User DrAngelStellaWind (W: 568 days, S: 420 days, ID: 7626688) has been making a large number of rulebreaking forum posts, much of which has required staff intervention. Given the frequency in the amount of time, I feel that a formal warning or membership revocation may be appropriate here.

I have emergency banned. PM sent. Standard escalation would probably be a week, but I believe a longer ban may be necessary given how many times staff have needed to address this user's posts, only for them to go ignored.
Immediately returning with the same volume of activity after a revoke is concerning. I think the tempban should be a month in duration so they have time to reflect.
Agreed. They're pretty much directly ignoring staff. I think an escalation to month-long is warranted here.
Due to the above, the user has received a ban from the critique forums, which will stand until the user has a successful page on site (positively rated after 24 hours). Below are the contents of the message sent to the user informing them of this ban-
Hello. This message is to inform you that you are being given a cease and desist from using the SCP Wiki critique forums (Ideas Critique and Drafts Critique) until you have a successful page on site (meaning a page that is positively rated after 24 hours). This is due to your repeated violation of forum rules despite frequent staff posts informing you to read and follow said rules.
For now, please seek critique using the official SCP chat spaces.
