Hey, Gears, I just realized something, a misconception that might need to be corrected, something curious in chat yesterday that stuck out to me when I thought it over. You said to give you guys (the mods) a 48 hour period in response to my request. Ah, why? Why does there need to be any discussion at all? I'm not applying to this site, I'm asking for a mistake to be fixed. Clef tempbanned me, but didn't know how to do it exactly or something, and so just permanently removed me from the list, telling me I could come back in one day. I put it off since since I could still post articles, but now that feature has been removed. So what judgment has to be made? I don't quite understand, its simple clerical work isn't it? Why couldn't you of done it then, or just said it would of been done later? A couple weeks ago I bothered Kain about it, and although he's said he'll do it, it's been a while (he didn't make a big deal about it or any trouble, so I'm wondering why you and Bright are) so the reason I used the application box is I figured that just be the easiest venue to finally get it done.

Honestly, what we are reviewing is whether or not we would like to restore access. Name, you are a good writer, and you do excellent stories, and have a talent for descriptive writing. However, these things have a tendency to work against you in regards to the SCP Item format. The terse, dry tone of the entries is something that does not come naturally to many, and i fear that may be the case for you.
I have a very strong feeling that you would be more then capable of making excellent Creepypasta, or short horror fiction, however then SCP entry format seems too…restrictive for you. I think you also suffer from the problem of trying to cram a whole story-sized concept in to a entry, or trying to reformat a concept in to a SCP. The main entries are little snippets of weird, little strobe-lights of horror to disorient and weaken the mind in tight, controlled bursts. The longer the entry is, the more chance of the subject getting used to it, and being able to deal. At least, that is how it works for me, and a goodly sum of the people i speak to on this subject. As is common with all things, your own results may vary.
Please don't feel as if I'm attacking you personally. Negative feedback can be hard to take (trust me, i know…), but it can aid in growth. Your work to date, while showing improvement, is not in line with the guidelines and general tone of the SCP. You have been getting better, but I'm not sure of this writing style is really for you.
In short, we are discussing these issues and will decide if we wish to uphold or overturn the ban. If we do re-instate you, be aware that we may have to have a serious discussion regarding your place in the wiki, and how best to utilize your talents. We will have a judgment by the end of today, or morning tomorrow.

Very well. I hate to get all legalistical and argumentative, but I feel this is a dangerous path you guys are on. Let me go over this again: I was tempbanned. There was a valid reason, according to the rules I refused to end a line of discussion. But if you guys don't reinstate me, in essence it's like I was permabanned, for an offense that clearly only deserves a 24 hour ban. So the "punishment" suddenly and retrospectively grows and lengthens. That's grossly unfair. And in addition, if you're not letting me back in because my style isn't considered the right type, then what happened was I was tempbanned, and then permabanned, for being a "shitty writer" which is stated in the rules as not being a good enough reason to get rid of someone. Is it really wise to break and pervert the rules you only recently set up?This is very frustrating to me, because I haven't and won't have a lot of free time, and I've sort of moved on from the SCP Foundation; this was suppose to be my last SCP. I(obviously I've been posting less and less) It sucks that I can't just make a clean cut and have to deal with all this trouble.
It seems as if it may be better to keep things as they stand, rather then restore him, just to have him post his last entry, then leave. What do you all say? if we're still having issues with the software, then we're stuck either way. Kain, any word back about it?

Being a shitty writer isn't grounds for banning.
Being a shitty writer who keeps spamming the site with articles that show no sign of improvement is. That's even written in the rules.
