Noting that Dr Gartholeomew and Dr Gartholeomew both submitted applications at the same time; one did not meet criteria.

The account creation times are about 3 hours apart; the newest account had the correct application text.

Both applications have been declined and the accounts have been messaged regarding the site rules.

Noting that I received a reply from the Dr Gartholomew account:

This account will be used to obtain membership.

The other account will be issued a ban.
