New user SlightSelf (account age 6 days, site membership 3 days) has recently posted a series of incoherent and verging on spam comments:

The rules list is beyond exhaustive. And, uh, it's a little heavy on the nepotism, to be quite honest. And the uhh. 'Read literally everything before contributing literally anything' is, uh. It's repeated a lot, as far as guide hubs go.

The sandbox is refreshing! But I've already created a handful of pages with my name in the title. Uhh. Actually editing them - I'm hitting a wall here. A literal one, occasionally. Little.. uhh. Little headbanging joke there for you.

Is this an administrative block? What steps should I be taking? I used the sandbox as a free-for-anyone resource before I was accepted, and now I am here. So. Hello.

Noting that (I'm assuming this is what they were getting at) they read O5 and disagree with staff about roleplaying:

If that's enough reason to shoo away someone who originally came to drop a tip about a malicious botnet, by all means. That was not roleplaying. I lost my information because of identity theft. That was not roleplaying. I am a colorful individual. Not roleplaying.

THAT is roleplaying.

Furthermore, given that they've mentioned that they experience visual distortions associated with delirium with cluster headaches and migraines, and they're off medication for physical purposes, I'm a little worried about the time spent on the site affecting them and the rest of the community negatively.

That said… can I get some context for the incident they seem to be repeatedly referring to? I'm guessing it happened in chat, so I'm not familiar with it.

A summary of events, as I'm glancing in and noticing confusion is ongoing:

On a completely different site, I was setting up an ARG for a small group of writers. I had recently lost my ability to verify my identity due to a silly G-Auth eternal loop issue that I was waiting on google and amazon to resolve together.

I was meandering my way toward joining SCP at the time. Made a silly 'paging dr. slightly' tumblr which I was using to recommend personalized music for characters.

While harvesting static for art purposes, I stumbled on child pornography trading going wildly unchecked. I popped wildly around the internet for a while after making tips to appropriate intelligence agencies.

I dropped in the chat quickly to drop it here last, as creative writers from such a popular place can actually be hugely influential when it comes to awareness campaigns, and dropped back out.

At this point, I experienced interest from a number of strange people claiming to be in authority. Some seemed to be telling the truth; others either were not or were operating unusually. Text messages and email.

I was more or less helpless at the time. No ability to reach my doctors while my phone was locking me out. My PC still doesn't want anything to do with me, haha. Windows 10's aggressive anti-pirating measures to blame for that one. It doesn't recognize my replaced motherboard.

I accidentally created a feedback loop in my own devices while attempting to get around the issues. More and more lockdowns on my own medical information which was rather needed.

I was booted so quickly from chats for not being coherent that honestly I have no idea who was involved, so I can't be personalized with my background info. Sorry about that.

I'm quite alright, psychologically speaking, when I'm not experiencing an event. And I have access to my own medical records again.

But actually communicating with people about things that are not theoretical - that's hard for me. It takes multiple attempts to see what will be followed, and I do experiment with various people to see who can keep up with what.

I'm unusual, I know that. I just can't bring myself to want to be typical. I rather know time not to be a linear thing, and I'm not hugely concerned with the lines between individuals when there are large populations available to observe. I experience prosopagnosia - face blindness - in my day to day life, so it is my habit to just..

I can't tell people apart. I have to work with it. Everyone I meet is a stranger, forever.

But I know my math, physics, and biology pretty damned well. So. Eh.

The rest is down to personality and momentary struggle.

My question still stands, though. Does anyone have logs of the time this user joined chat and was allegedly kicked?

EDIT: FWIW I don't think there's any point to a revoke. I don't believe the issue here is that they haven't read the rules. The issue is that they have difficulty both communicating, and behaving properly.
