Noting that today RIAKTOR received a membership revocation due to their repeated spamming of the same work. (Current iteration here: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-7156)

It was observed that whenever the page would reach deletion threshold, the article would be reposted with minimal edits. The staff member who brought this matter forward noted that this occurred around seven times since June 24th.

Further infractions will result in a ban from the site.

User has posted SCP-7156, which is a redirect to http://scp-wlkl.wikidot.com/scp-7156 (note the Ls instead of is), a copycat site created by RIAKTOR to host their article. This is an unapproved redirect, and an attempt to host material offsite in what I think can be described as rule evasion. After staff removed the redirect, the user reverted the edits.

I'm calling for a revoke at this point, this combined with their other activity is too far.

Following new information regarding this user's PMs with another user, I would like to instead propose a permaban instead of one month. This user has not and continues to not engage with the site in good faith, and is being nasty to other users.

I second a perma, the user does not seem to show any sign of wishing to change their behavior and fails to understand the issues with breaking the rules repeatedly.
