User Doge_12 (W: 7 days, S: 5 days, ID: 8807311) has recently posted SCP-7964, which is identical to a recently-deleted article created by another user (see chat). The articles are identical save for a modification to the ending. The user has also denied that they plagiarized.

My opinion is that this plagiarism is pretty obvious, and that their denial of the matter indicates a level of dishonestly we should not tolerate on our site. I think a perma is appropriate in this case.

User Doge_12 (W: 6 days, S: 6 days, ID: 8849008) re-joined the site. Presumably this was done under a different name, and then they changed their username to Doge_12.

They reposted the same plagiarized article.

I have banned the new account for ban evasion and to reflect this permanent ban for plagiarism.

Given their bad faith in first denying plagiarism, and now attempting ban evasion, I'm not particularly interested in hearing ban appeals from them.

With a consensus of three in Disciplinary chat (myself, Zyn, Ori), we've applied an additional permaban for the ban evasion.

Note that the "by author" panel on this page mentions a different site user. That user is not involved; their username may have been copied along with other Wikidot syntax.

Recommending that the ban be extended to this account as well and that the article be summarily deleted for plagiarism.

SCP was inspired and slightly copied from the user BlueDemoPirates, I wrote if I could put this out, he didn't answer, so I took it as yes, if he writes that he wants to delete this, I will delete it or let the administrators delete it immediately.
