User KamijouTuoma (now Kamijou Touma) coldposted an article, improperly self-deleted after a single downvote (from me), then coldposted the same article twice again, once renaming the url to six-eye-totem, and the second time renaming the url to scp-2238-six-eye-totem. Duplication was deleted with kaktus witnessing.

We might be in revoke territory, especially if the person doesn't respond to forum posts. Have they been contacted in PMs about the deletions?

I'd revoke. They just posted a draft in the Site Announcements and Proposals forum. They have absolutely no idea what they're doing.
