Tallen Tay has recently left several posts on coldposts nearing deletion with vehement content. I've collected a record of remaining comments below-

The above feedback is needlessly disparaging and rude towards new authors, and is a violation of site rule 0-

Avoid making similar comments in the future. Continuing to make comments similar may lead to escalation into disciplinary action.

Upping this to a Disc record as the user has also spammed at least 8 coldposts since joining, including an SCP-10000, multiple -J SCPs (at least one of which was largely a copy of an existing work. It was noted "The jokes were all the same but worded differently, the plot had the same beats, and the anomaly was functionally identical."), and blank pages.

Since there is slight humour, wouldn't this be better off as a joke SCP? (Actually, don't.)

As such, their membership has been revoked. PM has been sent.

The question was raised about potentially escalating to a ban (please discuss).

Supporting a weeklong ban due to the sheer amount of rulebreaking material that's come from this user since they joined.

Noting that they likely created another account, Tallenner Tay does not match any existing user name. That account has been banned for being a sockpuppet.
