As far as i can tell, yes. I had suggested to him posting a formal request for the reinstatement of chat Op on this site, as a gesture of good faith, and to show he's now better able to maintain a certain level of sanity, but apparently that fell through.
I support this reinstatement, with the understanding that the psychotic troll breakdowns are now over and done with. I told Kondraki that i am putting my personal trust in him, that he will maintain the position of stern but fair administrator and not devolve in to a foaming ball of trolling rage at random moments.
I would call the a probationary period, but i have high hopes that Kondraki will rise to the occasion.
So, more Kondraki issues. Heard second hand.
There's a user, Tybernius_ty, something. Furry. Admitted it in chat.
Kondraki stalked said kid to second life, found out his specific, and then preceded to trash on him in chat until the kid left.
On the one hand, furries, fuck 'em. On the other hand, this type of stalking is unacceptable.

I caught the end of this before bed. Shit is simply juvenile.
I'm counting it as the first-and-a-half strike toward a channel ban. Don't like seeing new kids terrorised like that unless they're actually very annoying.
Ghost's idea sounds very reasonable to me.
I also support this, and the only reason I'm not asking for a final ban is because this didn't happen directly on the site. Still, this bullshit has gone on long enough. I personally vouched for and even spoke for Kondraki, but there is a fucking limit to what I will take. Having someone treat my support and faith as if it does not matter is well outside that limit.
If I hear about Kondraki going apeshit one more fucking time, I am all kinds of done. He is an adult, he has been warned many, MANY times. If he feels the urge overtaking him to turn ass-ish, he needs to step away, or do it away from the site. I'm not even going to discuss it next time, I vote for immediate ban the next time he snaps.
On the site, or the chat? I've tried my best to keep site and chat different, but sometimes…

Both. I'm…I'm sick of this. I really am. In the old days, he was fantastic…but he's gone fucking crazy. I'm done with trying to plead his case, to beg for another chance for a respected member. Unless there's some kind of huge change, the next vote will have me on the "ban" side, chat or site.

It just bothers me that he's so proud of himself. He actually followed the kid into second life and asked people about his fetish info. that shit's creepy.
It definitely bothers me too. I had a conversation with him before that ended inconclusively, and I'm not really comfortable with raising the topic again. And, of course, it's not my place to suggest action.

If nothing else, who the hell gave him auto-halfop on the chat? Based on all the evidence here and also his apparently mercurial hatred of furries, aspies, etc, at the very least this should probably be taken away.
(I mean, again, furries, yeesh, they're furries. But asking every newbies whether they're a furry or have aspergers, and threatening to kick them if they're not, that's not mild annoyance, that's fifth grade. And then bragging about it- It's been pissing me off.)

He's acting like a immature, arrogant child. If any other user acted like this, even once, they'd be permabanned outta here so fast that their head'd spin.
To be fair, I'm still here, and God knows I have a lot to apologise for. But Kon's actions lately have been too much and too far. He's often the first user newbies in the chat encounter, and his attitude poisons their outlook on the rest of us. I don't care what he thinks he's accomplishing, what he's doing is showing new users that being a blatant douchebag and trollling in channel is acceptable behavior, and that worries me.
Can we ban him yet? Seriously, he's trying to stir up shit over this stupid Yoric thing, and, just in general, pissing me off.

I feel like I should say something in Kon's defense… Though nothing comes to mind. Kon is a nice guy, generally, and pretty fun, but as my grandfather so succinctly put it, you don't piss in the pool if you don't want to get out. Assuming I get a vote, I say absolute yes on a chatban, but I'm loathe to remove him from the wiki, since he's not stepped out of line there that I'm aware of. Still, if you guys feel that's necissary, I'll not protest further.
I am against banning Kondraki from the wiki.
I'll have to agree to a chat, but not a wiki ban. He seems to do the majority of his damage in or because of chat.

I've just realized Konny has effectively become that member of an organization that goes apeshit and rogue, like Alpha from the old MIB cartoon series…
This would actually make a good story if done well, though may offend the old boy…
Actually, Kain, i have been considering that very subject for a few months now. As inappropriate as it may be, the concept is just too appealing to not try to explore…
Also, Voting yes on chat ban, abstaining from a wiki vote. for now.
Definite chat ban, but he really hasn't done much on the wiki to deserve a ban there.
I'm against banning on both. Certainly on the wiki; he's done nothing to deserve being banned there.

Just trying to better the chat. I'm sorry you feel it's personal, but it's not. Kondraki continuously goes too far, and we keep letting him off with 'Oh, it's kon.'
