Context:
Back in the series one days there was a practice of taking articles that went bellow -10 and decommissioning them (writing a tale about various author avatars destroying them). The original articles were then left up on the wiki for pointing and laughing at.
Decommissioned SCP Articles are SCP Articles that were not only deleted from the main series, but destroyed in-universe and left here as a "Wall of Shame".

This is mostly a bullying thing which has no place on the wiki, as such I am proposing that they are either unlisted or straight deleted.
Proposal:
All articles in the decom: category should be unlisted or deleted as well as the hub. Under the archival policy these pages are under staff purview to delete and will not require a user vote. Furthermore the decommissioned tag is to be removed (it might be repurposed as an object class tag for the ~10 relevant articles like scp-4456).
Affected articles:
decomm:SCP-083-D
decomm:SCP-122-D
decomm:SCP-135-D
decomm:SCP-151-D
decomm:SCP-153-D

proposed voting:
As there is three options (delete, unlist and do nothing) there is some debate to be had over how to to vote, my proposal is two yes/no votes (to be had at the same time) first for deletion and if that fails a vote for unlisting.
What is not covered:
We are not going to touch the associated tales to the decomms, the most notable being Duke 'till Dawn, while these may be in poor taste they are upvoted and would require a user vote to delete.
