In the SCP universe, he collaborates with the Foundation's mobile task force, intervening in dangerous missions and containment breaches as a last resort solution. As they don't trust him or know much about him.

Central Narrative: What is Numanto doing here, why is he here and why does he know and want to join the foundation?

Sorry, the material here is very unlikely to do well on the mainsite, and would need to be entirely rewritten to be workable. Have you read any writing guides for the site?

Central Narrative: Arrived in SCP universe through a portal he created. Centre around his interaction with other anomalies and his role in balancing chaos and order. On his missions he confronts his own morality of his actions and discovers even the most powerful entities are not immune to morality and emotion.
