In the linked discussion, a broad consensus was reached as to the appropriate action to take with Fishish: removal from staff, a one month ban, and a blacklist of some duration. However, the duration of this blacklist was left indefinite with no clear consensus, and as such the Disciplinary team is conducting a follow-up vote to establish the length of this blacklist. Please note that this thread is not for determination of guilt, but only to determine the length of the blacklist.
The Disciplinary Team has agreed to implement a preliminary one-month blacklist, to be served concurrently with the duration of fishish's ban from the site. Any of the following options would likewise have their first month concurrent with the site ban (i.e. they would be measured out from the time of this thread going up.)
Please rank your choices for the following possible blacklist durations. We will be using a standard instant runoff tabulation. Give a "1" to your first choice option, a "2" for your second choice option, and so on.
- One month blacklist.
- Three month blacklist.
- Six month blacklist.
- Permanent blacklist, with opportunity for appeal beginning at six months.
