Noting that the user appears to have left the SCP wiki on the Kokoro_Hime account, and returned as Shariq786: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-16433405/scp-103#post-6562040
In the comment chain where the Kokoro_Hime account asks: "Why has my request to rewrite this article been denied?"
Why has my request to rewrite this article been denied? If it's because I would have changed the article too much, I don't think that's good enough of a reason. I believe that this article from needs a major revision because there's nothing truly anomalous in it. This is just paranoid Foundation staff believing an ordinary medical case to be anomalous. Has anyone from the rewrite team read this article's discussion page? Pretty much everything that needs to be said is there. Any version of this article that doesn't completely change the concept doesn't belong on this wiki. Maybe it should just be deleted and reworked from scratch.
Staff response was as follows:
You can disagree all you want, it's still a valid reason. Wanting to fundamentally change the core of the article away from what it is conceptually is a valid enough reason whether or not you agree with that. The truth is, however, that what you've proposed as the new version is a licensing nightmare that accomplishes little more than being a fanpage for some musician you like. I can understand why the rewrite team isn't jazzed about that concept.
Also you complain about this original article not being anomalous enough, but your proposal isn't particularly anomalous either? A musician being good at their craft isn't anomalous, them playing a bunch of instruments isn't anomalous, and them knowing about niche bands isn't anomalous. Your concept, even with the real person removed from it, falls into the same trappings you condemn this current article of.
Accept the rejection with grace. You've been spamming staff, the IRC chat, and discussion threads since the denial and it's getting excessive.

Special Containment Procedures: It has been speculated for a long time that "Florida Man" should be thrown into a 1.8x3.6 meter, or as they call it, 2 yards by 4 yards, box. Some researchers have speculated that putting a Florida Man into a lawn chair with a beer is a great idea, but this has been proven to be a bit too risky. Although not all Florida men can be contained, some of the most outlandish Florida men are to be contained in Site-██.
Description: SCP-FREEDOM-J is a name given to numerous anomalies known as "Florida Man," rather than a single SCP. All male residents of Florida are considered to be SCP-FREEDOM-J, though not all exhibit anomalous behaviours. These anomalies often engage in activities that seem exceptionally bizarre, outlandish, and speechless—something you'd do while drunk, asleep, and having a nightmare all at once.
