Fiat - Jack Waltz Inactivity

Due to extreme extenuating circumstances well beyond his control, Jack Waltz failed to vote on this round of promotions. As a consequence he would normally be removed by the Inactivity Policy. In light of the extreme circumstances the Admin team is issuing a Fiat to move Jack Waltz to inactive and thereby grant him a six month reprieve from removal, sufficient time to vote in at least one round of promotions to prevent automatic retirement.
