Noting that the author's only edit activity was uploading an image to the page (the image also looks to be AI-generated, due to the mismatched building textures, nonsensical "words" graffiti, random plants and trees, and seemingly incongruous angle of the sky compared to the building), adding an image block (to the middle of the page rather than the top as with standard format), and changing a bracket placement.
