Well, they were obviously not competently banned, considering they managed to show up in #site17 again to spout more nonsense. Once I find the person who did the ban, I'll be kicking them.

Anyway, while I take care of the bruise on my shin, could someone do it properly?

Edit: the above is directed at myself, as I was the one who initially banned this user from #17. You know, just to prevent any misunderstandings.
