Looking around the lowest rated page, and looking at the total number of entries, i think we could stand with a scrubbing.

It sounds rather draconian, but i think we could cut everything below -2.

Honestly, most of the pages in the negatives will not recover. They tend to just keep going down, slowly but surely. We can keep them around in hopes that they recover…but honestly, how likely do we think that will be?

Is this too extreme? I'm wanting to start offloading some of the less impressive work we have on the wiki, and this seems like a good place to start…

It sounds fairly reasonable to me. As long as we check for references in decent articles and allow time for authors to remove those references, I think it'll work out.

Edit: And as long as we preserve the ones that spawned epic decomissions. It's okay to keep dirt around if you grow flowers in it.

Giving kids time to pick out saveable artices would also help a little, should anyone want to save them.
