New user SlightSelf (account age 6 days, site membership 3 days) has recently posted a series of incoherent and verging on spam comments:
Their intro thread, consisting of four posts total, three replies to their first post: http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-1608435/hello-world
A similarly-written post on someone elses intro thread: http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-1606710/its-me
A question in the General Advice forum about the sandbox: http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-1608645/sandbox-navigation
The rules list is beyond exhaustive. And, uh, it's a little heavy on the nepotism, to be quite honest. And the uhh. 'Read literally everything before contributing literally anything' is, uh. It's repeated a lot, as far as guide hubs go.
The sandbox is refreshing! But I've already created a handful of pages with my name in the title. Uhh. Actually editing them - I'm hitting a wall here. A literal one, occasionally. Little.. uhh. Little headbanging joke there for you.
Is this an administrative block? What steps should I be taking? I used the sandbox as a free-for-anyone resource before I was accepted, and now I am here. So. Hello.
For reference, they have these sandboxes, none of which are accompanied by edits past the initial creation:

The also seem to be continuously attempting to promote http://whenyoufeelatouchbutturnandseenothing.wikidot.com/ and http://ragnarokcomesanyway.wikidot.com/, and insist that they aren't roleplaying.
If this continues, moving for revoke.
