Noting that PeanutTheComrade (account age 1705 days, site membership 118 days) downvoted 16 pages by the same author, following that author declining to respond to multiple messages soliciting feedback (the requests were sent outside of that author's designated review times).
Of note, the user was banned from the Discord critique channels: https://05command.wikidot.com/forum/t-16534728/non-disc-record-peanutthecomrade and also lodged a targeted complaint about several reviewers for not picking up critique requests and not responding to repeated pings. As of now, many reviewers refuse to interact with this user.
As the downvotes occurred within a short amount of time and the user has a history of vehemence, it is clear that this was a malicious action. As such, I am enacting an emergency permanent ban.
