Noting that it was brought to staff attention that 037101791070797310 does not match any existing user name (alternate/sock account MY NAME KO) engaged in severe rulebreaking behavior on the Korean branch, including using multiple accounts to continue to target users.

As such, the bans will be mirrored on SCP-EN.
