My article idea didn't work because it was just a thing that did a thing. I got feedback that there should an emotion of sorts that I'm trying to get out of the reader. I've seen other SCP's have a impending doom arc. Would that be a solution?

Ill try and look for a more specific reviewer, also that response was from a year ago so there is no point in responding now.
The thread in question is here: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-15074507/seeking-greenlights-the-probability-changing-radio-receiver with the first post being from 5 Aug 2022. The user made a few revisions to change the post title and correct a typo.
The author received one review on 6 Aug 2022, which the user never responded to.
Almost two years later, on 12 Jun 2024, they posted a new comment to the same thread, with the exact same content as the first post, with no changes. They were told, "you haven't paid any attention at all to the feedback you've been given. You've literally ignored it and just copy-pasted the same idea. If you want people to help you, you have to actually pay attention to what critters are saying, otherwise other people will look at your idea and see no point in helping you."
The user then received another review on 16 Jun 2024, to which they replied with:
