I dunno. I'm not clicking the link, but if it's not an attack site or rickrolling or whatever, I don't think we should outright ban unless it pops up again as spamming?

I think we've had at least a few instances of people trying to self-pimp pet projects or things like Cicada 3301 in chat. If it's more weird/random than disruptive/dangerous, I don't think there needs to be an auto-ban.

Edit: Juuuuust realized it was in #site17 and not 19. Probably a bot that auto-comments this stuff? If so, I think we can ban that to prevent future spam.

Someone better-versed in IRC can check me on this.

It's advertising a cult thing. It's spam. 17 isn't for trying to convert people to a new religion (nor is 19, for that matter).

Ban them — though they won't be back.
