DiseaseLols (W: 1 day, S: none, ID: 8773373) is a member of only Sandbox 3, and has created this page: https://scp-sandbox-3.wikidot.com/big-black-man (now deleted), which features a blatantly racist caricature. Potentially unrelated, but the item number is SCP-1865, a lot which is of course already occupied, and interestingly is the year the 13th Amendment to the US Constitution was passed (as well as other US Civil War-related events).
If the user had posted this as an article on the main site, we would be discussing disciplinary action for bigoted content. I don't think we should give this a pass just because it's on the sandbox. I would like to put forward a motion for a ban from the site, the sandbox, and deletion of the draft in question. What would an appropriate duration be, a year? perma?
