Staff noticed that the text possessed some clear indicators of AI text generation; a staffpost was made in the thread addressing the matter.
Of note, they requested feedback from me specifically, and when I asked them about the AI usage, they replied:
I did use ChatGPT to shorten my elevator pitch and a couple of lengthy effects of the anomaly, although it was still too long and I ommited/rewrote parts. My artical's writing and concept is all original.
