Got a pm from them quoting that post, with the follow up of:

It got deleted, and then I was banned. What happened to "You will never be banned for having an unpopular opinion" eh?

I reiterated that we also have a rule against people being massive cocks, and that I wasn't sure what they were trying to accomplish.

I wouldn't have gone with a perma to start, but I won't resist it. I'll advocate a ban of any length tbh. Fire away and all that.
