Noting RevenHelix has received an official warning regarding misuse of the “ Writing Help / Help: Questions Desk” Forum. This includes

• Creation of a thread titled “Writing Wrong” to vent frustrations with the critique process. https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-15520762/writing-wrong#post-5838555
• Responding to the following question in a discouraging manner, despite no experience with the topic. This required intervention from Ralliston to clear up misinformation. https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-15529901/site-120-deluge-of-history#post-5843141

Particularly concerning lines from Revenhelix on the latter thread included:

I mean, i'm gonna say that I don't think ralliston or any of the meta people kinda want anything new added, especially from a newbie. (uh, no offense)

Like i'm really really trying despite me being a hateful mood right now. I really do try. Anyway its better off letting ralli handle this.

RevenHelix, please refrain from answering questions regarding topics you do not have experience with, particularly when you are essentially speaking on behalf of other users.

I mean, i'm gonna say that I don't think ralliston or any of the meta people kinda want anything new added, especially from a newbie.

Statements like this are discouraging to new users, and hurtful to the work and reputations of authors.

Going forward please avoid posting in these categories when finding yourself in a negative mood.

Additionally, user was sent the following warning by DrRevan

Sent an apology, sorry.
Just not in a good mood this week, going through plans that are stressing, getting many artists consent on things, etc. Alot of things, I'm sorry and won't do it again.
Though the 3rd one is a maybe, unsure mainly since I put myself in reading other's tales.

Received a pm from Revenhelix this morning citing further reasoning for the incident with the 120 thread and apologizing for the aforementioned behavior.

Due to repeated inquiries into attempting to bypass the wiki's guidelines on intellectual property usage, including guidelines on Creative Commons, I have, in my capacity as Licensing Captain, issued a cease and desist to RevenHelix against further attempts towards making inquiries regarding the use of or attempts to incorporate copyrighted characters onto the wiki.
