotion, and experience that individual has ever had. This includes:
* Every memory, including those from childhood, adolescence, and adulthood.
* Every thought, whether conscious or subconscious.
* Every emotion, whether fleeting or profound.
* Every experience, including those from multiple lifetimes.
In addition to this, SCP-7283 will also register the existence of any anomalous entities or objects that the individual has interacted with in the past. This includes:
* Species of anomalous creatures, including their biology, natural habitats, predators, weaknesses, and other relevant information.
* Locations of internal organs, as well as any unusual physiological features.
* The nature of any anomalous objects they have handled or interacted with.
**Background:** SCP-7283 was recovered from the residence of a deceased elderly woman, who had kept the doll as a keepsake for over 50 years. Following her passing, the doll was discovered to possess the anomalous properties described above.
**Addendum:** Testing has revealed that SCP-7283's effects are not limited to humans. When tested on various animals and anomalous creatures, the doll has demonstrated an ability to access their entire history and biology in a matter of seconds.

The premise, alone, is a problem. If it is aporcelain doll, how the heck does the foundation know that it can access people's memories? Nothing in the entry says that the doll can communicate.
Author has no forum or sandbox history, and their only edits are the initial posting of the page and editing the SCP-XXXX's out. (Of note, another site member removed the incorrect SCP numerical designation heading.)
